The cottage glowed warmly inside, but the woman living in there was another story, she was plump, with orange-red hair(Not very common) and dark green eyes. She wore a clean white dress and a dark purple apron. Her husbandlft her, she had 3 babies, and 2 more were being expected. The woman had always been cruel to others, and cared nothing for anyone who wasn't family. She cooked stew in a great big pot, filled with delicious meat, plenty for a family of 20! A sudden knock at the door startled her and she dropped her spoon. She growled and yelled- "Who dares to come and bother me this time a'night!!!" . She stampped her way to the door ad overheard a female voice-"Jefferson this is a bad idea!" She sounded distressed but the plump woman didn't seem to care. She slammed the door open and growled- "What was that?!". Outside on the street near te steps stood who must have been a couple. A woman stood in fear behind a man, the man was thin and tall, but his skin was rather light, he had black hair and black-blue eyes. He was dressed in very fine clothes. The woman behind him was diffrent, she had blackish red hair and bluish-green eyes. She had a raggy dress with a hood over her head. The man appeared to have a bundle in his arms. "Who are you?!" the plump woman bellowed. The man cleared his throat and said as calmly as he could- "Mame, we are sorry we bothered you this night but we come to you with a plea." The plump woman just stood in the doorway wth narrowed eyes, so the man continued. "I am Jefferson and his is Mary your sister, w-we....have a child that needs caring for, and w-we prayed...you could p-p-possibly take her in?". The mans voice trembled this time. The young woman behind the man, Mary quietly whispered "Rachel, we're sisters please we-". Rachel suddenly screamed out in rage "YOU EXPECT ME TO TAKE IN YOUR PATHETIC CHILD WHEN I ALREADY HAVE 3?! AND EXPE-" The man suddely spoke and said, we'll giveyou gold bars.... 10 to be exact.."woman Rachel suddenly stopped her rant and looked at the man in suprise, but it sooned morphed into suspicion. "You ARE rich, so why are you giving this usless child to me?!" The Jefferson glared at the plump Rachel. "I'm rich, Mary is poor, if our family saw us or this child they would split us apart!!!" Rachel smiled greedily at the gold bars. "Lets see the infant" was all she said. Jefferson turned the bundle in his arms to reveal a small baby, with black hair and dark blue eyes (Just like her Daddy), she was awake but just barley, she had light skin just like her father. "Alright, fine!" She grabbed the infant and gold bars and shouted at the sorry couple to begone. Rachel suddenly saw a note inbetween one of the gold bars. It read- Rue Lox Castor. Rachel smiled evily knowing this was to be the childs name. Instead she threw it ino the sewer and said "Your nothing but a rotten Buff, its all you ever will be!" The couple never returned and in Rachels arms the child began to cry. A few years later the cottage was home to six children, one was large and had red hair like her mum, her name was Cretched The others were smaller, but were mostly the same except one. Her name was Buff and she had stunning black hair and dark blue eyes. Her sisters hated her and pushed her around, stole her treasured and called her and I quote "A stinkey wittle Buff!!!" and laughed. The mother Rachel was worse, she infact might as well have incouranged them, and assumed Cretched was always right. They treated her like a servent Then school started and things went from bad to worse. None of the kids wanted to miss with Cretched or her gang of sisters so they made fun of Buff as well, they said things like "HEY BUFF YOU AIN'T SO TUFF ARE YE?" "Hey Buff had enough?!" The laughter that followed was traumatizing. One day when Buff was sent to the market to buy some apples "And don't bother comin' back without them apples!" mother Rachel cackled and shut he door. However, Buff enjoyed the solitude frm her sisters and walked with a small but pretty smile on her face down the street. When she got to the market she stopped, she heard a rather loud arguement coming from the weapon stall. Two men, a gaurdsmen and a merchant were shouting over the best bow Buff had layed her eyes on. It was simple, but it shined and the arrows that went with it begged to be shot. "That bow is useless to me!!" the guardsmen howled. "The deal is off!" The guard grabbed his money away from the merchant and stomped off huffing. The merchant looked as though he was about to burst with anger. Thats when Buff had a idea. If she got that bow he could hunt as much free food as she wanted and not have to get yelled at for buying the poorest apples anymore! And the forest was better then the market by far. She skipped up to the merchant and tapped his arm. "What?!- oh, hello little girl!" The merchant was a dwarf with an orange-red beared and a helmet that looked like it could slip off at any moment. "Can I buy that bow sir? Please??" Buff said in the most softesst and pleasnt voice she culd muster. The dwarven-merchant knew the guardsmen wasn't coming back, and it was better to get somthing then nothing. So he said "Alright, how much ye got?" Buff opened the coin purse and it was filled with half the price the bow was. So he took it. He gave Buff the Bow and she smiled with glee. She skipped back to the cottage but somthing caught her eye. A peice of wet pape near a spouting sewer pipe. The paper somehow looked familiar to hr. She picked it up and opened it, she gasped. She suddenly heard a voice in her head pronounce it so perfectly, it was her fathers "Rue Loxancastor". Buff was filled with rage, Rachel the Mother told Buff she was found on the street and her parents threw her away, so Rachel called her Buff because her parents hated her too. No, Buff thought They loved me but gave me away for my own safety.... Buff was smart, she had a plan to escape Rachel the Mother and her 5 cousines. She walked home with a small grin on her face and opened the door to the cottage. "Great news!" Buff said. Rachel looked suprised and frowned, untrusting of Buff, she didnt like the look of this "Good News". Buff knew Rachel was suspicous so Buff put on an act, and when she looked at Rachel she tried to look a little on edge. She showed her bow and said "N-now we can get all the free food we wanted with t-this.." At first, The Mother Rachel was outraged but Buff's "sisters" said they would love to be able to afford meat again (Specificly Beef). Rachel slowly changed her mind, sighing she said "Oh alright, Now Buff you better get us that meat by sun down or I'll throw that bow into the fire!!!" Buff acted afraid, but was secretly trying no to laugh. Buff suddenly smacked her forehead in fake suprise "I forgot somthing in my room! I'll be right and go out" Buff ran to her room. She kneeled to pull out a backpack filled with items and objects, old useless things that brought her joy. Buff slid a few arrows in her back pack and was about to slip out of the house when Rachel the Mother turned her head and whispered harshly " You better be back...." Buff tured her head and saw her -again "sisters"- scowl a her, giving Buff some of the meanist looks in history. Buff wimpered and ran off. She ran onto he edge of town and into the forest. She continued to run until she was out of breath. She saw a high tree and scaled it, trying not to look down as she went. When she got to the top she could see the soft glow of the Kingdom of Salvus in the distance, she smiled a warm smile, knowing she was no longer Buff, but Rue Loxancastor... Ambitions for the Future: Rue's only real ambition is to explore and help those who deserve it. She does, however have a small ambition to find out who or where her parents are. Some day she might be able to find them and they could be a family again. Personality: Rue is known to be a creative, funny and rebellious character. She tries to solve problems with her wit and ability to communicate rather then solve them with her fists. Rue always tries to lighten the mood when hard times are coming and to look on the brightside. She is also extreamly rebellious to anything or anyone who is being hurtfull, unfair or plain wrong. Skills: Rue is very good at shooting a bow and arrow, shes even better at sniping. She also has the ability of negotiation and persuasion. She tried diffrent tactics of speech to try to help someone. The un-dead were attacking and they didn't want there sweet little girl to get killed. The island was called Moonstone isl. The girl was odd though, when she was born in Ageis , she was born sick. A mage was near by and told the family to soak the girl where the moon shines bright. Her parents didn't know what he ment. This island was another reason they came to the island. To find the pool to dip her in. She was only three but she had dark eyes and black hair. Little did the parents know if they didn't heal her quick she would become so evil and terrifying, she would kill the future human king of Ageis. The mage visited the island and helped the parents find the pool. Once they did the mage helped heal her in the pool. Her hair turned blue and her eyes turned grey. She was blind as a bat, but her parents didn't care because at that moment she smiled and giggled. The mage wanted a price though. The parents thought he wanted money, but no he wanted the GIRL. The parents were horrified, luckily the mage had buisness to attend to so he gave the parents 24 hours to hand over the little girl. The girls brother Bate Moonshine, helped and took her off the island. The mage didn't want to hurt the girl though he just wanted to take her back to Ageis and take care of her till she turned 15. The mage wasn't angry though. When the brother got to Ageis he met the mage. The mage was undercover and disguised as a Foster parent who decided to help the brother raise the girl. They havent named her yet too.A few days later the brother got a letter from the mother and she said to name her Luna. They did but everyone called her loony because she was so smart she seemed stupid. She read and read and read. You can be 70% sure you'll see her in a library. The mage secretly taught her how to listen and about her sences and how to use her blindess as a wepon if anyone tried to hurt her. When she grew 15 the mage reveiled him self and told her his story. Luna only listended then the mage told her that she is now old enough to wonder about the world of Ageis. She agreed. The mage taught her not only about using her sences but to use knifes and bows and such. People who met her would call her a wizard when they first meet her. No, she told them shes just a simple girl trying to survive and shall be taken to the stars when her time has come. She is 18 now and she STILL loves to read books. Shes most intreasted in magic but she does not know any spells. She is very kind but firm and only gets mad when people deserve to get mad at. Out in the wilds your character comes across a small cabin and there seems to be an elf struggling in combat with two bandits. Bandit 2: He's lying! Shake 'em! Shake 'em till he give's us the loot! *The two bandits shake the elf hard untill a pouch of money falls out of his pocket* Bandit 2: HAHA! We got what we needed!Lets bail! *the bandit holds up the pouch high in the air* Luna wahipsers*: Oh no you don't... *she yanks out her bow and arrows and shoots the pouch* *the pouch goes flying and gets stuck in a near-by tree* Bandit 1: What was that?! *bandits look over where the arrow came from but it seems the visitor has vansihed* *all of a sudden Luna lights a match and sets an arrow on fire and shoots one of the bandits* Bandit 1: YOWWWW!!!! *bandit trys to put out the fire but it is no use and he drops down. dead* Bandit2: Uhhh... BYE! *bandit runs off without money or his friend* *luna comes out of the bushes with grean leave stuck in her hair* Luna: Hello friend! Elf: Y-your not gonn-na hurt m-me right? Luna: I would never hurt anyone who didn't deserve it, but they did. *luna points to dead bandit and takes out a flask with a'le in it and a long loaf of bread* Luna: How about lunch? Her parent's thought she was dead when she was born but she wasnt. As she got older she got scarier. She leaned on the walls and looked at the floor all day her hair a black wreck and her nails slid against the walls as she walked. Her parents where scared of her and asked a mage to heal her of her .....well what ever was wrong with her. The mage was named Mooncrusiaus but others called him Mooncrest. When the mage healed her, her hair turned blue and her dark empty eyes became grey. She smiled for the first time since she was born, but somthing was wrong it turns out the mage had to take somthing away in order for it to work and that was her sight. She was blind as a bat. The father got angry and killed the mage like the mighty warrior he was. Later on the mother had another child, a boy. There was somthing wrong with him too, he had purple eyes and white hair like the mage. The father did notice of course. The mother died giving birth to him. When the boy turned 5 he killed "his" father in his sleep. The boy was actually pocessed by the mage. The mage left the boys body and all it has been was a corpse now. Luna was so sad after her sences dectecting what the mage had done and locked herself in her room. The mage felt terrible but could not bring her father back or give back her sight. So while the mage waited for her to come out she ran out the window and ran for miles away from her sweet home. However the mage knew where she was and appeared infront of her. She just stared at him. The mage said he was deeply sorry and wanted to bring him back to her but whats done is done even if you dont like it none. The mage paid her back by teaching her the ways of the moon and how to fight. When the mage was finished his spirit faded and the girl walked through many kingdoms. Her wisdom spread like wild fire until she turn 18 when she used a spell to teleport to the temple ((spawn)) of Aegis. Ambitions for her?: She does have no goals but to serve her kingdom and to share her wisdom Out in the wilds. There appears to be a small cottage. Outside, there seems to be a elf struggling in combat with two bandits. What do you do?: I would stay hidden then, I would strike right behind them using anything I have to send them to the depths of h3ll ((if you dont like curse words)).Then I would help the elf to his feet and ask him if he would like any help to home.
