What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is a way people play video games where they immerse themselves into the game, like they get so indepth and into it that it almost seems real What’s metagaming?: - Using real world knowledge in the game, such as knowing a characters name in real life, but not knowing it in rp, metagaming would be saying their name without asking. What’s powergaming?: - Roleplaying where you sort of only focus on your character, and not giving other people a chance to respond to the way you roleplay. What’s your character called?: - Roman Darionas What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human, Northerner What sex are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 29 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family: - Roman was born into poverty, and hasnt made much of his life. His family was very loose, and eventually crumbled under the stress of poverty. His mother died when he was a young boy, and his father was a drunkard. His older sister ran away from home when he was fifteen, and he joined soon after when he turned 16. He discovered his sister in a brothel, and they were reunited. However, their father somehow discovered his daughters location, and in a fit of drunken rage, hired a friend to kidnap her. The kidnapping did not go as planned, and Romans sister perished. But Roman did not let the murderer escape. He chased the man through the streets, and caught him. The murderers head hangs from a tree in a secluded forest, several miles away from where his sister is buried. Roman was born in Anthos, specifically in Abresi. He currently resides in Kingston. Roman also is an indirect descendent of Syrio Forel, the former king of Alras, the merchant nation. He recieved none of his wealth. Or skills for that matter. Or common sense..... What are they like (personality)?: - A very quiet and passive-agressive man. What are their ambitions?: - Roman wishes to find his father, who has since exciled somewhere in Abresi after his daughters murder. Do they have any special skills?: - Is learning to fight with swords, and can farm the most basic of crops. What are their weaknesses?: - Girls, girls, girls. Cant walk past a brothel or a group of women without drooling. He is also very skinny, and has a fear of spiders. He also gets tired easily and needs to replenish his energy. He also does not know when to stop drinking, and will often times wake up from a night of drinking in a local brothel or, worse yet, prison.
