"Hail and good day, I am looking for a Eldon. I hath found a staff of his and I would like to give it back. Dost thee know of him?"

"Twenty-some years ago, Oren led under Emperor Godfrey had splintered five-ways, with Godfrey taking all of his military personal with him. There existed five kingdoms; Ruska, Renatus, Salvus, Galahar, and Adunia, each lead by upstarts who scrambled to their respective thrones. Whether they did so for personal power gain or in belief that they would best to restore humanity under one banner.

 

At time, I had returned from pilgrimage and sworn myself to my bloodkin, Owyn II, ruler of Ruska at time. My first priority was to unite Galahar and Ruska, as in my youth I was a ward to House Flay and served under its banner when Lord August was its ruler. Realizing our common interests, King Marcellus handed crown to me, and sailed off to isles unknown to spend the last of his days in pure bliss.

 

This act begun to frighten old nobles of other kingdoms, as in modern history House Carrion were not renowned for their aggressive diplomacy. They began to plot, scheme, and worry, while I set course on unifying Oren further by ridding Adunians from their kingdom. They had come and settled in land of Old Rose, and were foreigners with no claim. So through strelesy raids along with aid from ex-rose resistance, we freed Kaedrin from Adunian clutches.

 

Finally came Renatus, much of which credit belongs to two of my sons; Tuv and Ostromir. After meeting with Tuv, I had him sent to aid in Abresi and expand his network for future control, so that succession to Carrion hands would be smooth and city claimed under our rule. When King at time, William III of House Horen, went and proclaimed my bloodkin Owyn II as false heretic, he soon realized stress and folly of ruling Renatus, and took pilgrimage, leaving our spy and puppet Silus in power. 

 

We made reform to Abresi, restoring it from shell of city it was through aid of Tuv and Ostromir, but soon saw greatest problem of all. In Godfrey's Empire, corruption among nobility was common, but it had bloated into huge problem by William's reign. They grew fat and lazy sitting on their lands building ugly landscars to honor their name, serving no use to Empire except conspiracy to further their lands and power without contributing in any economic or military sense. So Ostromir and Tuv were ordered to purge nobility, striking their lands to reclaim it for good of humanity. Afterwards, they deposed Silus, for his use as King was served and ruling through puppets would have eventually lead to instability.

 

Our ascension to power has scared many. By ridding Renatus of it's infestation of false and unworthy nobles, where over half the populace had noble name and claim, they have banded together in futile attempt to reclaim their lands so they may squat upon them once more to build as many castles and towns as they please. Succession-wise, only Horen which rebels is Sophia, and there are many other male Horens who support our claim, thus she has no legal reason to rebel and spits upon her father's grave by defying laws he created. We wish to see Oren restored to its prime, but many of these traitors seek to merely grab power and land once more and let Oren run stagnant. It is folly, but it is their justification as I see it."

*Theobalt Rolnik nods to Siegmund Carrion.*

"Thankee, thy Imperial Divinity. It is much clearer now."

*A man named Theobalt Rolnik stands in the Abresi square.*

"Hail and good day. I am Theobalt Rolnik and I am seeking answers. I am new to the politics of our grand kingdom, forgive me. I wish to ask about the rebellions and wars that our kingdom faces. Why are people rebelling? What hath the Family Carrion done wrong? Why dost the people; correction- why dost a small amount of people despise this family and the nation of Oren? Art they power-grabbers? Art they wronged by the Family Carrion?"

*He ends his question and awaits an answer.*

His Imperial Divinity reclines in his throne, before gesturing to the young guard.

 

"I will not outright refuse nor accept your request. Send me privately draft of what you propose to be in this army, details, logistics, etcetera, and I will review it. Discussion, debate, denial, or approval may concur from there."

"Hail and good day to thee, thy Imperial Divinity. I come to thee today in high respect and even higher hopes. Word hath spread of a civil-war, and this word spreads with the haste of God himself. I feel as if the people art beginning to panic - a panic built by the knowings of the absence of a formal military order in thine great, and good, Empire of Man. Ever since a lad I hath enjoyed the great art of swordsmanship and adventure. My father, Theobalt the First, had taught me from a young age his profession in the world of military and it hath been kept to my head since. My thoughts wander and collect slowly, sire, and I hath developed a system of military for some years until this day I speak to thee. It hath been my ambition from such a young lad to create my own sort of order; a military, a guild, a band of soldiers of Humanity. I hath named this previously the Order of the Edelweiss, based on sigil thee may see on my tabard today. I am in full knowledge that thee currently think in thy head: "O young Theobalt, how might I trust thee with such a position as this? I hath only known thee for thrice a seed!" but think that not, sire, for I am strong. I hath learned to understand the meaning of pride and Humanity, and with this I hath elevated myself from such a young lad that I once was."

*Sir Theobalt Rolnik pauses before continuing.*

"Sire, I wish for thy gratitude in creating a military order for all that is good in Humanity. This order shall be a militant order - one that protects and conquers in the name of not only thyself, thy Imperial Divinity, but in the name of Humanity and God. It will take time for us to achieve greatness, sire, but that time shall be met."

*Sir Theobalt ends his request by placing a fist to his chest and standing.*

What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is like acting out a character that you mold and create over time. You keep in-character and display emotions, actions, and feelings towards other people, things, or objects. The player immerses themselves into the life of their character!

You can metagame by using /tell, Skype, etc. Meta-gaming can be things like messaging your friend coordinate of your location, telling your friends over /ch OOC to come help you in a fight, or calling people by their roleplay names without being told it. Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Theobalt Rolnik the Second was born to a fair maiden and her husband, Theobalt the First, while aboard the boat from Kalos sailing for Anthos. He was born with matching shades of brown hair and brown eyes. When Theobalt the First and his wife settled in Anthos, they decided it best to reside in the grand Capital city of Abresi. There Theobalt the First worked as a city watchman, while his wife watched over Theobalt the Second. Times passed and wars were fought, and Theobalt grew quickly. Theobalt loved to participate in swordplay with the other boys around the city, and he hastily grew into it. He loved sword-fighting (with wooden swords of course!) and the feel of adventure.

Theobalt was taught how to read at the age of 13 by his mother, who had much time on her hands. The first book he had ever read was one named The Destruction of Aegis. Theobalt was extremely infatuated with this book, longing for the same adventure that the men who entered Drauchriem felt! His age progressed and his skill in swordplay and longing for adventure only increased. One morning a few weeks prior to Theobalt's 18th birthday, Theobalt met a friar of the Creator. This friar was named Father Jacob. Father Jacob was an old wise man, who walked about the streets of Abresi telling the stories of the Creator and preaching his word. Father Jacob told Theobalt many stories of the blessings of the Creator, and Theobalt felt enlightened. He had finally decided what he wished to do; create a guild that fought in the name of the Creator, against all that was evil. His ambition was great and he felt extremely blessed by Father Jacob. Father Jacob taught him all about the other nations like the Shining Princedom of Malinor, and the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

Now, Theobalt is 21 years of age, and is prepared to start his journey. With his favorite book, the Destruction of Aegis, and a wooden sword and some bread: he waits at the Cloud Temple, prepared for a great time ahead in the Realm of Anthos.

What are they like (personality)?: - Theobalt is a kind young man, and knows his manners. He treats all races besides Orks the same - with respect until suggested otherwise. He keeps a close eye on Orks, because Orks are quite savage looking in his opinion. He is over ambitious and may strive too hard for something so little.

What are their ambitions?: - Theobalt's ambition is to start a knightly order, and to serve in the Creator's name and spread the faith. This is very important to him and he will attempt to do this at all costs - the first ambition on his list.

Do they have any special skills?: - Theobalt does not have many special skills besides his swordplay and faith in the Creator.

What are their weaknesses?: - Theobalt doesn't have many special skills. He is overly ambitious, which may lead to trouble at times. His faith in the Creator might lead to trouble with those who do not believe in the same faith as him.

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Theobalt stands at 6 feet tall, and weighs about 190 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. His skin is fair and white, symbolizing his Human race. His hair is usually grown out, but at times he may cut it. He wears a tabard which shows the holy cross of the Creator on it.
