I am a high school student who plays video games a lot, especially Minecraft. I like to build, both in and out of Games.

I wouldtry to be on for at least an hour, but I can't promise anything

Roleplaying is taking on the personality and mannerisms of another person.

I have done some minor larping, but nothing hardcore.
In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:
Meta-gaming is using out of character information to benefit you in character. An example would be using an X-Ray mod to find diamonds in game.

Power emoting is the act of performing an action then dictating another players response, an example would be stabbing them in the stomach then saying Phil dies due to loss of blood.
What do you expect this server will be like?:
It will be a new experience and I plan on entering with an open mind with no expectations

I have played on many role playing servers, such as cuboid creations and Shadow Raze, but left them both due to a lack of an actual roleplaying experience

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):
Oobey was born in a small isolated settlement known as Palermo. The village Elder/Sage stated he was the chosen of the goddess of Mystra and he would be a great paladin one day. Oobeys older brother Jereen, who was also a powerful and ambitious mage, attempted to kill Oobey and killed their father in the process, forcing Oobeys mother to flee with the child. For six years they remained in hiding, living off the land and moving daily to avoid detection. Eventually they happened across an elven maiden named Elifhin Willowmoon, who explained that she had escaped her Mori'quessir captors and was looking for her son, Richard. They traveled together for around three more years, as they were both in hiding from powerful enemies.
But around his ninth birthday Jereen, still in a jeasousy induced rage, killed Oobeys mother and advanced on Oobey and Elifhin, so they began running, though of course with no hope of escape. After two days of running they realized they had not been pursued and did not question their luck, they finally set up a camp and began to rest. It was then, in the middle of the night, that Mystra, the goddess of magic herself, appeared to Oobey, asking if he would "bear her trust", to which he immediately agreed, he began to feel lightheaded and weak, and suddenly everythin went black, when he awoke, he felt more empowered, and he felt a pulsating magic emanating from around his neck, when reched of to feel he noticed a rather large amulet around his neck, which he instantly knew was Mystra's "Trust. so for another ten years the two traveled together unhindered, but it was not to last, Jereen found them again, this time with an entourage of Mori'quessir, Elifhin sent Oobey away in hiding, hoping he could escape, after making him promise he would find her son Richard, and tell him her fate.
He knew he could do nothing to help her, but he hated leaving her when he knew she had no chance of surviving, so hevowed to do the only thing he could, and keep his promise and find this Richard willowmoon, and if he found Jereen along the way, he would mercilessly punish him and any Mori scum he was traveling with.
He journeyed to Cloud Ruler Temple to begin his Journey, alredy full of regret and rage.
What are your Character's ambitions?:
He wants to find Richard Willowmoon and find and punish Jereen.
What is your character’s favorite tool? (sword, pickaxe, shovel, etc):
He is best with a sword, but can use anything effectively should the need arise.
What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?
magic, as he is the chosen of the goddess of magic and bears a small portion of her power.

Open-Response-Questions
Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?
I would attempt to reason with the criminals and talk them out of the robbery, but if necessary I would battle them.
Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?
I would ask if there was any work in the area, to which he would respond, with, "I have a new shipment of weapons coming in, and if you'll help with it I'll reward you with quite the powerful sword, known as the golden heart, if you're interested" Hoping for more of a monetarial reward, but unable to deny the usefulness of a good weapon, I accept, but when I arrive at the appointed area I am ambushed,and must fight my way through to the caravan, which I now see has been destroyed and robbed, when I return to the merchant to tell him, he offers me the same reward, plus a few hundred minas, to find the theives and bring them to justice, and to return any items from the shipment that I could salvage.
Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:
I leave it there, hoping the owner is still alive to return to it, while taking them is tempting, it is also wrong and I wouldn't ake any item from a reasoning being no matter what the situation.
Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?
I ask if they have a meal and a map to spare, and tha I will be willing to pay whatever is necessary. Seeing this as an opportunity they offer the meal and the map on the condition that I deal with a small band of Marauders that camp to the north, which I gladly agree to.
You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:
I try to help in any way I can, but will accept no reward, it is the right thing to do and the reward is the safety of the townspeople.
