Out-Of-Character
Minecraft Account Name:
ThatMan94
How old are you?:
I am nineteen years of age.
Time-Zone/Country of Residence:
I live in the United States of America, in Cali. So that would be Pacific Standard Time.
Do you have a good grip on the English language/good grammar?:
Yes, I believe I do.
Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:
Well, what can I say? I'm a gamer that likes to play various different games. I love the idea of roleplaying in a Huge world, and getting to know people as time progresses.
How much time could you be on the server weekly?:
It depends on my schedule. On most days I can play up to 2-4 hours.
What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:
Roleplay, and the act of roleplaying, is almost like a medium to express your creativity through a character you create. I love the aspect of roleplaying, and I consider it to be one of my favorite activities.
What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:
I have had previous experience dealing with Minecraft Roleplay servers, and forum roleplay aswell. I am not going to lie, Minecraft is probably the best way to roleplay if you do it correctly.
In your own Words, define what the act of Meta-Gaming is:
Meta-Gaming is Out-Of-Character information, and applying to your character's knowledge. This can be acquired through the use of teamspeak, or other VOIP programs, even in-game OOC. Meta-gaming is highly frowned upon by most, if not all roleplaying communities.
In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is:
To understand Power-emoting, you must first understand what emoting is. Emoting is performing an action, in-character. In most cases the action being performed would be between two asterisks. A good example would be :
*Billy walks up to John, attempting to slap him in the face*
Now that that's been said, Power-emoting would basically be not giving the person you are performing the action to, either enough time to react, or not attempting an action. A good example of Power-emoting would be :
*Billy walks up to John, slapping him in the face, proceeding to punch him in the gut*
This is highly frowned upon in roleplaying communities.
What do you expect this server will be like?:
I expect that Lord of The Craft will exceed my expectations. The building is phenomenal, and the roleplay seems to be top notch! What more could a roleplayer ask for?
What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:
I have played on one other server which was called, "The Land of Arithonia". At the time I joined it was twenty people strong. It eventually got up to one hundred pages on the Minecraft Forums, but sadly they had to shut down due to Paypal troubles.
Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?:
Aye, Aye. I take full responsibility if I break one of the rules.
Do you promise to abide by said rules, and laws? This includes the Server, Forum, and Teamspeak set Rules:
Yes I do. You have my word.
How did you hear about us?:
Youtube, amongst other things.
Have you previously made an Application? If so could you link us to your last Application?:
Yes I have. I hope to exceed my previous post in details. Here's the link for you.

Biography (Please make this at least 2 paragraphs long. This must include the history of your character and his life as well as age, appearance and personality, etc.):
Kzarkǔs was only a boy at the time of the war that took place before the reuniting of the land. His family lived in the suburbs of a big town. Kzarkǔs never got the name of the city, but it was one of the bigger cities in Asulon. Years later, not much has changed. Now he is a young adult, twenty years old, with a possible love interest. His life changed one day when he met a expert swordsman. Kzarkǔs conversed with him, day after day. Soon he found himself a new friend, possibly the best one he's had.
Soon after befriending the man, named "Mallor Runicus", he began training with him. Kzarkǔs would have long days, training up to three to six hours everyday. By training with Mallor, he had met King Renatus, and toured the capital. After he learned the basics, Mallor promised him that he would wait quite a while before teaching him how to wield weapons. Year after year went by, Kzarkǔs eagerly awaiting the training he was promised. Mallor eventually sat Kzarkǔs down, and began telling him things about his previous experiences in war.
"Do you know what it's like seeing death all around you in battles? It's hard Kzarkǔs. I've seen some of my closest companions die in front of my eyes."
A great silence swept the room. Kzarkǔs then asked him a question.
"What do you mean, friend? I know it's hard watching friends die. I too have lost friends and family, but not in battle."
"What I'm trying to say is, it...it feels... horrible. Watching people die, then killing people yourself? It's not like the enemy doesn't have a family and friends that care about them."
"I assume that you're getting to a point here, Mallor?"
"The point is, never take a life with your own hands. It slowly tears you apart inside, and will eventually drive you insane. Promise me, whatever happens to you, don't seek any sort of violence towards the wrongdoer."
Kzarkǔs nodded his head in understanding, then leaves the room to gather his thoughts.
Kzarkǔs made a promise, and he was proud of it. A few weeks later, with not seeing Mallor in awhile, Kzarkǔs goes to visit him. As Kzarkǔs was approaching the house he noticed a hooded figure fleeing the house. Knock after knock on the front door of his small home, and no answer. Kzarkǔs proceeded to kick down Mallor's door finding that he had been killed, inside of his own home. Kzarkǔs quickly went into shock, trying to wake up his bloodied friend. It seemed as if there was no struggle. Kzarkǔs started to go into denial a few seconds after he had discovered his dead friend. He thought, this has to be a dream, there's no way... After trying to collect himself, Kzarkǔs stormed out of the house trying to look for any suspicious people, or even any foot prints leaving the house. Kzarkǔs gave up after hours and hours of searching the near by town.
Red rose day, was the day that Kzarkǔs' life changed. Kzarkǔs had searched for the perfect rose to put on Mallor's grave. He found it. When he started traveling to Mallor's grave site, he noticed a shady figure standing over his grave. The same shady figure that he had seen the day of his friend's death. He dropped the rose, then started running after the man. Chasing him through alleyways, on rooftops and even through wheat fields, Kzarkǔs finally caught up to him. He tried to unmask the man, but the masked man quickly retaliated with a quick jab to Kzarkǔs' jaw. Stunned, and dazed, Kzarkǔs tried to swing back at the man, but missed. A few more punches were exchanged between the two, before the man pulled out a knife. Kzarkǔs tried to disarm him, like he learned from Mallor but the hooded man was too quick. Mallor felt a stabbing pain after a failed kick. He suddenly fell to the floor, and started to lose his breath. When he looked up again, the man was gone. It was almost as if he was never there. Regardless, Kzarkǔs tried to pull himself together, but to no avail. He laid out in agony as he watched his life drain before his eyes.
Sooner or later his father found him while tending to the wheat. By this time Kzarkǔs had already lost alot of blood. His father bandaged him and carried him home, where Kzarkǔs' mother cared for him day after day. Almost two days later Kzarkǔs wakes up, his family circled around him.
"You were muttering things in your sleep, boy." said Mother.
Dazed and confused Kzarkǔs tried to gather himself. Kzarkǔs tried to hold back the tears of his loss. At this time, many things were happening in Asulon. New people moved into town, and many new people were elected as leaders. Things were really different. A few years went by, and Kzarkǔs was itching for revenge. Not for him, but for his friend. but then he remembered what Mallor told him. He was troubled by this, as he felt that it would feel good getting revenge. Kzarkǔs eventually moved out of his parent's farmhouse, and went on his own. What he might find in the depths of Asulon's wild and unpredictable land might surprise him. Will he find his muse? Or as the years go by, will he still seek revenge for his friend?

Anything else you would like to say?:
I;m a ware that my ORQ has asterisks around half emotes/half explaining what's happening. And I am aware that is not how roleplay works, but I'm simply explaining what's happening in the situation. It would not be what I would do on the server. I worked really hard on this by the way, it may not seem like much but I spent up to 4 hours researching, and compiling bits and pieces about his server into one solid storyline that I understand now. No spelling errors by the way, proofread the whole thing. Here's hoping that I actually get accepted!
