Small 2-3 Sentence Description of yourself:
I am an eighteen year old girl who goes to college (starting next year on a new one), likes to role-play, has ADHD and still lives with her parents. My parents are divorced, I have a dog and two chicken and like music and role-playing more then actually going outside and meet people. On the internet I seem like a very outgoing person but I'm actually really introvert and prefer sitting at home over going to a bar.
How much time could you be on the server weekly?:
Between the 9 and 12 hours a day while I still have free time (before I go to college again) and once I go to college.. I have no idea. I don't know my schedule yet so I really can't tell. But I should be able to manage at least 7 once I go to college.
What do you know about Roleplaying? Give a definition of what it means to you:
Well.. To Role-play is to become a different person basically. You yourself create a character, make it up. But as soon as you start to play, you change into that character. Feel the characters feelings, be that character. Hence me wanting to cry when one of my characters did. Or getting really happy when the character is.
It's not something I can explain easily. A lot of people simply don't understand how you can switch from being that character, to being yourself and back again.
What experience have you had in Roleplaying, if any?:
Been doing this since I was like.. 11. I started rp-ing like this *drops sword* to this.. (made up character name, don't see this as my actual character for the server), James walked around the old, abandoned town.. Feeling lonely and hungry he was craving for company and food.. etc etc.
Of course I can still approve on my role-playing skills especially since I've never role-played inside of a game (I always role-play on the forums) but I don't consider myself a beginner. I was a beginner 7 years ago..

Well it basically is using OOC information (to your advantage) your character can't know. You yourself know, but your character doesn't.
In your own Words, define what the act of Power-Emoting is:
In my eyes it's basically playing god. So I call it the god-complex. Why? Because you decide what the other character does. Also, the character that uses that 'god-complex' may actually say that he's invincible because of some sort of stone he suddenly has or something like that.
It's basically cheating your way trough a role-play (in my eyes at least).
What do you expect this server will be like?:
I expect it to be fun but also a lot more serious then I have previously experienced. When I role-play, I do stay in character and all of that but I might change slight things like clothing and put little details in the past my character has (like add a uncle when the character didn't have one before). So it will be more strict then I'm used to (I think at least).
What other server(s) have you played on and why did you leave them?:
I have never played on a role-play server. But I do play on a survival/pvp server called BreadCraft. I didn't leave that server, I'm just looking for a role-play server I can switch to when I don't feel like doing the whole survival/pvp stuff.
Have you read, understood, and agreed to the rules?:
I have! I've spent nearly 2 hours looking at the rules, lore, choosing a race etc etc.
I mean the no griefing etc rules are just general.. But with the whole war rules stuff.. That's new to me! And I like it. It's a new experience.

You really want to know this? Very well then.. I will not tell this to everyone as I am not a person that will easily give away sensitive information. For you however.. I will make the exception.
I am Maehr Eloem Khel, born in Malinor -Normandor to be precise-.. Son of Amir and Laurir Khel. I have roamed this.. World, for about 17 years now. Searching for them. Searching for Amir and Laurir since they told me they would come back home when they left. But that is 10 years ago now. I already found it rather strange that they had left me their life savings and the house to look after.. But.. What does a child know hmm? A child just gets placed under the care of something like an uncle. Simply to be forced into 'perfection'. Ha! Like there is such thing! Such fools they are! They all are! Liars, traitors and fools.. Just like my parents were. They both were from pure blood! Both sharing the blood the other high elves do! But do you see other high elves parents leave their children? No! Do you see their blood on the floor and walls of caverns? No!
I have not always been like this. Bitter, disappointed at society and introvert. That does not mean I'm capable of feeling happiness.. I was a rather happy as a child, roaming the forest, trying to catch the birds and squirrels. I had a good time. Until it was time for my parents to leave.. Serve their 'land' in another war or something like that.. I really don't remember. I just know that they were most likely slain by orcs. Filthy creatures they are.. Orcs. Just the name makes me sick! But just wait until I become older. I will make a chance.. If it will be a good one or a bad one, I do not know. I just know that I will make sure this.. Darkness ends.. Or that the world will end.
But enough of sad stories and thoughts about dominating others. Unlike other elves, my hair is black from nature while it should be platinum. Other then that, I appear to be just another blue eyed high elf with the golden skin.
The rest of my past will stay a mystery. Like I said before, I do not like to talk about sensitive matters..
What are your Character's ambitions?:
To change the way that the world is now. To either get the corruption gone.. Or to make it ALL go away (destroy the whole world). Of course, he's young so do consider this changing.

Bow and arrow.
What is one of your Character's most skilled talents?
Agility.

What to tell? He lost his parents, was raised by his uncle until the age of 12 (in where he ran away to search for his missing parents) and thanks to what he has seen and done, he has grown bitter and cold towards most.
Open-Response-Questions
Whilst traveling from the Cloud Temple you see a small halfling, being harassed by two armed warriors. They appear to be trying to steal money from him, how does your character respond?
Hearing a halfling's scream, Maehr frowned and stayed low to the ground as he approached the sound out of curiosity. He did not exactly like what he saw.. Warriors.. Harassing a halfling. They were cowards! But to shoot them would mean his own death.. They might just execute him for that!
The high elf frowned. Even if that halfling wasn't as good as any of the high elves, he did deserve to live another day.. And he himself was the only one around.
There was only one thing to do now.. He didn't like most people, but no one deserved to be treated like that. If he were to change the world, he would start now. So he took a deep breath, stood up and shouted "Ey you there! Yes the warriors! Come and catch me if you can!". When the warriors responded, he ran. As fast as he could...
Your character wanders into Alras, and comes across a small stall, behind which a well dressed man is standing. He’s offering various wares, the merchant turns to you and says in a posh accent " 'ello there, what can I do you for today?" What is your character response?
Eloem looked at the man, knowing the wares would be fair. Alras wasn't exactly the city where you want to be a thief or a liar.. "A loaf of bread.. Please." He said coldly and handed the man the mina for the bread. He was just passing trough anyway.. He would leave tomorrow and he didn't want to be chatting with an unknown man.
Whilst wandering in the wilds, your character comes across a small hut, which looks abandoned. Inside it you see a chest containing a few iron bars, and a golden sword. How would your character respond?:
The raven head frowned. Why would anyone leave this? And why would they abandon the hut? This had to be a trap.. Made by either a king or by villains..
Taking the goods was tempting but he didn't want to be trapped. So instead of taking it all, he left the hut and continued on his journey..
Hungry and lost in the wilderness, you stumble across a small trading camp nestled among the forest, they greet you you in the common tongue, how do you respond?
Eloem looked at the men, sizing them up before he spoke. "Hello.. Do you care on sharing some of that meat you have there? I have been wandering around for days and haven't eaten since.." He said with a soft voice, hunger made you do almost anything to get some food. Even abandon your own personality.
"Aah my mate! Come an' sit! Come come!" one of the men nearly shouted at him, making him cringe slightly because of the loud noise to his ears and walked up to the man, sitting down on a fallen tree like the rest of the men did. They immediately handed him a piece of cooked beef and a cup of ale, watching him while he ate and drank eagerly.
You hear word that bandits occupy the road outside the town in which you have been staying. The town guard have gathered, and are asking for assistance to help eliminate them. The leader of the party is offering a reward for any who offer their support. How does your character act on this information?:
Maehr rose an eyebrow as he heard the rumor. Bandits occupying the road? And the guards are handing out a reward to the one who will offer his or her support? What a joke! He had more then enough money at home and he had food for a week with him! He would simply stay in this town until the bandits would clear out, no need to fight when you don't have to.
Anything else you would like to say?:
The little bits of role-play up there are just small examples. I could make them into short stories but since it's only examples, I didn't.
