Definitions
These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!
What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is stepping into the shoes of a fictional character; doing as they would do, thinking as they would think.
What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is when one uses knowledge in-game that their character shouldn't know. For example, knowing another character's name without having learned it through RP.
What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming is when a character has god-like powers, or generally performs actions that should be physically impossible.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Early Childhood
Connor grew up in a somewhat large house in Kingston. Due to his parents being former soldiers, he learned several useful skills such as fighting and tracking from a young age. He favored bows and spears above all else, and enjoyed the wilderness. His greedy, ambitious, and questionable qualities were born of an encounter with a very wealthy merchant passing through Kingston on his way to Abresi. Connor saw how the masses formed crowds to buy his goods, how he spent his minas so carelessly, the fine things he owned. Viggo wanted these things; to have wealth and power, to be able to do as he wished without the hindrances of a lack of funds.
Late Childhood
As Connor's body grew, he became more and more skilled with his bow and spear, although he was still a novice with both. He began to hunt and track, he began to learn more of the wilderness and the creatures and plants that inhabited it. Perhaps he would become a fur merchant, he thought. Perhaps he would earn his fortune by writing a book on such things as the wilderness. His greed grew as well, however, and he made a habit of stealing things. This hardly corrupted him, though. It did make him more deft with his hands.
Teenage Years and Early Adulthood
At the age of fifteen, Connor left the safety of Kingston behind and found a quiet place near the Elven city of Luminaire. He spent his days hunting and fishing, and made himself a home in the woods. Years later, a chance encounter with a bear changed his life. The bear took Connor right eye and severely damaged his leg. This encounter forced Connor to travel to the Temple to seek healing before his wounds festered and killed him. Now, with his wounds still healing, he wonders what his next plan of action will be.
What are they like? (personality): - Connor has a friendly personality, but he is ambitious, has questionable integrity, and is somewhat greedy. This is usually kept away to an extent due to his generally quiet exterior.
What are their ambitions?: - Connor wishes to do as his parents did, by doing well by his family.
Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Connor has some skill with spears and bows, as well as tracking, hunting, fishing, and even stealing. However, Connor is missing an eye, has a limp, lacks any real discipline, is not very physically strong, and is rather inexperienced.
Give us a description of how they look?: - Connor has light brown eyes, hair, and a beard of the same color. He wears a long green cloak with a hood over a weather-worn white tunic, along with light brown leather arm bracers and boots. He has a more athletic build, though he keeps some fat on. He stands at six foot tall.
