Though it's debatable whether or not he fully understands the magic, I wanted to state for the record that shouting about electrical evocation at the cloud temple doesn't necessarily mean you've asked dozens of people about it. He has promise, and he's clearly enthusiastic about learning electrical evocation, but I would highly recommend a teacher, both for his sake and the sake of the people RPing with him.

Literally the best GM I have ever seen on the server - from day one, Ever has been the single staff member who's had the greatest positive impact on my time on lotc. Friendly, dedicated (god of modreqs), knowledgeable and unbiased, there literally could not be a better candidate for any staff position. Especially GM. If it weren't for Ever, I definitely wouldn't be here today.
