What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - 'You can't just run around mauling people's prized animals! Don't slaughter an entire field of cows, that really isn't cool - it's best that they're there, and you roleplay it with them involved.' #savethecows

What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is the act of emulating or taking on the role of something.
What’s metagaming?: - Metagaming, in regards to roleplay, is the act of using knowledge learned out of character in character, such as the name of another character, or the location of a character.
What’s powergaming?: - Powergaming, in regards to roleplay, is the act of temporarily empowering a character beyond their normal means for no in character reason, seen generally when a character is threatened by death.

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): -
Elidel was born in New Abresi to Anne-Marie and Edward Marrysworth. Taking after her mother, she was always short and small. Fatiguing easily, Elidel became somewhat of a recluse, spending most of her time inside the three-room apartment, reading old texts, passed on from her grandparents, by candlelight.
Her mother operated a stall selling knick-knacks and baked goods, while her father was a miner. Edward worked frequently, with long hours. When he did come home, he had no time to engage his daughter or wife, simply collapsing on his bed for a few hours until his hunger woke him up. The image of her father on, in essence, the brink of death frightened Elidel. She questioned whether or not her life would devolve into this. Would her life be as arduous as her father's, or as dull as her mother's?
As she aged through her teens, her curiosity for the world beyond New Abresi grew. Turning to daydreaming, Elidel lived vicariously through her imagination. This satiated her adventurelust at first, but became increasingly insufficient. She wanted to feel fufilled, to live life like romanticized in the stories she read, and in the dreams she dreamt. Dramatic action was the only logical course of action. Elidel began to plan her departure, albeit she was clandestine in sharing her thoughts to both her parents. Her love for them was as boundless as the oceans, but it was merely a drop in a well when compared to her need to adventure.
Now completely resolute on not wasting her life away in thought, Elidel left her family and home in New Abresi soon after her 18th birthday, braving the world new to her. Her leaving was met with many tears by her mother, and a lack of expression by her 'stone' cold father.
What are they like (personality)?: - Elidel enjoys to learn, and to read. She is easily embarassed, and is genuine, having issues lying.
What are their ambitions?: - Elidel longs to understand magic and control magical abilities, as often fantasized by her in her dreams.
Do they have any special skills?: - No.
What are their weaknesses?: - Elidel is quite clumsy, and is apt to fall. She has poor eyesight, rectified by red framed glasses. Having spent most of her life indoors doing non-strenuous activity, she is quite physically weak.
Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Fluffy, light hair that takes the color of faded orange mixed with pink falls in a loose bob around Elidel's head. Her eyes are green, like blades of grass. Framing her eyes are a pair of red rimmed glasses, used to correct her terrible vision. She wears a tannish-pink sweater that is loosely draped around her arms. Engraved on the collar are the initials of her grandmother, "K.M", standing for Kaitlyn Merrysworth. She wears a blue shirt with a darker blue ribbon attached on it. The shirt is loose outside of a pink skirt. Black tights and brown shoes cover Elidel's legs.
