Definitions
This is simply so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not Google’s.
What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is the action in which you take on the role of another character, living their life and separating it from yourself. This character you create forges stories and can live lives your normal self could not, if it be by a fantasy campaign or not.
What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming is the action in which you use OOC information from Skype, Teamspeak, The Forums, or even private messages in game. Other actions would include using someone’s name tag to see where they are, or listening in through thick stone in order to get valuable information.
What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming is the action in which you force actions upon another character that gives them no chance to respond in a defensive manner.
For example
Isabella smashes the hilt of the blade down upon the Halfling, Rendering him unconscious.
What you should do is
Isabella attempts to smash the hilt of her blade down upon the Halfling, hoping he falls unconscious from such a vicious blow.
The word /attempt/ is very important, as it shows that you are trying to do an action, and not making it happen.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family: -
Isabelle grew up in a close to average family, the only member of her family who would ever go missing would be her mother, who after recovering from the strenuous task of childbirth, left the family of Three boys and one girl with their father. The young girl named after her father’s closest female friend, Isabelle.
Young Isabelle spent the first five years with normalcy abound, living in Salvus for some time. Under the reign of James Hightower this young lady never truly saw war at their doorstep. The occasional bandit would come by, but that was all. Her father knew she would have to defend herself.
It was at this time a few Knights of the Black Lion came to Salvus, when salvus was attacked by a large scale raid of Bandits, one of the bandits had taken Isabelle, thinking he could get a large amount of coin, her father, who was safe, ran to find a much more suited fighter then himself to go and rescue her.
The knight did, within a few skilled moves of his sword and shield, the bandit had given up the girl to the Knight, Isabelle looked at him as a hero, someone who she adored. This admiration would continue on for the next five years. Where her father noticed it and told the young knight that she had taken a liking to him.
When she was ten was when she got her first blade, a simple training club, but with enough force, she learned, it could become a weapon that could kill, accidently swinging the training sword upon a baby piglet, rendering the growing weak beast dead. Her father hearing the piglets scream of pain from outside the city, he decided to investigate.
isabelle wasn’t /too/ traumatized, she knew what she had was a weapon, and she, at such a young age, with death and murder all around her knew the aspects of death quite well. Her father making sure she used that strength to help the people. It wasn’t until age 12 where she would swing that blade again, once again killing a creature.
At about age 15, when she finished her homeschooling on how to read and write, the Salvus Shields had hollered outside, bandits were on their way. Isabella looked at her father and asked if she could help, reluctantly, he nodded, giving her his armor, simple leathers, to help, after being out into the leathers, Isabella rushed out.
Isabella, without hesitation ran to the shields and offered her assistance, insisting to help as the city was her home, and once more, the guards reluctantly agreed, needing whatever help they could before the Knights of oren would come to help.
As the Bandits swarmed the city, Isabella began to mentally prepare herself, blade drawn, the first bandit, a Dwarf no bigger then her knee came rushing at her, Isabella quickly reacting as she rose her knee up at his chin, it sent him upwards like an uppercut, another bandit seeing he was having trouble as Isabella was quickly outmatched and outplayed by the experienced bandits, but she would never give up. She quickly swung her blade in a wild fury, attempting to get them away from her at any cost. Using that same power she had used so long ago, which wasn’t super human, it was adrenaline, to kill the Assisting bandit.
The battle raged on, Isabella, obviously new to fighting, had taken quite a beating. Backing up as a shield threw a quiver and bow at her. She had no idea how to use it, and had to quickly learn how to use it. Firing a few arrows into the crowd as only a few hit correctly. She was no natural, lady luck was just on her side.
The Knights of Oren, more specifically the Black Lion chapter, rushed the bandits from behind, Isabella’s moral boosted by the knights whom she had grown to adore’s assistance, she fired the arrows into the crowd, and eventually, it was over.
The knight from ten years ago wasn’t amongst the crowds, Isabella seemed heartbroken. Tired, and slightly bloodied from the brawl, she decided to go home and rest, cleaning her wounds.
Upon her 20th birthday, her father had gathered the men and the one lady of the house to tell them that he wished to explore the world and its splendors. They all seemed pleased, knowing that the time of their true adulthood would be fast approaching. Isabelle nodded with a light smile, knowing that she would be able to fulfill her dreams.
What are they like (personality)?: - A bright smile, keeping her eye out for those who need help, but always keeping a hand on her blade. Trust is something hard to earn from her, unless you truly deserve it.
What are their ambitions?: - Somehow, someway, get a Knight’s Chapter of Oren to let her serve. Explore the World of Anthos
Do they have any special skills?: - She does have a way with words, though, thats just the beginning, I could envision her as a diplomat, if things go right.
What are their weaknesses?: - She can be extremely oblivious, She doesn’t know when to stop.
What do they look like?: - Due to her mixed blood heritage, she is slightly taller than most, and slightly muscular than most. Standing at five foot eleven inches tall, she has green eyes and a light creme colored hair. Her skin tone is very very lightly tanned. She is of a modest build as a woman, not over endowed.
