Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: Yes, english is my first language, and I always double check my grammar before saying or posting anything.
Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I’m a computer nerd. I have +90% in every subject in school, even though I dislike going to school with a passion. My friends and I like to play a sort of roleplay game where we go up to a new kid in school, and make up a new persona for ourselves in a couple seconds, then convince the new kid, never braking character.
How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I can spend at least 9 hours a week on the server.
What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is where you act as a certain character, being as convincing as possible, and trying to never brake your role. To me roleplaying is interacting with other people, as someone else. You can act yourself, if it still portrays your character.
What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I’ve been on roleplay forums, and a couple other roleplay minecraft servers. My friends and I also play somewhat roleplay games in reality.
In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-gaming is when you use out of game information to affect the way a in-game situation plays out. For example, if I hear someone in Teamspeak say coordinates for a person or place’s location, and I used them for myself, I would be meta-gaming. It would be using information that isn’t available to my in-game character.
In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Power-gaming is an unsporting way of interacting with other players in a roleplay situation. It is putting a player in a spot where they can’t do anything to get out of, or counter the idea. For example if I were playing a guard, and saw someone commit a crime, and typed something like *the guard kicks the criminal in the face, braking his nose, and slaps a pair of handcuffs on his wrist*, I would be power-gaming by giving the player no chance to form a counter.
What do you expect this server will be like?: I expect this server to be an amazing experience. I love interacting with other people internationally. I also enjoy looking at different types of architecture.
What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I play in a server named Evocat.us. I love, and I am a donator there. I still play there, but they don’t do any roleplaying, which I love to do.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.:(
Ah, my story. It’s honestly not that special, and that is not just me being my humble self. I grew up in Oren, with my ma’ and pa’, no other siblings. We had a little house in the city, nothing special, but we were definitely not poor. My dad was a trader, and my mom was the hardest worker I’d ever seen, even though she worked at home, my dad and I were always making a mess. My parents always said I was a special child. I was humble, but not only to certain people. I had the worst temper, freaking out at the slightest frustration. Before I knew what it meant, my parents would call me a “fast-talker”, or a “smooth-talker”. They said I could get myself out of anything, without even lying. I wasn’t particularly courageous, but I wouldn’t back down. I was always a very determined kid. I got most of my traits from my dad. He taught me everything he learned from the people he had done business with. He taught me school things, like grammar. He taught me socialization skills. I remember him patting my back, and telling me “Congratulations” when I perfected the simplest thing, like my axe swing. He taught me how to swing a sword to. He filled my brain with everything it has now. I was always the most interested in architecture. That was always my forte. I would look at books he brought home, and read everything it could tell me. My dad couldn’t tell me that much about architecture though, and he didn’t understand my passion for it. He taught me everything else he could because of his lack of knowledge in my favorite subject. He was always encouraging me, which made him the biggest factor that made me leave home.
Don’t get me wrong, my life was superb. I had everything a normal boy would want. But on my 17th birthday, I took off. I left my parents a note; thanking them for everything they gave me. I took my sword and a few Minos, a sketchpad and my journal, and I headed straight for Malinor. I would visit every city I could. Something inside me just needed me to fill in this gap in my brain. I had so much information, except on my favorite subject. I knew right then and there, that it was my dream; I wanted to be a world-renowned architect. I learned everything I could in my journey through the land. I would stop by every little tavern and country house, marking down angles of the roof, to the way the materials they used mixed well, or didn’t. I went through all of the major cities, noting down the difference in all of the architecture. Every race has a different style, and I would try to capture that in my drawings. I’d think to myself, what an experience it would be to be able to prove myself in the tiniest thing most wouldn’t take note about, like a roadside inn, or even an event board.
Now, I am 24 years old. I am an architect. Certainly not world-renowned though, if you are asking for my story and don’t know my name. I enjoy swordplay, but mostly as a hobby. I haven’t seen my parents since I left, but I saw my old neighbor in
Kal’Urguan, and she said they were still happily living in our little town house. Maybe I’ll go visit them when I make my way back to Oren.
What is your Character's ambitions?:
My character’s ambition is to be one of the greatest architects in the world. It’s farfetched, he knows, but Otis was always one to keep his hopes up, and his eyes on the prize.
What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc:( Otis’ favorite tool is his mind, and his hammer. His mind is always racing, and his hammer forms what his mind thinks of. He enjoys his sword, but it’s far from being his favorite tool.
What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? By far Otis’ building skills is what makes him stand out. He has side hobbies, like swordplay, but they don’t shine the way his strength in building things does.

Other Information about your Character: Otis has always had a bit of a crave for adventure. He is slowly getting a adrenaline addiction from fighting of the roadside bandits, but denies the fact he enjoys it. He might not actually enjoy it, the way he has gotten hurt one too many times.
Open-Response-Questions
Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Otis would ask the warriors why they are doing this. He would ask them if that is what a true warrior would do, and why they call themselves warriors. If they would stop, he’d thank them and move on. If they got mad, he would politely say he didn’t want to get involved, and that he is sorry if he offended them. Depending on how that turns out, he would walk away safely, or his swordplay skills would show, but with a grand chance of losing a couple fingers, and other injuries would occur.
Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Otis would reply, “Hello! I was originally just poking around, but now that you mention it, do you have any pencils? I like to sketch, but I’m about to run short of supply.” Otis would hand him a few Minos, even if he didn’t have pencils, and be on his way.
Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: He would be grateful on the luck he has had. He would happily pick up his new supplies, and throw away his old wooden sparring sword. Otis would poke around for a few more minutes, grabbing anything of value or use, and go and see if he could make a profit at a merchant stall.
Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you in the common tongue, how do you respond? “Excuse me, kind sirs,” Otis would pipe out, “I’ve been wandering for ages, and you are the first civilized people I’ve seen in days. I’m no expert wilderness survivor. Is there any chance you fellas would be kind enough to lend me some meat and mead?”
You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard has gathered, and is asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Otis would ponder on the subject for a couple minutes, then go and give them his all with helping with the bandit problem. He might not be the best help, but he will be joyful at the fact that he has given help to people in need. He might get injured, but there is always the reward, which he is already planning on what he will do with it.
