Because according to the forums you are not VIP. If you have paid then you have not been made VIP yet.
If you were a VIP it would say so in your member group. Contact a GM to have it fixed.

No, in game it is fine. Only the forums. I donated a few weeks ago.
Like I said contact a GM and they will fix your forums VIP.
