Powergaming is when someone role-plays impossible things. Here's my example. "Hey, would you like to come to my house with me? I'll give you diamonds “Said Charlie. "No thanks" said the stranger. Charlie was furious with this response, he then ties the stranger up and throws him into the mine cart, he presses the button and the cart goes to all the way to his house. What did Charlie tie up the stranger with? I didn't know there was a cart there... A BUTTON??! Where is this all coming from? See that? In-Character: Character Name: Ishammael What is your Race?:Ishammael is one of the elven race of Aegis. Biography(This should include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.) Ishammael is an elf at the age of 24, he grew up in the woods of Malinor and has never left. Ishammael's mother died when he was three years old, she was killed by an undead sword through the heart during a raid on the forest in which Ishammael and his family live, ever since the death of his mother, he has been living alone with his father in a small cottage. Since he was 8, his father has been teaching him the ways of the bow and the hunter. When he was 12 the undead came back to try and finish the job, they burned down part of the forest, all the the elves in this area were forced to run away or risk being burned alive in the forest. During the retreat from the forest he managed to hit some undead with his arrows but doesn't know if they were fatal or not. While running, Ishammaels father, Ihuel, was stabbed in the left shoulder, rendering his left arm injured beyond full recovery. When all of the elves who survived the attack made it to a forest, they decided against living seperately, and started building a small elven community which serves as a home and a sanctuary to any wandering travelers who need rest. His whole life, Ishammael has longed to leave his home and travel to Laurelin to meet more of his elven kin, join the army to fight against the armies of Iblis and find the undead who killed his mother and make it pay. Usually, Ishammael wears a hooded cloak, he has sapphire blue eyes and brown hair, he has a face quite the same to just about all elves. Ishammael has few scars he earned when he was a boy working in the woods, he has few freckles, moles or anything of the sort around his body. He is around 6 foot 3 inches tall, his hair is nor long nor short but in between. Ishammael is out-going and is easy to become friends with. Ishammael has a serious personality and will kill when necessary but when there is another option he will usually take it. The elven man shakily nods his head and says "Y-yes we w-we were jus-just playin' a friendly game". "Ha-ha, see! Even the person who was about to be robbed and get his throat cut agrees with us. Uhhh..... I mean, yeah just a friendly game...". "Aggh you IDIOT, now we're going to have to kill this guy to". "Hmmmm, please, try to walk up to me from ten feet away, put a dagger in my heart before I put an arrow in you, by all means, be my guest." "Aggghggh" the first bandit shouts as he runs at Ishammael with his dagger drawn. Ishammael draws and knocks an arrow, he takes the shot and the arrow hits the bandit dirctley in the chest. "p-please do-don't hurt m-m-me." "Drop any weapons and stolen property you have and peacfully walk away now and I wont be forced to. The bandit quickly rummages through his coat pockets and pouch and quickly throws a multitude of jewls and knives on the ground and the runs away at a dead sprint. Your character walks up to a shop in a quiet market. "Hello, my good sir!" says the shop owner. "What may I help you with today?" How does your character answer? "Hello good sir, do you have any bows and arrows for sale?"
