Thank you so much for quick response Croleo676. How can I be added to regions I want to be in? Should I ask for it someone in-game?

Long story short, I played here a bit long time ago, like two years back. Now I wanted to go back, thought that I have to make a new application, but no, I'm still whitelisted. So I login into the game, create a persona like I should I think, and start my adventure. But wherever I go, even if it's so far away from everything, I can't build/mine/gather. Is like everything blocked now? Should I make another application after all? Here's the old one. Please help me out guys.

In-Character Information: Complete the following biography on your character: Full Name: Tharnal, last name unknown. Current Age: 22 years old. Sub-race (if any): Northerner. Past / History (include childhood, major-events, etc. 2+ paragraphs long): Tharnal was born in one of the small villages on grounds of Holy Oren Empire, so small that even it's name had no matter to nobody. He lived and grown in a poor family, but fortunately they weren't miss the one most important thing, which is love. Tharnal was the only child, because his parents simply could not afford more costs connected with another children. Maybe that's why he was endowed with so much love and care. His father wasn't a trained warrior, but like any other Northerner, he knew how to hold a sword and do some good chops. Tharnal fell in love with military and stuff, just like mastering his sword skills. However he couldn't just like that become one of the mighty warriors, defenders of king. He was a peasant, even if more skilled than others in fighting with sword. That's why Tharnal had no future here, in a poor, no-name village, and with passage of time, he started to detect it. He only had hope that parents will unerstand that. When he was twenty, he decided to become completly self-supporting. It was the first very important decision, who knows if not the best of his life. Parents wanted him to stay of course, but it was too late for anyone to stop Tharnal. He knew how to work and fight, he knew how to survive in this world, or he thought that he knows. For two years he traveled a lot through Anthos kingdoms, but mostly he wanted to stay away from very big empires. He also trained his sword skills, when he could. It turned out very useful, thieves and bandits weren't any danger for him. Unfortunately one day somewhere on a way to Kingston, he wasn't so lucky to encounter one or two bad guys, it looked like there were a bunch of them, maybe some sort of a gang. He fought bravely beating four masked bandits, yet he couldn't win with them all alone. When he was dizzy, they stole almost all his things, luckily they spared his life. When Tharnal woke up, he had nothing and didn't know where he is. But he lived and definitely won't let his aggressors get off. Ambitions for the Future: Tharnal would really like to become a great warrior one day, maybe lead an army. Personality: Tharnal is generally very calm and silent, don't open his mouth when it's not necessary. But he is also a simple man, learned not to lie or steal, just have own honor. Skills: Tharnal is multi-talented, have no fear of taking any job that is available. He is strong and very good skilled in swords too, mainly trained on his own. Whilst in the mighty human capital you notice a dark-clothed figure stealthily making his way towards the Emperor’s palace - he is clearly up to no good. There are guards within shouting distance - what do you do? Answer: Tharnal is not some kind of a hero, that will chase villains or other shadowy ginks, just to get fame in front of other people. But it's definitely not fear, that stops him from it. He is not very committed to leaderships too. When he noticed a weird, dark-clothed character, he instantly found out that nothing good comes with him. As always being calm, he approached closer to guards, to alarm them. Tharnal pointed at moving figure, finally saying: - I don't think this fellow came to the Emperor for a dinner, better watch him closely. - Guards confirmed, that he might be dangerous. They catched him after he wanted to escape, seeing that is followed by guards. Tharnal gone his separate ways. 2. Whilst wandering in the deep oak forest you come across a large clearing, in which sits a small cobbled cottage. Outside it stands an unstable old man armed with a small iron blade, surrounded by two heavily armed bandits - they appear to be threatening him. You are armed with leather armour and an iron longsword, how do you react? Answer: Maybe Tharnal is not a hero, but he always tries to help poorer than him. When his life won't be put in danger, of course. This time he saw no danger from that bandits, even an opportunity to little revenge on them. - Leave him, now. - He said to them calmly, but with some anger in his eyes, pulling out longsword. They both turned and smiled mockingly, now pointing their swords at Tharnal. - Or what? - One of them said, going one step closer. Maybe during other situation Tharnal would repeat his request. But not this time, when this bandits could be the ones who took him off. They were armed, but still no challenge for Tharnal, who wanted to kill them without any scruples. He started to run towards one of the bandits, hurting him with a powerful chop. The other thug attacked instantly, but it was obvious that he haven't much skill. Tharnal easily blocked his hit and punched him in the face, to make him confused. Wound of the first bandit was so big that he couldn't do anything, but just bleed. Tharnal finally pierced the dazed one bandit with his sword, then finished suffering of the other one. Bandit's head rolled under the feet of the old man, about who Tharnal forgot for a while. He searched corpses and took what he could. - Don't thank me, we had an unfinished business. - Old man just noded his head, he looked a bit scared. - Be careful next time, old man. - Tharnal added and vanished into the distance. 3. You are standing within the mighty human capital when you notice a small man standing behind a colourful stall. You approach the stall and notice that the man is selling a variety of general goods - he says that he is selling just about anything and that he has no set prices. He is willing to allow you to haggle and choose prices. What do you do? (Explain: your haggling, items of choice and the discussion that happens). Answer: Tharnal approached the stall, carefully watching everything that may be useful for him. He stood like this for a while, without any move, maybe wondering about something. - How can I help you, my friend? - Merchant asked with a little imatience in voice, which was reasoned in fact. - This mantle, how much? - Replied Tharnal. - Och, it's a nice piece of material, but for you it'll be only 100 minas. - 50 and I'm taking it. - Merchant looked at customer with doubtfulness, 50 minas was too little. - 80 minas? It's a reasonable price. Or should I wait for another customer? - 60, or you will have to. Luckily for me, there is nobody around. So? - Tharnal smiled at merchant, which answered with a smile too, but a bit sour. - So.. I guess we have a deal. Here you go. - Trade were done, Tharnal got his mantle and gave the merchant amount for it. - Thanks, pleasure to handle with you. Farewell. - Tharnal said, then hit the trail waring his new mantle. I'm from Poland and english language is my second language, so I'm sorry about any mistakes, I hope they aren't a big problem.
