Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: - Servers that I have played on include but are not limited to Ark: the First War, Roleplay Revolution, Assassin's Creep, and the Frontier of Krinvala.
Have you applied to this server before?(Please link past applications): - This is my first time applying to the server.
How did you hear about us?: - A few friends of mine already play on the server. I have been server hopping for a while as the previous server I was on died and went to hell in a hand-basket, so I figured that I'll give it a shot and give in to my friend's constant nagging.
What do you think the server will be like? - From what I have read, I would expect the server to be somewhat large with huge cities set somewhere in a medieval era.

Definitions What is roleplaying?: - Roleplay is the aspect of creating a character based off of who one wants to be, oneself, or a something entirely different.
What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is the act of using information gathered from an outside source and using that information while in-character. An example would be a two friends talking about the server while in school; where one friend tells the other that his character recently became a vampire. Then the non-vampire friend kills the other for being a blood-sucker.
What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming is the act of making one's character as overpowered as possible; commonly to the point where the character is able to defeat an entire army of orc's, while blindfolded, after drinking at least five mugs of ale, with a spoon.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family : - Far to the west lay an island nation that faced possibly one of the darkest era's of its time. Civil war and disease had all but decimated it's people, and the economy was in a massive dive towards the gates of hell. The king of this land feared it was the end for him, and he needed a way out. He came to the conclusion that he could solve both problems if he killed the leader of the rebellion. The only problem was that he didn't know who it was. And that was how he met Leon, a well known bard and speaker who traveled across the island under cloak, mask, and the alias of "Tranquility."
Leon wasn't your average boy; he was literally born in his father's tool shed behind the family tavern. He instantly started working six years later, but his family still hung on the verge of losing their tavern. In an attempt to attract people to the tavern, Leon taught himself how to play the lute. He discovered a natural talent for music, and began to play in different performances; a commoner clamming that his voice and lute "made the heavens dance to the rhythm of his songs." He abandoned his position as a bartender and dedicated himself to the study of music, entertainment, and a bit of sword fighting on the side. Soon the tavern was risen out of debt when people from all over the island came to hear him play.
Unfortunately, the leader of the rebellion took interest in Leon when he was around the age of 16. He offered Leon a chance to use his voice for a greater cause, and he reluctantly agreed. The young bard soon became the voice of the movement from behind his mask and alias, wandering to all ends of the island nation to gather support for the rebellion. A bomb maker, and one of Leon's close friends, claimed that "his speeches had stuck us all, as if the gods themselves were speaking through him, urging us to fight back against the crown."
Leon was just leaving a small farming village when a band of the king's men ambushed him. He fought back relentlessly, calling upon all the skills he had learned with a rapier. Unfortunately, lack of fighting experience and the fact that he learned everything from a book caused him to be knocked out literally ten seconds after the fight. He was brought before the king, who mistook him to be the leader of the rebellion. After a long debate for his life, the king struck a deal with the young bard. Under oath he was to leave the island and never return. If he were to set foot on the island again, he would be killed instantly.
Leon packed his things and said his goodbyes, then stowed away on a trader's ship and set off for a land he knew nothing about. A few months later, he arrived in one of Anthos' ports. He quietly slipped off of the ship and shouldered his pack. He quietly sighed to himself and started off into the unfamiliar land.
What are they like (personality)?: - He is a cocky one, often not thinking through a plan and just going with what he thinks is a good idea. Leon is the sort of person that can be a good drinking buddy, who is normally passive towards others, and often values the lives of others over his own.
What are their ambitions?: - Leon longs to make a difference, so he studies relentlessly so that he may one day become a speaker for a kingdom of his own. He also practices constantly, trying to become a master in the field of music.
Do they have any special skills?: - "Skills... Right.... I can down a few mugs of ale and manage not to die from the massive intake of alcohol, if that counts as a skill." -Leon while in a conversation with his bomb-making friend.
What are their weaknesses?: - Spiders, heights, and his lack of any fighting training.
Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Leon is just another, somewhat average, human being, standing at around five-feet-six-inches in height with the type of face that tells one "this lad has seen quite a lot in his young life." He wears a black coat with a dark-drown cloak draped over it. A brown shirt, a nice-looking pair of grey pants and a pair of grey boots finishes his style.
Anything else you want to say about them?: - Leon is strictly agnostic, but tries not to criticize others when they speak of religion.
