  2. The Se'hreni Brotherband is a group of the Finest trained mercenaries in the land. Led by the swordsman Abasi Sigurd the Se'hreni are able to defeat any opponent they deem worthy. However, as the previous protectors of a faraway land known as Se'hren the Brotherband was ostracized. They used to be one of the most skilled warriors in the land but with the industrial revolution and modernization of weapons the Brotherband was no longer useful. They wandered across the globe looking for a land in which their skills would be respected. They chose Asulon. But, the years of traveling took it's toll and Abasi was the only one who still lived. Determined to keep the Brotherband's legacy alive he started recruiting... What: A group of mercenaries. They will accept all job offers that the high council deems beneficial. They will not fight if the council deems it morally wrong. However, if they are hired they are bound by their honor code to serve until death, no matter how impossible it looks. Takes men skilled in swords and bows but is also in need of miners, blacksmiths, woodcutters, farmers, and chefs. Each of those positions are paid well. And warriors are given a 40 percent cut of the job they complete. The other goes to financing the guild. Ranks(Highest to Lowest) Wakir:One of the many Guildmasters, their vote counts as three on the Council, they command the Se'hreni Brotherband in battle. Councilmen: They have fought many battles with the brother band and have now retired to the honorable position of Councilmen. They decide whether a job is worth taking. Tabeyron: These are the Warleaders and generals. They lead men into battles and command a troop of five to ten men. They each own a large portion of land and can hire farmers to work the land. Sentoki: These are the knights or prime fighters of the group. 1-3 of them are assigned to a troop and they are given a medium portion of land and a bed in the training dojo. Waruit; These are the common soldiers of the brother band but are often can be promoted to Sentoki. They are given a reasonably small house but are still paid well and are given a training room at the dojo. All non-fighting workers: Farmers are often lent land by higher ranking officials to grow crops for them. Farmers will give their masters a portion of a crop the rest they are allowed to sell. Miners are all given a bed in the Miner's home and are paid per what they bring in. Coal= 5 minas Iron=15 minas Redstone=2 minds and Diamond=50 minas. Blacksmith's supply weapons and armor for the army and can keep whatever they don't want to give. They are given a medium chunk of land and are paid well. Wood cutter's have the same situation as farmers. Chef's work in the castle and works with farmers and Hunters to get a meal on the table. For officials. Hunters are paid per what they bring in. Chicken=6 minas, Beef= 8 minas. These prices are just suggestions and can be debated. It cost 500 mina to open up a market shop. ((This guild is in need of one or more diamond vip's to buy the land for the guild. They will be promoted to guild master for their sacrifice.))   4. So I really wanna open up a town and I need a donator partner. If you are diamond or bedrock donator who wants to help me lead this new hopefully soon to be town please PM me. The town is gonna be mesoamerican themed and we will be worshippers of the sun called the Soltecs. We will build mostly with cobble,iron bars, and stone bricks. We will have a town surrounded by a gate with a picture of yellow orange wool sun on it. Please help and make this town a reality. The bonus to opening up a town with me is i'll do all the charters and stuff
