In-Character Details Character Name: Sparamar Akkaris Character Race: Elf: Wood Elf. Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary: Sparamar Akkaris, a young adventurous but reckless soul. He grew up with the life of a sheep herder. He lived with his parents, and loved them dearly. Every morning he would wake up to the smell of sheep excrement. He was used to it though, as were his mother and father. He bonded with the sheep, and named them all. He loved the animals dearly. He named each sheep after their personality. It wasn't the most luxurious or sanitary job, but he enjoyed working with his family and the animals. One typically normal day, Sparamar woke up bright and early to fetch some water from the well, a kilometer away. He took the family horse, and rode. On his way back, with the bucket of water hanging down from the horse's saddle bag, he smelled an odd musky smell. At first, he thought it was a traveler making a bonfire. It didn't surprise him, because his house was in the middle of nowhere, on the way to a big traveler destination. Then he realized the smell was to strong. Suspicious, he rode a few more meters ahead, just onto the hill top, with a view of his wooden house. The sight of what he saw almost made him fall off the horse. His barn was on fire. The fact that his house was burning down wasn't what got him worried, it was the fact that his parents may still be inside. Just as he jumped off his horse, and started bolting towards his home, he heard a loud familiar yell for help. He stopped in his tracks, shocked to see his father being dragged out of the house... by humans. At first, Sparamar was relieved to see that a few humans were helping him out of the house. Then he saw one of the humans lowering a torch near his father. He then realized, that THEY were the cause of the fire. Anger surged through him. He furiously started to sprint towards the humans. When he got to the humans, he realized it was too late. He heard his father screaming in pain, and saw that his clothing and hair were caught on fire. The humans laughed, then noticed Sparamar staring at them, not very far away. "Aye, look boys! We got our self another one of those disgusting wood elf, freaks!" Said one of the particularly large humans. He tried to run away, but they were way too fast for him. As they pinned him down, the large one, who he thought was their leader, said in a heavy English accent, "Ye' shoulda' seen what we did to ya' motha'!" Sparamar's eyes widened, and he felt tears rolling down his cheeks. The ugly bearded one, with a scar running down his neck asked, "Shall we torch this one, boss?" The large one replied with a growl in his voice "Aye, hand me that torch ova' there. We start with his eyes!" As one of the other humans handed him the torch, he slowly lowered down the weapon towards Sparamar's eye. "This might hurt JUST a wee bit." He chuckled, and plunged the torch right into Sparamar's right eye. As Sparamar screamed, the larger human laughed, not noticed that his hand slid down the torch while stabbing the child, leaving his hand too close to the flame, setting his sleeve on fire. "BOYS! GET ME SOME WATER!" He yelled. The other humans noticed the sleeve, then scrambled to find the nearest water source. During this distraction, Sparamar took the opportunity to sprint away, into the forest. He knew he was now an orphan. But then he remember about his father talking to his mother, about his father's brother. Which would be Sparamar's uncle. He said something about his uncle having kids... which would be Sparamar's cousins! Then he remembered his father speaking about his uncle's death. Maybe, he could relate to his cousins. They were orphans too. Maybe he find them and get help from them, now that he was homeless. He knew that his cousins' names were Lumina and Artimec, as mentioned by his father. His father said something about... Crestfall. Perhaps it was a city, or a little village? None the less, Sparamar had to find them. Sparamar usually wears a green robe, with yellow and black. He has black eyes, of which one is blinded, from the torch. His hair is a light shade of brown. He wears fire proof gloves, still fearing the fact that he could burn. The cloak was handed to his father by his grandfather. It didn't fit his father, so he gave it to Sparamar, and it fit him perfectly. Sparamar is reckless and stubborn, but can also be compassionate and loving. He is intelligent and loyal, and can really throw a punch when needed. He prefers to avoid fights. He has a fear of fire, because of the incident, and a fear of giant spiders (But when will he actually see those?) He is NOT racist to humans, even after what happened with his parents. He understands that not all humans are the same, for quite a few travelers that passed by were humans, and they were quite nice. What are your characters ambitions?: To find the men who had murdered his parents, and to get over his fear of fire and giant spiders. Please provide an in-game screenshot of your skin here: Please go to this link and then type in "willmack8" at the bottom. It will tell you to edit it, but don't bother. Just look at the skin. All the links I tried have not worked. So this is my last option, I hope you understand. Here is the link to where you need to type in my username (Miners need cool shoes): http://www.minershoes.com/editor Is there anything else you would like to say about your character? Not really. Open-Response-Questions [imgur](http://i.imgur.com/KKCpg.png) Each question here must be answered with a minimum of one full paragraph, and detail the scene you are given in the way it would happen in roleplay. These questions should be answered in first person. Be detailed, not short. Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response? His race would not matter to Sparamar, for he is kind to all races. He would see that the little fellow was poor, and in need of money. He would find the cheapest thing in the store and buy it, just to be kind. He would try to start a conversation would the dwarf seeing that he is lonely. He would try to bring up his spirits, and put him in a good mood, really not caring about what he said. Sparamar is very compassionate and kind, although he may not want to spend time with this dwarf, not that he had anything against dwarves, he would still try to be nice, and help him. You’re in the Cloud Sanctuary late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. The only present monk is fast asleep, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do? He would try to avoid the fight. After what happened with his parents, he had been afraid of getting in fights, because of how badly he failed at that one. Sparamar would run into the Monks sleeping chambers, if the door was locked, he'd bang on it violently or yell through the windows, making sure that the Orc wouldn't hear, and that he would not be noticed. If the monk woke up, he would be relieved that the fight-to-be would end. If the monk did NOT wake up, he would be very frustrated, and maybe in a bad or disappointed mood for the rest of the day. He would give up on trying to help the Dwarf, still saddened at his faliure. Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?: Sparamar understood that if he didn't help the old man, he might have not made it to his destination. He would first think about just going on, and then maybe someone else would come upon this old man and help him. Then he realized that he had already seen the man stumble, and he would feel guilty by just leaving. He first thinks about getting a new stick for him, although there weren't so many good long sticks around. He decides to use what he has around him, and try to fix the stick. He takes the two parts of the walking stick and puts them together, using the split open pouch to make a knot. He gathers the scattered coins, and asked the old man if he had any pockets. If the man answered yes, then Sparamar would hand him the money to put in the pocket. Then the old man would be on his way. If the answer was a no, then Sparamar would be frustrated, but would carry the money for the old man to the destination. But after he did the good deed, he would feel good again.
