In-Character Details
Character Name: Taelum Lallylicker
Character Race: Elf
Character biography - Make this at least 2 paragraphs long, which must explain your character’s history, appearance, personality, age and any other details you deem necessary: Taelum is 20 years old, has brown hair and is usually dressed in blue. He values family above anything else. He is caring with a straight moral compass. Taelum comes from a fairly wealthy family, with his father being a very successful tailor. When Taelum was a small elf, his father told stories of knights in shining armour, and all the heroic adventures they went on. Taelum wanted to be like the knights in the stories, but when he grew and became more mature, he realized his goals were too far fetched. He would go about his daily life in the city Malinor, but eventually that got tiresome. He had never left the city walls.
When Taelum was a young adult (In human terms), his father passed away from a disease. Taelum was horrified, and vowed to find a cure for this disease, but his mother wouldn’t let him go. So, under the cloak of night, he gathered together the money he inherited from his father’s passing, a knife, enough food to last him two weeks and a picture of his father and mother, along with a description of the disease. Taelum managed to slip past the guards unnoticed, and made his way out of sight by jumping from tree to tree. Not he travels the land to find a cure for his father’s disease.
What are your characters ambitions?: He wishes to travel the lands, and see the world, while searching for a cure to his father’s disease.

Is there anything else you would like to say about your character: He is very good at jumping from place to place.
Open-Response-Questions
Each question here must be answered with a minimum of one full paragraph, and detail the scene you are given in the way it would happen in roleplay. These questions should be answered in first person. Be detailed, not short.
Upon entering the Mighty Human City of Arethor, you come across a shop-keeper calling out to sell his wares to passers-by. The shopkeeper is not a Human, he is a poor dwarf looking to make a living in a new city. What is your response? I would walk over to him and make friendly conversation. I ask him what brought him here. He replies be trying to deflect the question. So I ask him wether or not people buy his wears considering he is a Dwarf in a human town. He says he gets a far amount of business, enough to get by. I continue to sprawl through his wears when he says, I was thrown out. I was confused for a second, then I realise he was answering my first question. I proceed to ask him why he was thrown out, and he explains. He was a thief, and a good one too, but he got too cocky and was caught. He is now trying to make an honest living here as a shopkeeper. I ask if I can buy some bread. I pay for it, and give him a little extra money to help him out.
You’re wandering the Oren Road late at night, when a large Orc begins to threaten a nearby dwarf. There is no help nearby, and the situation looks like it will escalate into violence soon, what does your character do? I pull out my knife and wait until I am sure I am needed. I see the Orc grabbing for a blade. I yell, trying to frighten the Orc, but he doesn’t hear. So I start to walk towards the two of them. The Orc pulls out a sword and holds it high, so I start to run, still holding my knife. As the sword comes crashing down, I dive in between the Dwarf and the Orc, blocking the deathly blow. The Orc seemed shocked, we were face to face. He seemed to get angry, then turned and ran. I wondered why, and then I saw the Dwarf had a weapon of his own. The Dwarf was holding a large battle axe, I had no idea how I had missed it. The Dwarf thanked me for the help, and continued on his way, as did I.
Whilst walking down the road to Malinor, you stumble upon an old man. His walking stick , looks weak and frail, and just as you are about to ask something, the stick breaks, and the man falls to the ground. As he falls down, a bag of Minas falls to the ground, and splits open. As you watch the multiple coins spill out, you peer down at the defenceless man. What does your character do?: I help the man up, and break off a small branch from a near by tree. I give him the branch to use as a makeshift walking stick, and ask him where he is off to. He says he is headed to Malinor, and I offer to escort him. I pick up the coins and place then back in there bag. On the way to Malinor, the man asks my why I am helping him, when I could have easily stolen his money and leave him for dead. I reply with a shrug, and the words: It didn’t seem right.
