I've come to this conclusion after wandering around the forums looking for the application section, and seeing the huge amount of player who have suggestions, or want to help improve the Role Playing expiriance for themselves and others. What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?: I have played an inumerable amount of survival servers. I left them all because of a mix of poor admins, and rampant griefing. Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?: I have read the rules and agree that all of them make very good sence. Do you promise to abide by said rules, and laws? This includes the Server, Forum, and Teamspeak set Rules: Yes. How did you hear about us?: A friend of mine on XBOX recomended it, so I looked it up, and found a youtube video. It looked like alot of fun, so hear I am. Have you voted for the Lord of the Craft on Minestatus? Which vote number were you?: I haven't voted for any server for a long time. That could change if it's a requirement though. In-Character: Character Name: Jethroh Frost What Race are you?: Elf What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): High Elf Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Jethroh Frost lived a peaceful life, alongside his family and neighbours, in a small pioneer village positioned in the middle of the rose studded frozen plains of the country of Elysium. The village was named Rosefield, because of the roses that grew in the chilling snow that covered the frozen plains they inhabited. Jethroh had been born in the villaged shortly after it had come to be. His mother was a bit of a worry wort, so he never strayed far outside the village, for her sake. The lack of freedom had created a hunger for adventure inside Jethroh, but usualy keeped it surpressed and took to helping out the villagers instead. He was adored by everyone in his village. He was the very model of a perfect son. He was a help to all he offered a hand to, he practiacly ran the wheat farm single handedly, his mystifying redish purple eyes, his long purpleish pink hair that hung over his face, and his relaxing air and posture drove most of the girls in village wild. He had an odd habit of taking care of the wild roses that adorned the fields that he lived, but most people found it cute. He was not much of a warrior, but what he lacked in the way of a blade, he more than made up for with swiftness with his fists, and the blinding skill he posessed with a bow in hand. The day eventualy came for him to take leave from the village, as was customary for all the young elves at the age of 101. He was destined to go off into the world to make his own way for 200 years, before returning to the village that had been all he'd known for his whole life. He was extrimely nervous in leaveing the village his mother had ordered him never to stray from. On the night he had been schedualed to leave, the whole village turned up to see him off. All wishing him luck, and assureing him that he'd be missed greatly. Even the lone Orc who lived in the village alsongside purely elves had shown up to say how much he'd miss Jethroh. Finally, Jethroh turned his back to his friends and family and headed off into the plains he had never strayed into, The forests he'd never dreamed he'd see, the oceans he'd never thought he'd sail, and the mountains he never imagined he'd climb. What is your Character's ambitions?: To live a peaceful life and adventure in far off lands for 200 years, at such a time he'll return to Rosefield with the knowlegde he's gained. He'd like to spend his time as a cook or a farmer in a village similar to the one he grew up in. He'd also like to learn magic (Cliche I know, but not for powergaming purposes) since one of the girls in the village had known a small bit of it, and they had been rivals for their whole lives, each forever trying to outdo the other. What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Jethrohs favorite tool is a fishing rod. In his village, it was a skill that none had known, as the sole river was always frozen. He had taken up fishing as a hobby on his travels, and found it an extreamly peaceful way to clear his mind. What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Jethroh is blindingly quick, even if he isn't very strong. His talent with his fist and a bow are rivaled only by his prowess in the kitchen, or in a field of whaet. Forgive me. :3 Other Information about your Character: (My idea for this charater is to give a great RP expiriance to everyone, and for him to be a great, and loved guy. However, in the end, he'd be the biggest traitor ever know. To be everyones friend, and being loved for his generosity and helpfulness, only to turn around and stab them all in the back. Afterwards, finding refuge with only the most hate members of the comuntity I belive this would be an extremely fun way to RP, since nobody would see it coming, until it had happened.) Open-Response-Questions Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Jethroh would watch the scene from afar. Contemplateing weather or not he can do anythigng. If he decided to help he would get himself between the armoured men and the halfling victim. He would then start to urge a peaceful way out of the situation, such as everyone forgets what has happened, and they all go their seperate ways. If the men persisted, Jethroh would offer to pay for both himself, and the poor halfling. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Jethroh doesn't feel the need for many worldly possetions. IF he was selling food, Jethroh would buy some, just to be polite, and hang aroung for some converation afterwards. If the man was selling weapons or armor however, Jethroh would politely refuse, but still atempts some polite conversation to pass the time. Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Jethroh is not much of a fighter. He has no need for ores or swords. even a fancy gold one. he could pick up the sword and sell it, but his consience wouldn't let him. He'd likely leave the cobin alone altogether. Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Jethroh would engage the company in a few storys about how he'd got there, and ask for some food. He'd only do so if he could pay for it, but if the people insisted he take it free of charge, he surely wouldn't refuse. You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: In this case, Jethroh would stay out of they way of any combat, as he is no good at fighting, unless it's hand to hand. he would ask if they needed any supplies and do his best to procure the requested items, but he would probably not take part in the combat, unless a bandit aprached him personaly.
