What is something you have always wanted to change on the server?:

I've always wanted to change the default combat system ever since its implementation, I voted against it back then, and I would today.  However I understand the importance of voting policies and absolutely respect that if a majority of dedicated moderation and development staff believe that a specific system should work, then I owe it to them to enforce it to the best of my ability.  The server is a much different place now than it was then, but even now I would still strongly hold up the opposite end of such a debate, and I think that's what's important - that the entire team does not always blindly follow, and that there are individuals there to challenge the mindsets of one another. 

What are your finest qualities?:

My ability to take criticism, I would say, is one of my best qualities.  I can take most of what people say to me without offense and learn from it, I would like to say I strive to improve upon these criticisms actively.  My ability to cooperate in a team even if the people in said team aren't very fond of me or even if I don't agree with a decision that is being made or an event that is taking place.  I can appear as a polite and approachable member of the community whilst still sternly enforcing our policies.  I'm still familiar with a lot of the server's policies and plugins, although more have been introduced in my absence. 

What are your worst qualities, and how could you improve these aspects?:

When I first joined the GM team I took on too many responsibilities because it was exciting and enjoyable to work with so many people all the time, but soon that left me feeling burnt out and exhausted.  Eventually it gave me a bad work ethic which I had never had before and left a sour taste in my mouth regarding moderation.  I've since learned from that after taking a break from the team and returning now feeling refreshed and ready to once more help out our community.

My passion for this server is still burning, and I've watched the forums the entire time I was gone because as most know you can't truly leave LoTC.  It's the first online community I ever really connected with, and I'm more than happy to give up my time for it.  I'm not here to garner waves of support, and I already have the experience.  I'm just here to work for something I appreciate and care about, and intend to do it well.

What members of the Staff could you look to for guidance?:

Urasept, Benboboy and Tsuyose have always been present in my time as a player and as a moderator in LoTC.  They've helped me grow as a person and have never failed to make criticisms if I ever made a mistake, and gave me advice.  That said, I've heard from plenty of people that the team is in better shape than it has been in a long time thanks to superb leadership, and that itself makes me excited and eager to represent and be apart of it.

Who do you not get along with on the current team?:

Currently I don't think there's anyone on the team I don't get along with, nor should it matter if there is.  I don't plan to let personal differences ruin the team's mood and work ethic.  I've seen too much disagreements and squabbles in the past and it has never been good for team morale.

How much free time do you have? Will this change in the foreseeable future?:

Currently I have a lot of spare time, available most of the day.  I'll communicate any changes to you as quickly as can be.
