    Would being ordered to lie to a group of people require a VA?

      Lying does not require a VA, but temptation to villainy and following villainous orders generally does. If you are knowingly lying to promote an act of villainy, you might want a VA.

      My Character (Elphaba) was ordered By mogkrag (Higgssy) to lie about orc information to the elfs and i dont have a VA >.<
