What’s your character called?: - Joshoran What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human What sex are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 18 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family: - Joshoran spent his entire childhood on his farm in a small village owned by the Holy Oren Kingdom. The plot of land he lived on was given to them by Godfrey I, which he gifted to Joshoran's father for showing much courage and valor while serving under him. For those years, he would go out and play with his friends, mainly by practicing sword-fighting techniques. While he wasn't the brightest child around, Joshoran was certainly one of the strongest around. He was a born fighter, and didn't know a single child who could beat him... unless they outsmarted him. But he had a kind soul, and would never bully others. He lived a very peaceful lifestyle, until one day, an infamous group of bandits came and slaughtered his town. They came in very suddenly; no one had time to prepare for the onslaught. Very few children survived and escaped, and no adults besides his father made it. Joshoran's father was determined to get his revenge on the bandits that killed his wife and family. However, he know he wasn't able to do it alone. So he trained Joshoran to be a well trained fighter who believed in honor and virtue above all things. As time passed, and The Rebellion against the Great Kingdom of Oren began to settle, Joshoran's father decided it was time to track down the murderous bandits. Unfortunately, along their travels, the were confronted by an evil sorcerer, who corrupted Joshoran's father's mind. His thoughts befuddled, he began to savagely attack Joshoran, and was slain by his own son. As the sorcerer disappeared into the darkness, Joshoran held his dying father in his arms. Then, filled with rage, he swore to become a powerful soldier. One so powerful that he may overtake any challenge. His white shirt turned red from the blood of his father, he still wears it to remind him of his goal. What are they like (personality)?: - Brave, headstrong, and arrogant. However, he is also very kind, but tends not to show it. He has a great sense of humor, but is not very smart. He relies on his friends to help him though puzzling situations. What are their ambitions?: - Joshoran strives to be strong so he can stand up for himself and others. Do they have any special skills?: - N/a What are their weaknesses?: - While Joshoran can follow any order given to him, his critical thinking skills are very lacking. Any difficult or puzzling task asked of him may prove difficult to him without help, so he constantly relies on the intelligence of his friends to solve riddles and such. Also, Josh has a great hatred for magic, so befriending mages is troublesome.
