A son of Merchant and a farmer in the kingdom of the Empire of Man. Edwin was given a basic education of reading and writing. Growing up Edwin learned many of the basics skills of being a merchant from his Father on how to pick out the right deals as well as to haggle down prices He also learned basic farming techniques to get the best yields from varies crops to layouts of fields. Edwin honed these skills throughout his teenage years, which gave him a higher charsima skill but never gained any skills to using swords or bows. He prefered to stay away from the fighting or to pay others to fight for him. However true to his Heartlander origins, he would fight if his king required him to. Towards the ending of his teenage years his mother and father both passed away during a raid in the Third Atlas Coalition War. Getting news of his familys death, He vowed to never let his family be destroyed again. Edwin decided to sell what they had left and leave for the realm of Arcas to start again. To meet new friends and to hopefully create a new family for himself.
