Being English, my application of grammar and spelling is excellent. Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: I am an avid gamer, and very much enjoy transferring my love of fantasy books/film into my games, for example I play Skyrim, Minecraft and occassionally FIFA. I am kind, not agressive, and look to integrate into the server rather than dominate. Currently I am studying for my A-Levels in Physics, IT, Maths and Further Maths. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: 7-10 hours a week. What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying gives me the opportunity to escape the monotony of reality, to allow myself to achieve things I never could, and to have fun. I enjoy the fantasy aspect, of questing etc. What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: I dabbled in World of Warcraft, but didn't enjoy the agressive nature. Obviously, I started out my role-playing games in Runescape, the most legendary game ever. I also play Skyrim a fair bit. What do you expect this server will be like?: From what i've heard, this server is incredible. My friends really enjoy how friendly everyone is, and how everyone abides by the rules and works together to create a server that's good for everyone. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Davios the Third is a kind, merry yet determined Dwarf, who's jovial nature means he is humourous and kind, but his determination means he will not be crossed. He is not the world's greatest fighter, but never has any qualms in raising his own weapon against those who oppress his kind. Agriculture is his favoured passion, and nothing pleases him more than working the land. Davios was brought up in a Dwarven community, where the tradition was to be a Dwarven miner. Unlike the rest of his family, Davios the Third yearned to be a farmer, to work the land and to cultivate crops. His family oppressed these feelings, forcing him to begin training and mining. Unknown to his family, Davios began to grow plants in his room, tending to them at night and on his breaks. However, when he came back from a long mining day, his father and mother were in the room, smashing his flowerpots on the ground. In his fury, Davios the Third left the mining community, and ran into the wilderness. As a young Dwarf, he soon found himself tired and hungry, unable to sustain his long treks during the day. Before long, a group of merry makers found him, and took him under their wing. The months of travelling and performing made Davios very happy, but he still longed to work the land and to grow crops, so he decided to leave. After a tearful leaving ceremony, he went on his way, and is now ready to become an agricultural worker, away from the stereotypical mining traditions of his Dwarven family. What is your Character's ambitions?: Simply to cultivate the land, to grow crops and flowers and to become a farmer, that's his dream. What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): Hoe. What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? Mining, Farming. A screenshot of your skin (must be in proper format): Other Information about your Character: As well as being a keen florist, Davios the Third also loves the musical arts, and is intent on becoming a Flautist. Open-Response-Questions Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Davios is terrified by their aggressive nature, and he hides in the foliage, using his expert nature of the best plants he can use to cover up himself and his Dwarven smell. Before long, the halfling is unconscious and the thieves move to their camp, where Davios can follow. When night came, the warriors slept, and Davios poisoned some mushrooms before adding it to their soup. He swiftly left the scene of the crime, he knew he would do the required damage. Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response? Davios the Third would correct his pronunciation of Hello, before politely movving on. He is prudent with his money and only looks to choose the best wares for the best prices. Such an affluent tradesman would not take his fancy as he often looks for those less well off, who would take a better deal. Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?: Being polite yet desperate from his time as a traveller, Davios would search the area for signs of an inhabitants. If none were to be found, he may decide to leave a letter of apology, before taking the iron bars. He has no need for the sword, so he wraps it in leaves and places it back in the chest. In return for the iron bars, Davios left some left over (un-poisoned!) mushrooms for the inhabitant (if they exist). Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond? Upon noticing their support, he would offer his services as a merry maker, and perform the ballads that he learnt on his time travelling, very much so pleasing his hosts. Before long, his eyes settle on a Dwarven lady (yes, they do exist) and he begins to sing the many smooth, love songs that he learnt. Soon after, they departed to her hut... You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?: Davios the Third would not look to openly assault the bandits, for he is not the strongest fighter. He would look throughout the towns for able fighters to accompany him, using his charisma to charm them into his group. Before long, this hardy group of fighters would assault the bandits by surrounding their camp and using their superior fighting tecnhiques to overcome them, after all, they are only bandits! He would share the reward and gain the trust of his fellow fighters, and hopefully gain friends to use at a later date.

Unlike many of their Dwarven brethren, the Davios clan were committed to agriculture, not the typical mining stance of the other Dwarven communities. Having established their farming community, the Davios clan were peaceful, and made little contact with other races, even their own Dwarven fellows. However, due to their isolation from the rest of the communties, tensions grew between the other Dwarves and the Davios. At a clan meet, several other Dwarven clans expressed their antipathy, and the irate leader of the Dwarven clan Battalios announced the Davios clan his enemy. Unbenknown to the Davalios, they began gathering their war equipment and launched an attack. Being a peaceful race, the Davios clan were brutally massacred, and all but the Empress of Davalia, Davalia herself survived by traversing the treacherous Ice Lake that bordered their land. On her journey, she conceived a child, whom she names after he Grandfather, but died soon after, leaving hte child to fend for himself. Before long, he was picked up by a group of merry-makers, whom raised him as a Flautist, and aided his jovial nature. But before long, his desire to explore and travel outgrew his merry companions, and he desired to leave. If it was revealed that they were in fact stealing his money, or turned aggressive toward him, he would defend himself, and run for cover. After hiding efficiently in the foliage, he would track the warriors and wait for the moment to attack. During his time as a traveler he has become accustomed to foraging for his own means, and free materials would not go unwanted. (In a booming voice) "GREETINGS MY FELLOW BRETHREN! Thank you for your kind greetings." As the festivities of the night began, he would perform with his flute and entertain his hosts, before picking a Dwarven lady to spend the night with!
