Out-Of-Character
Minecraft Account Name:billy_thomson
How old are you?:I am 13 years old
Time-Zone/Country of Residence:Scotland, BST
Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?:Yes, I have a good grasp of the English language, as I have lived all my life in Scotland.
Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:I'm 13 years old, and I like playing video games quite a lot, along with other activities such as Roller Skating and Stunt Scootering. I am quite a lively, friendly person, and I'm really interested in the concept of Roleplay.
How much time could you be on the server weekly?:It varies, as I have school every weekday, limiting the time I can spend on the server. However, after about 4:00pm, I should be able to put a good 2-3 hours everyday. At weekends I'll have a lot more time to spare, perhaps even putting around 5-6 hours a day into the server.
What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:I see Roleplaying as a way to not only play as an entirely different person and live out their lives (and of course having fun while doing it!), but to also express yourself in a completely different community than the one you're typically used to (chances are you'll only know a couple of people on the server). I have Rp'ed in the past, but nothing to the scale of this server.
What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:Like I said above, I have Rp'ed in the past, but not just on Minecraft servers. Other games I have Rp'ed on are Garry's Mod, and GTA San Andreas, in gmod i was more layed back at RP-ing because i got to much lag. and in samp i was really serious. probably more serious than this server is, depending we had to rp the tiniest thing even starting a car engine so I would say I have had a fair amount of experience in Roleplaying.
In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:Meta-Gaming is when you use knowledge that you gained outside of a 'game' to help you in some way ingame. An example of this is when you look up a guide, or a cheat, that could aid you ingame, putting you at an unfair advantage over other players.
In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is:Power-Gaming is when you 'force' an action upon another player, but making the action absolute, deliberately giving no way to recovery from it. Say, if X punched Y in the face and knocked him unconscious, there would be no option but for Y to go along with what X told him to do.
What do you expect this server will be like?:I expect this server to have a serious, but lighthearted, look on Roleplaying, allowing players to have fun and effectively leave them to their own devices, only stepping in if someone is clearly breaking the rules or Rp'ing stupidly.
What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:I've played on lots of servers, to the extent that I cannot remember any of their names except Realistic Craft, a server which I had a lot of fun on.
Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?:Yes
Do you promise to abide by said rules, and laws? This includes the Server, Forum, and Teamspeak set Rules:Yes
How did you hear about us?:A friend of mine told me about this server

What Race are you?:Dwarf
What Sub-Race are you? (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race):
Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):
Even at a young age, William Frostbeard showed exceptional talent at the forges. He far exceeded his peers in metalworking, always making swords and hammers of great quality, good enough to even match some of the senior smiths. All at the age of eight.
As he grew older, the seasons flashing by, his skill grew as well. By the meagre age of 15, he had almost mastered the art of enchanting weapons with magic, something his fellow classmates could only dream of doing. By the time he was 29, he was renowned by being a great smith, not quite as good as the Dwarven finest, but definitely getting there. His popularity led him to an encounter with a Dwarven woman named Barthra Fardukr, who he immediately fell in love with. Less than 3 years later, when he was 31, the pair were married.
One day, several years later, William and a heavily pregnant Barthra were strolling in the woods near Kal'Urguan, when they were set upon by bandits. One leaped off a ledge onto Barthra's back, knocking her hard into the ground, a sickening crack echoed as her face smashed into a rock. William, in a blaze of fury, attacked the bandits with the handaxe he always carried around with him, slaying two of them in a bloodthirsty frenzy! The other bandit ran off like the coward he was, screaming for mercy before disappearing into the trees. William looked towards his wife, but to his despair, she had passed on into the void.
It is now 20 years later, William still doggedly worked in the forges, but with a sadness that people would not associate with him. His depression grew, until one day, he gathered up his supplies, and left the city in the middle of the night. With nowhere to go, William turned towards the outside world which he had avoided his entire life, and began to walk, seeking to rid himself of the sorrow that plagued his heart.

Other Information about your Character:
Open-Response-Questions
Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond? Not being a coward, nor a fighter, he would attempt to resolve the situation as peacefully as possible.
Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?William would look mainly for smithing supplies such as ingots, the better the quality, the more friendly he is while purchasing them. If the supplies are bad quality, or just a complete ripoff, he would make his disappointment known, before moving on to another stall.
Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:Having no moral qualms with stealing, he would take the iron bars, and possibly the golden sword if it is of exceptional quality.
Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?William would be friendly, offering his help in exchange for a decent meal.
You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:He would probably not volunteer, though if the reward is large enough, he would sign up, more for personal gain rather than to help others.
