  1. *simple posters would be placed about the major capitals and the CT*

I am searching for a weaponsmith capable of making an intricate weapon. At first, it should appear to be a simple quarterstaff, but upon triggering some mechanism, it would release a hidden blade at the end, rendering it into a strong glaive. This mechanism should be able to be triggered easily, and preferably with one hand. The blade itself should be strong and sharp, and the overall length of the weapon should be just a little shorter than 2 meters. It should best be easily handled by a dwed.

I am willing to pay a few hundred minas for this weapon, delivered upon it’s completion.

Send a bird to Hjolron or post a reply below this poster and we can discuss pricing.

    Character's name and age: Mith'Laku, 300ish

    Character’s Race: Dark Elf/Wood Elf

Link to your accepted magic application: https://www.lordofthecraft.net/topic/129607-druidismma-tadmonster/#entry1243393

What magics do you desire to teach?: Druidism! Mostly Nature's Communion and Control of Nature, with a bit of Nature's Healing

Summarize the Lore of this Magic: Druidism is the establishment and strengthening of the connection between the user and the natural world he lives in, especially relating to Cernunnos and Cerridwen, the respective dieties of chaotic and nurturing nature (or a million different explanations on their differences). It is mostly the practicing of servitude in Nature's Will through magical ways and developing a greater understanding of the natural world.

The ideas and concepts of the two Aspects, Cernunnos and Cerridwen are the wills that their servants, the Druids, carry out. Void magic is seen as polluting and contributing to corruption, as it draws the void into the natural world.

The duties and values of Druids mostly revolve around willing and voluntary servitude of Nature in its entirety and the goal of maintaining balance in the environment around them.

Write up a lesson that your character would give to a student. (Do note, we will be contacting aspiring teachers for a quick interview, to try to better gauge your knowledge and understanding): I used to conduct many many different teachings as a Druid Guide (a teacher of Druidism). I would help them connect to nature through meditation. One of my favorite tasks was to have my Dedicants bring me an artifact from each biome, so as to better understand their connection with each biome and how the cycle of life connects across environments. I have more detailed lessons I can supply, but we like to keep those quiet, so I would be willing to give more info in PMs.

  7. This is for a self-taught Druid, as I have no better option for already having been an expert in this, as no teacher could "claim" the equivalant of a T4+ druid.

Character's name and age: Drifting Druid Mith'Laku, 300ish

    Character’s Race: Dark Elf

What magic/s did you learn?: Druidism, Specifically Nature's Communion, Control of Nature, and Nature's Healing. I also taught the first two somewhat extensively.

Who/how did you learn magic/s?: I was taught by several druid guides and archdruids, including 12werbles12, birdwhisperer, and a plethora of others I have long since forgotten. I was properly accepted, inducted, trained, and coached by the Druids. I even ended up teaching a fair amount of them.

Offer an explanation of said magic/s you learned:

Druidism is the establishment and strengthening of the connection between the user and the natrual world he lives in, especially relating to Cernunnos and Cerridwen, the respective dieties of chaotic and nurturing nature (or a million different explanations on their differences). It is mostly the practicing of servitude in Nature's Will through magical ways and developing a greater understanding of the natural world. To go deeper would be too complex to write in an application for a magic I've practiced for an IRL year. ;)

A year ago, I became a Druid, and went through all that process of learning said magics, and at one point was a druid guide, and even taught Dedicants and others the way of Druidic magic. I've been properly roleplaying magic for over a year, but went inactive on this character for long enough that I'm just now writing this app.

  8. Edit: Please take this as what it is...a joke.

A cold wind whips through the mountains. Dwarves work tirelessly, wiping sweat from their brows as massive piles of semi-solid water are pounded into spherical moulds...

    IT BEGINS

In the wintery hold of Kal'Bogrin, a Dwarven army awaits. The scarves that wrap their neck are caked in frost and ice. Torches illuminate the night, providing the sole source of warmth in this unforgiving climate. A warhorn sounds in the distance...Oren has come.

Snogre Commander Havmar Grandaxe commands his men to hold their fire. Arrows whistle past their ears, the flames lick the sides of the stony walls. One by one, the humans file up the snowy mountain. At a word, it is over.

    "FOOOOIIIIIIREEEE!" screams Havmar

A barrage of snow balls rains upon the Oreners. One by one, the humans are struck down from the precarious mountaintops. They fall to their deaths, their bodies cracking on the hard stone below. Arrows and swords pierce the resilient hides of the stout, courageous dwarves, yet they fight on, through blood. Snowballs whip across the barren mountains, the humans succumbing to the far superior forces of the Dwarven army.

The Snelven tactics have proven worthy on this day. Caked in blood, the flags of Uruguan raise above the mighty snowfort. Yet the humans push on. Sword after sword falls upon the defenseless dwarves. The mighty pumpkin helmets are not enough to protect the dwarves from the arrows that crack their skulls. The savage and salty humans pile upon the innocent dwarves, blood spraying like mist. There is no mercy in Kal'Bogrin.

The Dwarves fight until their last breath. Every Dwarf, in their infinite bravery, stands until their hearts cease to beat. Havmar, with his last breath, throws a single snowball into the face of the armored archers. It probably hurt.

    pwned.jpg

    "AVE URGUAN!"

    Tl;dr: Dwarves win.

Edit: Dwarves got killed. Snowballs are not a viable weapon. This may not be true though. More tests needed.
