  1. *sees the body and scowls heavily, he steps forward, leaning down to pick up the half nakid corpse, he stops abruptly, his hand motionless halfway to the man. He steps back, dropping his hand to his side. He chuckles softly, saying to himself*

"I s'ppose I'll see how the lass handles this..."

*grins, walking under the shadow of a nearby building and watching the corpse. Eager to see whether Wocket will have the stomach to solve this herself or will have another Gladiant do so for her*

  2. *seeing as he respects wocket and knows she'll do a good job; after zayden says that and decides to leave on that note Galendar follows him out waving to wocket saying "one moment". He walks up behind zayden grabbing for his shoulder. "Hey zayden" trying to turn him around.

(If succesful he throws a uppercut to your lower jaw and says "Don't speak to the High Gladius like that or disrespect these grounds like that." Then he'd turn and walk back next to wocket to help her hand out uniforms to the men.)

((nice exit bro :D sucks I have to see you go but hopefully I'll see you soon))

((oops, didn't see this one, sorry for the doub post.))

*turns around, angrily spitting the words* "Yes, G-" *the word is filled with a curse as he sees the incoming blow, he darts to the left, dislodging himself from the man's hand, then sending out a sharp kick to the man's knee while at the same time shooting an elbow at the man's nose in a abrupt arc*

  3. (( I'd also prefer this is the last High Gladius change, seems like there is a new one every day. And also Zayden try and keep it to more rp talk that fit out times, people during this era certainly didn't say "Hit the gym". ))

((Lol, true dat, but yeah... No more reforms plz...))

  4. *chuckles lightly hearing Wocket, musing sarcastically to himself about how the authorities made a great choice appointing a woman with no military experience as his superior. The very thought of having to obey a female commander who obviously can't be trusted to hold her own in combat sends hot blood coursing through his body. He shrugs, removing the red sash he wears along with the golden pin of a Gladius. He walks forward, shouldering through his comrades until he stands directly in front of Wocket. He drops the sash at her feet with a dull thud, his face unnervingly passive. He looks down upon the woman, taking a small step backwards in order to lessen the angle in which his neck has to bend to. His arms slowly fold and his lips part as he speaks queitly, his voice radiates power, making no attempt to correct his accent, being as he does so for no one except those he deems worthy of ultimate respect.*

"I do believe I won't be needed anymore, Wocket. If I were ye', I'd hit the gym, be a model fer' the men, young lads don't fall happily in line with someone they don't trust ta' stand in their own armour."

*points absently with his thumb at the group, having paused in order to watch the confrontation*

"There is only so much ye' can do leadin' with words and promises. What really 'ounts is if ye've got the stomach ta' stand alongside the men and fight with 'em. Nothin' speaks louder than a cowardly man. Er... In yer' case woman I s'ppose... Good luck ta' ye', Mi'Lady. Call if ye' need anythin', I'll be around. 'member, experience counts fer' more than anythin' else, if yer' comin' to lead these men with pure book knowledge... Ta' put it lightly... Yer' fawked."

*turns his gaze to the Gladiants, saying smoothly*

    "Been a pleasure, lads."

*nods once to the Gladiants, then returning to Wocket, he bows deeply, sarcasm and spite radiating from the gesture. He rises slowly, turning on his heel and walking out of the keep, spitting into the sand of the training field*

((No hard feelings irl btw, my character is 1) Sexist and 2) Really annoyed that you got the job over him with no experience. It wouldn't really make sense for him to stick around even when he's done a lot for the Gladiants. Irl, from the guy formerly in charge to the girl now in charge, good luck, it's harder than it looks... I'll stop by, I'm interested in seeing how this goes! Good luck again, peace :D))

  5. *walks to the side of Aron's nervous form, standing rigidly in a smart form of attention. His hand rests on the hilt of his sword, ready to draw his blade if any threat to Aron is to be unveiled. Hearing the words of the accuser, Zayden's passive expression breaks momentarily, twitching angrily. It can be apparent to those looking closely the tightness at the ends of his lips and the drumming of his fingers on his sword that he is deeply angered, and is ready to speak out against the man demanding for the removal of Aron.*

  6. *walks into the tavern purposefully, his hand resting on the hilt of his blade. He strides the the counter, leaning over the surface and glancing at the large man scrubbing dishes with his harsh green eyes. He calls out angrily;

"Oi, get me a fawkin' beer before I do it myself, and trust me, ye' don't want that."

*eyes bore into the plump and frightened man as he scrambles to fill glass, his anger poorly concealed towards not only the man, but recent events as well*

((Just wanted to kick this off, and sorry for any Meta/Power gaming towards the poor old bartender, just used the image I always picture when I think of one!))

  7. *scowls deeply, his fingers drumming against the hilt of his sword, though his anger is not directed at the upcoming duel. He glances to Erisa and then back to the knight's fleeting form, he muttering softly under his breath*

"Very well, the bastard wants a duel... I'll give 'im a duel."

*stares after the knight until he disappears, then shoving his way through the stunned crowd back to his forge, eager to ready himself.*

  8. ((Damn, sorry, haven't been on the forums for a while, many apoligies))

*speaks up having recieved a bird at the most annoying of times*

My apoligies, in the heat of the moment, we found his requests for your attendance as routes for his escape. There was much criminals around and we were quite paranoid ye' see... As fer' my skills with the sword? I'd say I'm at least adept, and I can keep a level head, which tends to help more than anything.

    - A man is walking down a street in fine silks and exotic velvet, running up to him you see two goblins and a orc about to corner him in a dark alley by the tavern. You hear a yelp and rush in to find him dead, the three running down the alley.:

Upon seeing this horrible scene and the three criminals running away, John Smithings gives chase through the many complex streets. Finally, he manages to catch up to them and shouts for them to stop. They stop, and look back murderously at John....

John: I saw you murder that man back there! Come peacefully and there will be no trouble!

Goblin: Dis stinkin Hummie be noyin me...

Orc: *looks down at the goblin* Git' ight. Lets git dis hummie.

The orcs and goblin begin to walk murderously towards John and John takes a step back, hand on his blade. However, just as they begin to get close, a few guards appear with their hands on their weapons.

    Guard: Is there a problem?

John: These three murdered a man back in an alley...

Guard: *eye brow raises* Really? Mind you show me? In the mean time, all of you come with me.

The guards take them and John shows them the dead body. The guard then takes the orcs away, and John continues on the way he was going.
