Before someone denies this app I would appreciate it if they check and see if I corrected what I was told was wrong last time. This will be my 5th app simply because another person / mod comes and tells me to change the new one every time for different reasons... Anyways, I hope I get accepted. Thanks! Minecraft Account Name: Groundedtaco How old are you?: 15 Time-Zone/Country of Residence: EST America (Atlanta, GA) Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?: I believe so. Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself: Im Ben, I am dedicated to minecraft and I am terrible at answering these types of questions mostly because I don't know a whole lot about my self. I love Minecraft, I hate school, and I am really looking forward to playing on this server. How much time could you be on the server weekly?: I play anywhere from 2-10 hours a day, averaging around 6 Hours per day, so Ill say 42 Hours a week. More if I really get into it like i hope to! What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you: Roleplaying is (Obviously) The act of playing a role. Role playing to me means changing myself and become someone else, taking on a character’s characteristics as my own. What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?: Shall I begin with Runescape, I continued to play the elder scroll series throughout my years, along with WoW (not hugely role-play) and some guild wars. I have been uber excited to experience a role playing format in Minecraft it been my favorite game for over a year now, it has simply been hard to find the right server.. UNTIL NOW! In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is: Meta-Gaming is the using information you aquired outside of RP and use it in RP. For example, if I were to look on an online map (not sure if this server has that, but it’s just an example) and then have my character know the information, then that would be metagaming. In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Gaming is: Power gaming is making your character OP or doing OP things, for example, when you were a kids and you played guns. There was always a kid who would say you missed him every time you “shot” him by saying bang and pointing at him, he would say you missed him. That’s powergaming. Also, if you were to make your character “strong, handsome, invincible, superpowered, can beat anyone at anything”, that’s also Power Gaming. What do you expect this server will be like?: I honestly have no requirements or expectations, that way I can only be happily surprised. Although I am an excellent builder i prefer not to play creative servers, the only reasons I left these servers were because they went down or my friends traveled elsewhere and I followed, until now i have been searching for a server that had an engulfing survival role play experience for me and my friends. (note, you aren’t required to have a sub-race): None Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): I woke up in a mineshaft, a few other dwarves hovering over me. Apparently someone had been mining some coal above me which fell and struck my head, rendering me dazed and rendering my memory wiped of all previous memories. They say I was a young dwarf of about 55, and that I loved to mine. They say that I was one of the last aboard the ships crossing Aegis, but I find this information petty and unnecessary. The one thing that frustrates me is I can no longer remember who was my parents are, all I have are fuzzy memories of them heading off to the bar. I continued to work in the mines for days and days, until I realized that everyone of those strangers had left, and I was all alone. I wandered the lands with no purpose and no hopes for nearly 3 years. All I knew of myself was I liked mining, and then there were just a few hazy memories. These memories were haunting me, and I was constantly wondering who my parents were, and for that matter, if I had any other connections in the world. I then decided that it was time to get my act together, and go on a journey to find out who my parents are, and what I was like before that terrible incident in the mines. The way I saw it, the best way to start was by heading to the dwarven capitol and seeing who I could meet and maybe end up jogging my memories. My story begins in the cloud temple, the place I wandered to in hopes that I would be able to jog my memories and direct myself to the Dwarven Capitol. After a few more years in the capitol I decide to become a Blacksmith. This going along so well with his mining talent, along with giving him the ability to repair his friends armor and tools. This led to my ambition, I now want to be the VERY best forger and miner in the entire dwarves race. Seeing as how thats all I know, don't think it should be too hard! What is your Character's ambitions?: One of the only two things Drak knows he is good at is forging/repairing and mining, This is his ambition. He hopes to one day have the highest forging level ever, along with the highest mining level. What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc): My favorite tool is the pickaxe, as it helps me to mine. What is one of your Character's most skilled talents? My character’s most skilled talents are repairing and mining. He has dark black hair, and always carries a hammer and a pick. He has no recollection of anything before an injury he got mining one day. Short answer #1- I see the halving and think about how when I was little I had to fend for myself, how I had to make it on my own. Although I know that if he can't fend for himself he may not live much longer, I help him out. I draw my bow and quickly take out the bandits, while receiving great thanks for the halving I make sure he understands he needs to train for situations like this and let him know next time I won't be there. He is grateful for my help and thanks me, as well as offering his few minas that he has, which I decline. From then on in I promise myself that I will be the protecter of the unprotected, and that I will use my might for right. Short answer #2- Drak thinks this mans accent is slightly irritating. He sells some of the armor he recently forged, and buys some food for the rest of his journey. On his way out he punches the man in the face and tells him his original thoughts. Short answer #3- I see the hut, walk in and search the chest. At first thought, I immediately want to scoop up the ores and take them for myself. On second thought though, I debate whether or not I should take the materials or not, so I stay for a few days to see if anyone else comes to claim them. After 3 days with nobody showing, I scribble a message on a piece of paper reading "Be more careful next time, the next person that comes along may not be so nice as to leave your things." I leave shortly after writing the note, knowing I must continue on my journey. Short answer #4- I see the trading camp, and prepare to raid it. I'm not too fond of outsiders or other races. These weird creatures I identify as orcs, which really gets my blood flowing, as orcs have always been a natural enemy of the dwarves. I act nice though, and get myself into their camp. I then steal most of their food and wealth during the night, and head off undetected, happy, and much richer than when I first entered the camp. I am happy that I decided to take this stop instead of just turning away at the first sight of orcs. Short answer #5-My love for money compelled me to quickly jump out and slice the bandits to bits, I then collected my reward and left. My actions we're fueled by greed like always, and my hate for the police made me not want to stick around to chat it up.

This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): I was a child no more than 11 when the invasion of Aegis occurred. I was an orphan and I never knew my family, not that I cared to. This made surviving on my own much easier, cold hearted and nobody else to care for made life in the wild significantly easier. By the age of 16 I was set, no doubt was in my mind, I could live on my own forever. I had such great farming, hunting, and mining skills that I could make enough materials in a day, for a week. After a while of having more than what I needed even luxuries, I started wanting more just like any living thing would. I craved companionship, needed someone or something to spend my time and materials with… Thats why one day, as I was fishing and listening to a Mellohi disk I gathered from an electrified creeper I spotted a human. Normally I would kill anything that presented the slightest of threats, It wouldn't be hard. This human looked young, but when he turned, still not seeing me I could tell he was lost. I could see the loneliness and hunger in his eyes. I knew the feelings, and I knew that it was a terrible experience.. At this point I decided to take one of the 7 fish I had gotten so far and toss it to the human, at first he was startled, not knowing what had happened, only seeing me, discomfort and confusion in its eyes. The human then saw what I had thrown, and quickly ate it up. I could instantly see the look on its face brighten, and at that moment I knew I had made a new friend. A couple of months later, I was out hunting pigs and cows with Sparky the Human. Sparky the Human being the name I had given my lovely companion. It was about noon that day when we came across a group of Zombies, 3 to be precise. I knew these were dangerous creatures, even with diamond armor and a gold sword. I was ready to turn and dart out of the situation with Sparky the Human when I realized there was another Zombie behind me. This was quickly turning into a deathly situation, Sparky the Human screamed and one of the other Zombies backed up but then noticed who it came from. Sparky the Human was still pretty young, and not very intimidating, but 3 seconds later a big group of humans darted out of the forest behind the group of villains and started ripping up one of the zombies. The rest quickly left and at that moment I realized who the humans must be, Sparky the Human's family. Sparky the Human's family appeared to understand what had happened between me and Sparky the Human, but I knew how humans were and realized they would be taking Sparky the Human back. Then as he was leaving, tears streaming down my face, the humans stopped. Understanding how much Sparky the Human meant to me, they let me join the crew. I spent maybe another 5 years with the humans, encountering and destroying many obstacles and things. We had a good run, but I knew I didn't really fit in. So when we stumbled upon the Dwarves kingdom, we said our goodbyes and parted. Simple as that. I will never forget Sparky the Human or the family of humans, MY family of humans. Drak is friendly and good at heart, except for when it comes to someone foreign. He dislikes other races but still gives the benefit of the doubt. Some of Draks flaws include not eating enough, eating too much, being too friendly and sometimes being taken advantage of, and sometimes he forgets he isn't invincible and becomes seriously injured in battle. I walk up and trade many of the ores I have collected on my trip, along with buying some food to resolve my hunger. I ask if I can provide my brawn, as protection for a few days in exchange for more food and a place to stay along with a map, and leave about a week later, leaving a few diamond in a chest to show my appreciation. He looked about 10 years old, no parent or guardian in sight when the angry faced but loving pack of wolves appeared around him. Looking like a weak easy supper one of the wolves quickly moved in to grab its meal. Young Drak quickly rose from his boat, lodged in the ice and pulled a hammer from beneath the blankets. Those, the blankets and his hammer were the only thing Drak had, and yet he had made it so far in life. Drak whirl-Wind struck the wolf with a hammer. This act of violence and independence made it clear to the wolves that this young dwarf was tough, and worthy of being in the family. After another 20 years with the wolves, Drak began to think about why he was abandoned and left to fend for himself in this cold angry world. Shortly after his philosophical endeavor, he and his wolves found the Dwarven capitol, where he decided to adopt a more dwarves fit lifestyle. He then joined the Dwarfs and sent the rest of his life training for an amazing battle he knew would come, with his wolf and hammer instincts. Short answer #2- Drak ignores the man’s pompous response and uses the time to sell his rocks and minerals that he has been mining, and gets a good price for them despite the pompous man. Short answer #3-Drak wouldn’t have taken the items if it were a sword or a bow, but he cannot resist the urge of taking as many ores as he can. He’ll take them, but he feels a little sorry afterwards. Short answer #4-Drak offers his services to the villagers in exchange for the food and water he so desperately desires, and if they don’t take it, Drak would be happy to take it by force. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.): Drak was found a cold winter night the boat he lay in, one of the last from Aegis after the demons invaded. He looked about 3 years old, no parent or guardian in sight when the angry faced but loving pack of wolves appeared around him. Looking like a weak easy supper one of the wolves quickly moved in to grab its meal. Baby Drak quickly rose from his boat, lodged in the ice and pulled a hammer from beneath the blankets. Those, the blankets and his hammer were the only thing Drak had, and yet he had made it so far in life. Drak whirl-Wind struck the wolf with a hammer to the knee. This act of violence and independence made it clear to the wolves that this baby was tough, and worthy of being in the family. After another 20 years with the wolves, Drak began to think about why he was abandoned and left to fend for himself in this cold angry world. Drak is friendly and good at heart, except for when it comes to someone foreign. He dislikes other races but still gives the benefit of the doubt. Some of Draks flaws include not eating enough, eating too much, being too friendly and sometimes being taken advantage of, and sometimes he forgets he isn't invincible and becomes seriously injured in battle.
