Out of Character Minecraft Account Name: Tsunamis_Espira Did you attend minecon and sign up at the LOTC booth: Sorry I am unable to travel so even though I live close but I suppose watching videos and such count for something. How old are you?: Ack gulp 41 Time-Zone/Country of Residence: Arizona , Usa (keep in mind arizona doesnt use daylight savings) Sometimes we are pacific others we are mountain. Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Very much so born and raised Usa, completed some school outside general edu. Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am a generally nice and giving person IRL. I love to talk and can really get into conversations, im quite good at not blundering social issues I have always been a social blender. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I only work 3 days a week (14 each day but still) I tend to play online games during the day while kids are gone. What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you.: I would say im pretty good at roleplaying but it is rare to find people who stay in it long enough to enjoy it. Roleplaying to me is how we get to be people or things that we dream or think about, and is a good way to experience more than common life experiences. Roleplaying gives people a chance to be anything they want to be , be it rogue wizard hero or villian, becoming fully engrossed in ones character is the greatest way to roleplay. In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are: After some research metagaming is bad to me. It includes knowing real names of people and exploiting them is anyway or fashion. Knowledge and use of real life material is a poor even dangerous way to play anygame. And the knowledge of game mechanics in a secretive way is yet another way some exploit games. All very bad and not welcome in my book. Powergamer gaming or otherwise known as powergamers are generally a boon on mulitplayer games, while the quest for batter gear or experience is the goal of most games these types take it to extremes. some examples are exp farming an area to the point nobody else can enjoy it, destroying anything that can be to prevent others from aquiring what you have , or everyones favorite the ninja-looter.. these are but a few examples and im definately against this kind of behavior. What do you expect this server will be like?: I have watched quite a few videos on youtube from gameplay and it looks very appealing. I hope in game ressembles what I am already use to or even greater with a minecraft twist. What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them: tried a few other servers only briefly .. many were lacking in player interaction. some of the ones that were close were ozblock / herocraft , I was a strong/creative player for many months on the crafthaven server and would be considered by its creator as a friend. I left becuase the class system was generaly broken and to many changes were made almost daily to enjoy. I have a large city there I personally built in great detail that still exist there. Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: Yes i have but will also review some of the complaints to avoid any bump ins with the rules that may be in grey areas. I.E. banned player rants. ( Done- I give you props for using the voting style of debate) How did you hear about us?: minestatus page when searching for hero systems, also videos helped. While this would normally not happen this did. His father was a powerful lord with many battle victories and much land trully loved by his poeple. His mother on the otherhand is an elvish druidess of the lands near and surround his fathers homeland. During some disputes between land borders both his mother and father fell in love over time and it was saw as a issue for the debates and any furthur talks from then and in the the future. Unable to release there love for one another they left all they had behind and alloped. This is where Tsunamis was born (however he is not fully aware of his parents history only there reasons for solitude)after reaching his manhood he learned to use sword and skill to great advantage form his father, while his mother taught himm the greater skills of archery and some lesser skills of magic. With his parents blessings he has now left home to roam the earth fighting off all the evils to which he has been trained. Be it warlord or evil beings his first love is to peace and nature and will die preserving it if need be. Now starts his journey unto this path...... Your characters ambitions: To promote balance in the world even at his own expense, defeating evil is his focus, glory and fame come but are not required. Slightly engimatic but always welcome to goodly when he shows. Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do?: Tsunamis would try to break the battle using skill and wit then determine who is the real victim, although he would definately lean towards the elf. If all goes wrong then at least his death went towards the goal of good evil in the slight his life had meaning. Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? I am great and good to see you healthy today,what fine wares do you offer kind sir to aid me in my war against all evil upon the world.
