Full Name: Bramm Firestout
Current Age: 28 seasons
Race: Dwarf
Past / History: As a child, Bramm grew up in a small cave in the base of a mountain, close to the forest's edge. He shared it with his mother, father and his brother, Thromm, 2 seasons his senior. They were the best of friends, which was good because their were no other families for miles around. Or so he was told. His parents always said stay on this side of the mountain, never climb up or go around the mountain. He never did because he assumed something dangerous lived on the other side. Days had turned to seasons, and they lived peacefully in their little cave. Soon after he turned about 25 seasons, his brother challenged him to a bet, the first to the top of the mountain gets to choose the prize of his choice from the loser. Bramm did not accept right away, he had to think of the danger because he still believed that something dangerous lived on the other side, but there was no proof! He waited and thought for 2 full days before accepting. So before dawn they got up and stole away before their parents awoke. It took til mid-afternoon before Bramm reached the top. He could still see Thromm struggling his way up. When he turned around he expected to see some fearsome beast, but instead he saw lush farmlands, and a massive gate! When Thromm finally joined him they sat and just watched each keeping to their own thoughts. Why had their parents not want them to see this? Bramm was too lost in his own thoughts to tell his brother he wanted his axe.
They reached the bottom of the mountain somewhere around midnight, it was hard to tell as it was a moonless night. There was still light in their cave!! They had no excuses and decided just to tell the truth. Their parents were enraged that they had disobeyed the most important rule put before them. They were instantly expelled from the cave and told never to return. This hurt the brothers deeply. Their parents just banished them. They were allowed to gather there things before they left. They headed deep into the forest and made camp. At the start the going was hard, they didn't know if the farmlands and gate were friendly or not, so they tried to live off the land for a while. Thromm proved to be the better hunter whiled Bramm enjoyed cooking their meals. (Thromm cooked the first day, never again) Then it happened, while Thromm was out hunting he was attacked by a bear, he was able to fend it off but with major consequences. Being as he was on his way back to their makeshift camp, he wasn't overly far away. Bramm heard the scream of pain from the initial attack. He didn't make it in time, his brother was leaning against a tree bleeding profusely. The next morning, Bramm dug a deep hole and laid his brother to rest. There was nothing left for him there so he started to travel the forest. He survived for a few seasons out in the wild, but one winter there was not enough food to survive the entire winter. With a ludicrous amount of luck, he stumbled upon a magnificent city, the sign said Kal'Azgoth. He stumbled in where a kind dwarf saw him in distress and took him to his home for food and a warm bed. He thanked the man the next day and they parted ways....

Open-Response-Questions
1. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do? Answer: I would quickly assess the situation and make sure that the figure is alone so as to not put myself into too much danger. Seeing that there is no one else I run up to the man. He runs into an alley and I catch up to him, there is no way out but through me!
I question the man, "What are your motives?"
Instead of responded he draws his knife and tries to gut me with it. I step side ways to dodge the strike and clothes line the would disturber of the peace. He must be an amateur if it was this easy. Dragging the man by the cloak I approach the guards. They turn on me and ask my business. Did they not see the man?? Apparently not, but I tell them the truth. The would-be assassin denies it saying i just trundled up and decided to drag him. The guards though this absurd! Why would I walk to the guards if I had done wrong? They take the man into custody for further questioning. The guards thank me for my service. I leave quickly so as to not be offered payment. 2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react? Answer: I would move around so that the bandits would have there back to me if it wasn't so already, making sure not to be seen or heard. Surprise is my advantage in this encounter. Not being overly quiet (My brother was a better sneak than I was by far), one of the bandits hears my footsteps on the dry leaves on the ground and turns around. I had to act quickly, using as much speed and power as I could muster I quickly get withing range and swing. Since he just turned around he wasn't ready, but had enough time to protect his head. I saw this and angled my blade down, severing the arm instead(I keep my weapons sharp). he was disabled for now, too in shock to act. The other bandit saw this and quickly tried to help, but instead tripped over the old man's rocking chair, he landed on the porch somehow managing to skewer himself on his own blade, he forgot to let go of them when he tried to stop himself with his hands. Knowing I could not leave the other man alive I stepped over and in one swipe decapitate him. I buried the men for the old man, and after we shared a meal. I went on my way after thanking the man for the food. 3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens). Answer: I ask the man "Do you carry any cooked meat?"
He replies with a smile(obviously trying to use charm to get more money),"Oh, yes I do! What do you like?"
I answer enthusiastically, "I would really enjoy two steaks and a 1/2 crate of porkchops!"
His eyes beamed as he responded," Thats a hefty order! Give me a moment please to sum it up."
"Sure no problem"
"That will be 90 minas, please."
I look at him, sizing him up in the process, "Its for the road. How about 50?"
His face was beginning to look more sad, "70."
"60, or I walk"
He was beginning to sweat, he looked like he really needed the deal to go through, "70........ and I'll throw in 5 apples!!"
I look at his clothes, he appears to just barely get by, I felt sorry for him,"Okay, 70. But you can keep the apples."
The clerks face started to beam again," Thank you! Have a nice day!"
I smile and go on my way.
