I did roleplay a lot in my DnD games and when i play a MMORPG i usualy go in RP servers. I'm planning to create my own gaming company too. How much time could you be on the server weekly? Around 10 hours a week What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you. Roleplaying is about playing the role of someone else like in theater or a fantasy character you created. Its a good way to understand others peoples feelings and attitude when you have played the role of different kind of people yourself In your own Words, describe what Metagaming and Powergaming are. Metagaming is using something you learned OOC that the character is not suppose to know like using a monster weakness when your character never met that kind of monster Powergaming is when you are too powerfull without any reason. Exemple you are so strong that at the age of 2 you killed a well armed brigand with your own hand. Another exemple is that you never get hit in a fight because you always "dodge" or your muscle are so hard that a sword cant cut you. In short you do everything you can to always win. What do you expect this server will be like? I hope this will help me with my RP if i play with a lot of Rpers. I hope this server has a good community to play with too. Orc Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.) Jtebash is a 21 years old orc. He wander in the world seeking to become stronger because of a mistake he did in the past. Five years ago Jtebash was on a scouting duty with a friend named Matatake when a group of Iblees followers ambushed them in the wilds. They got Matatake in the back while Jtebash was looking at him in fear of the undead in front of his own eyes. It was his first encounter with the undead. Jtebash could have saved his friend but fright was paralysing him. When he looked at his friend being thorn apart he ran away in direction of his village. He warned the others but for Matatake it was too late. The orcs were able to kill the followers but for punishment of his cowardise, they banned Jtebash from their village. "Jtebash, son of Orgath ! Due to your cowardise and your lack of courrage, I, Chief Grochef, sentences you to exile. You won't be able to come back in the village until you are judged worthy enough!" Yelling the chief of his tribe. Five years have passed now and Jtebash is in constant progress. He take any job he judge hard enough to prove he is strong and travel in the hope of returning with his people one day. Your character ambitions Since he got exile because of his weaknesses, he want to become stronger. In a physical way of course but most importantly, he want to gain a great strenght of mind. He need to focus on his courage on top of everything . He wont come back to his village until he get strong enough to become the leader of his village because, for him, its the only way to prove to his people he became worthy to be an orc. Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. Outside, there appears to be an elf struggling combat with two bandits. What does your character do? The orc is watching the two bandits and the elf as he find a rock to sit on. Of course those bandits have no honor taking on a small elf, but if the elf cant defend himself in the wild against two mere bandits he doesnt worth to be saved. If he cant live alone he had to stay with his people, too bad for him. As the bandits kill the elf and pillage the cottage, the orc leave with another proof that the elves are too weak to live in the wild. Survival of the strongest, Glazug Votar. Your character walks up to a shop in the middle of Al'Khazar. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? In haste the orc answer "Brew man, Jtebash want to get a taste of your best brew !" The merchant, trying to keep his laughing for himself " Ah but my poor orc you are lost. This is not a tavern you are in but in the best equipment shop in all Al'Khazar." The orc happy face suddently turned into a more angry, full of prejudice face "Ah stupid humans, always placing their stupid shops everywhere. You, tell me how i can get to the brew man !" Hasty to get rid of this rude customer, the merchant quickly tell him the way to the tavern "You just have to get out by this door and then turn to the left. You will walk for a minute then you will see the sign in front of it, assuming you can read of course." Full of sarcasm the orc answer "Jtebash is more than able to read, you equipment man, thanks for caring. Now ill just leave this smelly place." Human Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.) Vindcur always been attracted by money. Since the age of 12 he folowed his father in the hunt of monsters and bandits with bounty on their head until the day a creeper exploded in their back, killing his father and destroying half of his head. A travelling mage found him uncouncious and near death and decided to practice some experiment on him. He then created an helm with some magic properties. All those experiment were extremely painfull and when Vindcur had his chance, he grabed his sword and killed the mage. Now the only thing Vindcur know about this helm is that its the only thing keeping him alive. He travelled from place to place for 10 years to find a way to cure him and to remove the trap he got on his head taking any job he can on his way to satifie his hunger for money. Your character ambitions Money. He want to be the richest man alive and the return of his head. Out in the Wilds, your character comes across a small cottage. I'd help him as fast as i can drawing my sword and pointing it in front of the bandits saying "I suggest you to leave him alone right now or i wont have any other choice than to annihilate you !" If they stay i fight them and kill them without mercy. Then, after the looting, i look at the elf and say "You know, being a bodyguard doesnt come free" and if he doesnt pay ill point my sword at him and ill say "I recommend you not to cross my path again" then ill leave.
