wat about pius?? He did nothing wrong to warrant being re-banned and niccum demoted

I appreciate your support. The latter most result (niccums removal from the GM Team) seemed far more unreasonable. I understand why I might have been rebanned, though I wish it had been handled a bit more professionally on the Admin's part.

Regarding peoples ability to change referenced by Telanir, I think it's far too cynical to say they can't. In my case, when I was banned the last time, I had no intent to break the rules, but understood (with time) in retrospect where I broke them. A prime issue to take into account is where folks are coming from and the most RECENT behaviors from that individual. If one were to compare my behavior post-unbanning from Niccum, I tried to interact with the community, roleplay, and just have some fun. I very seldom in the, albeit, short time being unbanned, go into global OOC. I understood that going into global OOC would be imprudent.

My recent behavior wasn't, at least not visibly, taken into account. I had been banned for over a year or so by that time. I know people change because I did. I don't drink as much anymore, I've tempered my views, and grown to appreciate other opinions; all aspects that were absent from me a year ago.

To the point about taking other bans from other servers into account, I'd say that is improper for the admin staff. LotC ought to be treated for what it is; a unique community of players that are held to a standard some other servers might not hold them to. LotC ought to police behavior associated with LotC only.

Remember, Augustine was a libertine. While St. Augustine's theological notions are heralded as shaping western thought and Church doctrine, Thomism and its namesake had a far more leading impact. In contrast, St. Thomas repudiates the notion that sexuality is inherently sinful but instead remarks that sexuality ought to be moderated. St. Thomas was a heavily cited source in Paul VI's reaffirmation of celibacy in the Second Vatican Council.))

((Why is celibacy required when there isn't the tale of First Sin? It doesn't make much sense since women aren't seen as inherent sinful.))

((The notion you cite isn't the foundation for celibacy in Christian tradition. Likewise, women are not seen as inherently sinful. Celibacy is seen as virtuous in spite of this.))

  4. Thesis on Celibacy

    Mendicant Friar Pio Alphonsus

Often times, the noble idea of clerical celibacy is called into question. Those who subscribe to deviant and erroneous ideas of sex and its purpose tend to congregate on the side that calls for the scandalizing of the clergy. Naturally, these hopes are with the poorest of intentions; driving only to smear the purity of holy men and holy women. And with great fervor the opposition to celibacy take it upon themselves to live lives of grave sin and scandal. However, Holy Mother Church, who is without scandal and without grave errors, protected with a certain level of infallibility, shan’t be smeared with impurity.

When discussing the idea and discipline of celibacy, it is critical to understand the practical, as well as the theological reason behind such a difficult sacrifice.

In the World but not Of the World

For good reason, the clergy are called to be always Heavenward bound and to be natural representatives of holiness and virtue. For this reason, they should refrain from acts that could lead one into temptation and lead one into error. While the world debauches itself, it is the priest, and the Bishop called ultimately to correct and admonish. The Church here below constitutes the seed and the beginning of this kingdom. And as she continues to grow slowly but surely, she longs for the perfect kingdom and ardently desires with all her energy to unite herself with her King in glory. The pilgrim People of God are on a journey through the vicissitudes of this life toward their heavenly homeland.

Called to show the Glory of the Kingdom

Indeed, if we are to share in the glory and pleasure of the love of God in Heaven, why would we have any need to be married or engage in obscenity? Why would we have any reason to love anyone save GOD? Why would we have any effort left to muster after we give GOD our all and everything? For this reason, we are called to show the glory and fortitude of the Kingdom by sacrificing our sexuality.

    The Pastoral Efficacy

The consecration to Creator under an additional and lofty title like celibacy evidently gives to the priest, even in the practical field, the maximum efficiency and the best disposition of mind, mentally and emotionally, for the continuous exercise of a perfect charity. This charity will permit him to spend himself wholly for the welfare of all, in a fuller and more concrete way. It also obviously guarantees him a greater freedom and flexibility in the pastoral ministry, in his active and living presence in the world, to which the Creator has sent him so that he may pay fully to all the children of God the debt due to them.

A true knowledge of the real difficulties of celibacy is very useful, even necessary, for the priest, so that he may be fully aware of what his celibacy requires in order to be genuine and beneficial. But with equal fidelity to the truth, these difficulties must not be given greater value or weight than they actually have in the human or religious sphere, or be declared impossible of solution.

To be clear, celibacy as a virtue is a calling, a vocation that ought to be discerned. And while not the sole calling, and not the only calling for those to accept, it must be maintained so as to not compromise the integrity of Holy Mother Church. To extol the virtues of chastity, clergy ought to maintain their own celibacy.

  5. Donato de Denesle sits in his chair near a crackling fire in the library of his chateau in Drusco. He reads a report of the so-called jihad and pens a brief response to any authority in the caliphate who would read it.

    "Respondeo Dicendum!

To whom this may concern, I send my greetings!

I write now as a humble businessman and scholar in the agrarian and pleasant lands of Oren where virtue and clean living is honored. I write, coming from a family with strong connections to the Lucienists of old, and the Rovins. We appreciate their service to God and country and find it disturbing that one might be so vehemently condemned for ceding a castle after a lifetime of courage. I believe this shows a clear difference between the Empire of Oren and the illegitimate lands calling themselves Caliguan. This difference is that while Caliguan is inherently and intrinsically materialistic, Oren lacks this materialism.

With great importance I stress the need to find truth in everything, as I am a firm believer that integrity makes a man, and honesty likewise. So let us be truthful then and acknowledge why it is that Caliguan is inherently and so obscenely materialistic, violent, and unreasonable? It is, no doubt, because of the inferior culture and false ideology. I cannot say I am a proper Canonist by any means, nor can I say I am a good Canonist.

This said I am a fervent believer that that which is true is always true, and that which is wrong is always wrong, and the virtues (or lack thereof) espoused by the infernal alliance of the Caliphate and Urguan is horrible! How irresponsible could a leader be to send countless of his sons to fight and die, and for what? Heathen Dwarven scum! And why fight for the scum? Because that scum is the only entity that would accept you! You feel required to be different and have some sort of complex of being slighted that what you make up for in fighting your fellow man, you gain in helping your fellow scum!

I trust the men of Oren, and most notably Savoy, will tarry no further and remember your barbarian words when they come to grips with, what must be, the last of your forces. How many have died so that you can make some erroneous point? How much longer must blood be allowed to move freely before you realize your error?

If it is a struggle that you desire, then I hate to disappoint you, but you won't struggle for long.

Yours with the love of the Creator,

    Donato de Denesle"

  6. “High Pontiff Daniel I

    1471-

Neither an adherent to fanaticism nor mysticism, the High Pontiff Daniel I is characterized by his passion for theology and genuine love for humanity and faith. Born Siguine Barrow, the bastard of King Ostromir I and Caterina Horen had undergone intensive theological study under Radomir I and was one of the many young radicals who called for Church overhaul during the Darfeyist Pontificate. Later taking on the clerical robes under Thomas I, Siguine proved himself a folk-hero among the lowborn priesthood for his wandering sermons and idealistic attitude. The youngest High Pontiff and the second to win over the Synod unanimously, Daniel I faces many controversies and crises after the wake of both Darfeyism and caesaropapism.”

The Origins of the so-called High Pontiff

The Abomination that is Daniel I better known as Siguine Barrow, son of Ostromir I Carrion and Caterina “Horen”

After the Exodus the one called Ostromir Crow, fabricated the “Female” called Caterina “Horen” and married her only a few years after the Exodus. Caterina the “female” he claimed is the daughter of Emperor Owyn II. Below is a list of a few facts that refute this utterly and destroy even the notion of it being true.

    1. His Imperial highness at the time Emperor Owyn II was of the age of twenty when the Exodus happened only recently returned from Horens Sanctuary where he was taught by the Monks of Horen the ways of Horen which his father and grandfather before him attended.

    2. His Imperial highness was not married.

    3. His Imperial highness within a few days of returning, Exodused with his father.

    4. If we presume that his Imperial highness within a few days of returning, married without anyone knowing and then left his wife and his unborn daughter in her stomach. At the time of Ostromir would have married her which is within a few years of the Exodus the child of been five years of age.

    5. Caterina was at least of the age of twenty if not older when Ostromir married her.

    6. If Caterina was real Horen, Owyn II would have been five years old when he impregnated his partner, since William Horen was twenty seven when Ostromir married Caterina, and William was two years younger than his brother Owyn.

    7. Emperor Owyn II, never married even in Aeldin when he was Emperor.

    8. Emperor Owyn II was called the pure, because he was celibate he was known to be very strict about it even going as far as banishing all females from his court even his sister and relatives as to not tempt sin.

    9. Emperor Owyn II did not and never had any children legitimate or not.

    10. None of the House of Horen knew Caterina or recognized her.

    11. House Horen does not use the name Caterina, that is a Raevir name.

As explained above Caterina cannot be the daughter of Emperor Owyn II- may the Creator rest his soul in the highest heavens- as the age does not even match. Furthermore even stating that Emperor Owyn II had any children is a insult to the legacy he left.

Some might ask who is Caterina “Horen.” Caterina “Horen” better known as Clive Crownlance son of Kyral Crownlance or Kyral Hightower after marrying James Hightower. Clive Crownlance a half-elf son of Kyral and a Alrasian merchant known as Mark Sinderflame when she was Queen of Alras in Asulon.

This Clive Crownlance, managed to obtain a pearl known as the gender-pearl a Darkelven abomination that bends a gender to its opposite state. Using that pearl he managed to bend his gender and turn into a “Female”, latching upon the greed and lust of the Crow. The Crow’s where looking for a women to accept to act as a Horen as they themselves were looking for any way to seem legitimate in the eyes of the remnants of the Exodus. Clive acting as a women agreed to the Crows ploy to take up the name Caterina Horen and act that he was a daughter of Emperor Owyn II- may his name never be sulled by such.

Ostromir at the time did not know of this at all, however after learning of this Ostromir went into a fit of madness and this historical fact that Ostromir was mad is even known to the Crows themselves but it is never told what drove him to such. He found out that his fake Horen wife, was actually a gender bender and he had in fact became a man prober, cursed to burn in the pits of the Nether alongside the ranks the accursed sodomites and heretics.

As for Daniel, some would ask if he was really the son of Ostromir, why is he called a Barrow?

It turns out the last name Barrow is the name that Crow bastards take. Then some would ask how is he a Bastard? Their so called Prophet Sigmund, cursed and denounced Ostromir and his line on account of his madness and scandal, therefore causing Daniel to become a Barrow after finding out about the gender-bender and the madness that took Ostromir, ashamed of his own bloodline and desperate to begin spinning a web of lies that would bring him to the forefront of power.

This research was earnestly done by men of high repute and legitimacy; if only that usurper could say the same of himself.

  7. Personally, I find myself giving my whole and complete support and backing for my friend Supremacy. While I understand some might have some qualms with this gentleman pursuing such a status, we must remind ourselves of our own imperfections. We are often faced with an abandoning of rules and parameters. It is important that we look to those who are already well known and invested in our community for guidance and supervision.

I believe completely that Supremacy can reign supreme again. He's a good, good guy. With him, we can honestly say "LotC, you're looking good!", and he can help us do it. Enough with grudges and petty slander. Look to the future by incorporating experienced team players. Like honestly, if Treshure could get a shot to be a Trial GM, why can't Sup? Who needs Brand New Kitten anyway? He's bad.

That said, I would also support Rhia returning as a GM, please.

    RESPONDEO DICENDUM

It is not a question of ability that is at hand here, but morality, ethics, and the questionable correction of this most abhorrent deposition which has already been made null and void by Our most Holy decree. It is with disappointment that we were told to "avoid another conflict and simply accept resignation" For this is not the work of God, but the deception of Iblees. It is not the inspiration of the Creating Spirit which makes brothers of all Man that has inspired this but instead the startling political agenda of some of power. We continue to pray for the light of reason and right to be perceived by the foes who accuse us of wrongs, and fail to repudiate their error, but foster it.

May God have mercy on those who so venomously treat the throne of His Vicar to be one so carelessly changed at whim and without regard to clarification. Like Whited Sepulchres they devised their plot, and like deviants rebuke those who repudiate the wrong because it is inconvenient to do so. Let that man who so rebukes be rebuked.

May all of Heaven and Earth, and those under the Earth pray for Us who beseech them.

We are the same as We were,

    + RESPONDEO DICENDUM +

Papal Bull of His Holiness, Pius II, High Pontiff of the True Faith, Vicar of the Creator, and servant of the Servants of God:

    PERFIDUS ERRATUM EST

    IT IS A TREACHEROUS ERROR

To Our brother Bishops, brother priests, Deacons, to all Patriarchs and Kaplans, all Knights and laymen, and to all the authorities of Public Office, greetings and Apostolic Benediction

It is a treacherous error to believe that one so adamant in faith and so legitimately chosen could be so deposed. It is with heavy heart and tearful eye that We as the Most Holy and Legitimate High Pontiff of this, Our Church, make the statement of denunciation of the third conclave and any result thusly found as illegitimate and scandalous.

While the charges levied against Our pontificate are unbelievable and egregious, they also lack any reason nor evidence. This most sullied magisterium gives great cause for concern on the part of the Faithful. One could doubt whether or not the Bishops can make up their minds, or whether they are simply operating on pure hearsay or political means.

Regardless of this, the reasons aforementioned remain unresolved. We write this Bull to establish a formal decree on the part of the Papacy now holding Court at a Monastery that was ordered built by Us and no other, for an Order began by us and no other, by a supporter of Ours and no other. This decree will concern the new claim of a new High Pontiff. We reject any claim that there exists any High Pontiff save Ourself.

Be at peace, dear children, and brethren created by the same Creator. We have not abandoned Our watch over Our sheep. It will take more than a pack of wolves to make a just shepherd take flight; For a shepherd must tend his flock, but at times, fight off the wolves. It is then with full confidence that I call on the Faithful and all loyal clergy not to recognize this trespass on sacred law.

Furthermore, We threaten, if only with great regret, to exert the right of excommunication of those who seek schism. We pray earnestly for their souls and extend clemency to any Bishop or priest who would renounce this action. We reject those who oppose Our claim to the Papacy, We reject the erroneous list of charges, and We retain Our rightful claim as High Pontiff.

    We remain,

    Loyally,

    In Dominum Nostrum,

    Your most Holy Father,

    Coat+of+Arms+of+Pope+Pius+IX+-++Roman+Ca

  10. From his expedition into the southern Jungles, the High Pontiff receives word of the exorcism that took place in Kvas. As his white cassock fluttered in the wind and the weeds of the fields that had been untouched by man begin to be the foundation of a church. Pius II reads the letter sent to him by a Lucienist brother reporting on the issue. With dismay he writes for a tract to be pinned to the Kvas Church.

To the Ruskan Peoples, clergy, and authorities, from the newly built Church of St. Tobias, greetings and Apostolic Benediction!

It was with great confusion that We received word regarding the exorcism of the poor man Mogar. It is with equally great sincerity that We pray for the conversion of his soul and for him to truly be at peace. However, We read the report of this exorcism with a sense of disturbance over the fact that no known clergyman was sought for counsel or advice, and no permission was granted for a temporal exorcism or any other by any Bishop or from Our own Papacy.

Furthermore, We question the validity of this exorcism and the validity of the claims made by the Raevir clergy. It is with skepticism that we hear of this event.

As a result of this, We decree that exorcisms are no longer to be done at whim, and that permission must be sought by a VALID and LEGITIMATE Bishop or Pontiff. Furthermore, an investigation will be launched by the Holy Office of the Pontifical Inquisition as to the nature of these claims and to inquire as to their legitimacy.

    E nomine Domine,

    Your most Holy Father,

    Coat+of+Arms+of+Pope+Pius+IX+-++Roman+Ca

  11.

In the form of a letter, word reaches two bishops of the findings of their brother laymen concerning the the recent false coronation. They read over the scroll slowly in the dim light of an abbey.

At sunset, prior to Vespers, the clerics line up and walk towards the alter. They wear black cloaks and are holding light candles chanting, while the two bishops following them hold sacred books in one hand and a candle in the other.

    "Adoremus in aeternum sanctissimum Sacramentum.

Laudate Dominum omnes gentes: laudate eum omnes populi.

Quoniam confirmata est super nos misericordia ejus:

et veritas Domini manet in aeternum.

    Adoremus..."

As they reach the altar, the clerics make two double lines antiphonally. The bishops follow them, walking towards the altar and bowing their head in tandem. The pair then turn and turn their back to the altar. Speaking forward with a commanding voice, the left bishop says,

"Franz-Joseph Carrion has fallen to blasphemy in crowning himself King falsely, without the hands of the High Pontiff to place it upon his head. Furthermore in his presences and by his command, his men did assault upon Clergymen and Laymen including the Grandmaster of the Order of Saint Lucien.

The right bishop waits several moments and continues,

“Wilfriche Buron has fallen to Iblees worship, and it is known to us that he was the person that is in league with the powers of the scourge.”

The left bishop picks up again,

“Peter of No House has fallen to blasphemy in taking the title of High Pontiff, without the Proper election of the Conclave of Bishops or the abdication of the previous Hand of the Creator.

These are the sins of Apostasy, Heresy, and Murder. In that Franz-Joseph, Wilfriche, and Peter have rendered no act of contrition or repentance and are at liberty in the lands, we must take action.

We do here and now separate them from the precious light of the Creator and the body and blood of Horen, and from the communion of all Faithful. We exclude them from our Holy Mother Church and all her sacraments in Heaven and in this realm. We declare them excommunicate and anathema together with their accomplices and abettors. We cast them in the outer darkness, we judge them damned with Iblees and his demons and all the reprobates to eternal fire and everlasting pain. Until they shall recover themselves from the toils of Iblees and return to amendment and to penitence to a right and just servant of this, our Holy Mother Church.”

After reciting this the clerics say "So be it" The two bishops ring the bells to evoke the death toll, then they close the book which symbolize the excommunicant's separation from the church. Finally they all snuff out their respective candles, knocking them to the floor to represent the target's soul being extinguished and removed from the light of the Creator. The clerics begin to chant once more.

    “Tuba mirum spargens sonum

    per sepulcra regionum,

    coget omnes ante thronum.

    Mors stupebit et natura,

    cum resurget creatura,

    judicanti responsura.

    Liber scriptus proferetur,

    in quo totum continetur,

    unde mundus judicetur.

    Judex ergo cum sedebit,

    quidquid latet, apparebit,

    nil inultum remanebit.

    Quid sum miser tunc dicturus?

    quem patronum rogaturus,

    cum vix justus sit securus?”

WITH sincerity of heart and Apostolic Benediction in the glorious favor of the Creator, His humble Servant Michael, Bishop Candidate of the Diocese of the Steppes and the Diocese of Eastcoast; Greetings!

IT is with great pleasure and honor that We are able to, today, address all of you as your Pastor and spiritual father, your Bishop. I received the news of my appointment with much jubilance and praise. Though, We recall the appointment as being that of a position of service to the people of Ager and surrounding territories, as well as Our brothers in the Order of St. Lucien, the latter of which We are eternally indebted.

As We look upon the bustling community of Ager, We can see great promise and holiness. We might remind te community at large that the bedrock of the community was the Church, one of the prime buildings of that settlement, and currently a beacon guiding those lost, to her. We take great solace in the faithfulness of the Northmen who consistently stand for the True Faith in all simplicity of heart, understanding our awesome Creator as children, not as scholars striving to be equal to Him.

We are reminded of the Creator as the gardener and builder of all man. It is then that We can see wih no doubt how the community of Ager can be so full of faith and holiness. A community of farmers and of builders; of gardeners and masons. Loyal, indeed pro Deo et Principe, the settlement becomes an example to even the gretest cities. While We said previously, and with great pride, that one of the first building was a church, we see also that one of the last buildings constructed in nearby Abresi is a church. How can it be, children, that the Capital of man, of God's creation, can neglect it's faithful to the point of neglecting a church, but yet a settlement so small can build it almost first.

    We must pray, children.

It is then that We look to Our brothers in the Creator, the Order of St. Lucien; the watchful sentinels of holiness and might, and caretakers of holy relics. We see great vigor and enthusiasm, as well as piety, amongst the men of those ranks. We can say with earnesty that Our own holiness might not have been formed had it not been for the consistent holiness of the Lucienist knights.

We thusly exhort these two communities, one civil and the other martial, to work as Diocesan brothers and as neighbors to give the world a shining beacon of hope of unity. We likewise urge the people of Ager and other settlements under Our canonical jurisdiction to make strives in expanding and to pursue economical advances. We avail Ourself to the people We serve in all matters.

    In Conclusion,

We assure the people living in and working in the boundaries of Our Dioceses of Our prayer and committment; We urge the people to familiarize themselves with their Pastor and Bishop.

His Grace, M. d'Longueville, OSL - Bishop of the Steppes and of Eastcoast

What’s your character called?: - Michael John Mary de Longueville

What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Human

What sex are they?: - He is a man

How old are they?: - 38

Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Michael was born in a cottage just north of Abresi. He was the youngest of the five children of Martha and Albrecht de Longueville. His oldest brother, James, would go on to become a lawman. James, however, lacked the familial pride that Michael had. When Michael was only nine, James would disgrace the Longueville name and run away with a lady of ill repute. While the family tried to forget about James, Michael continued to pray for James and his soul. Michael's second oldest brother, Henry, followed in his fathers footsteps and learned the lay of the land. Michael's two sisters, Aquina and Philomena, would both pursue marriage in their younger years.

Having been born in a well-to-do family, Michael did not lack proper schooling. His father, a gentleman farmer with a few hands at his his command, paid for a priest to tutor young Michael, now a growing boy. Michael received proper education in the fields of the liberal arts, Philosophy, theology, and writing. Michael excelled in theology and was a gifted public speaker.

At the point of Michael's fifteenth birthday, the Priest was sent away. Michael had reached manhood and was told by his father to grow in the name of the Creator and to discern his vocation in the world. This was easy for Michael who had been considering his vocation for some time already. He had formed his theology around the True Faith, and the graces that flowed from it. Being strongly of the opinion that the Holy Church takes precedence over all man, king or farmer, he accepted his father's wishes and set out to begin advanced training in the Faith.

As young Michael, only sixteen, wandered, he prayed and sang and was merry with innocent bliss. However, Michael would soon learn that he was no longer on the Longueville cottage. Indeed, as he wandered the roads, he adopted an ascetic mindset. Believing that his faith ought to be focused on his growth not as a priest, but as a hermit and a mendicant friar of sorts.

Dedicating himself to his prayerful itinerancy, Michael did not forsake a wanderer, but admitted that he had never much to give. As he prayed, and trusted in the Creator who created him and the world, his piety and seclusion grew stronger. He had never felt stronger in his faith than he did, sitting under a tree with no eyes watching, but God's. Where he could preach only to his heart and the birds. He had done away with any riches he was sent from the farm with. After several summers, Michael, now twenty-five but looking thirty-five, began to grow tired of brazing the hot and the cold alone. Of course, when such thoughts would manifest themselves, he would deny them at once - going so far as establishing regular fasting and penances.

The mendicant friar, living off the land. He felt old. His bones were weak, and sores had been felt along his back, where his belt had scourged him. He felt crippled, blinded by the rain in his eyes. He tried to preach, but just as the birds were hiding, he felt his heart was as well. He laid down, to rest, to die.

Michael, much to his chagrin, did not die. He suffered more, bitterly and angrily. His innocent bliss had been thrown away with his money; his care free attitude, with his faith. The mendicant surrendered, having been chased for years by his vocation, and reached the goal he had sought after when he set out from the cottage. He arrived at the home of the elderly priest who, years prior, had taught him everything he knew. The priest, now forgetting his very self, was alone. He, too, had gone in to seclusion. The priest met the boy he had raised, now thirty. The priest immediately assigned him chores, set out a bed, and once more vested the black cassock of his vocation. When Michael returned, his new liege required more from him; to shave his beard, to wash himself, and to change from his rags to the black cassock. Overjoyed, Michael did so at once. While not a priest, Michael dressed as a cleric, wearing an old cassock belonging to his teacher.

Over the course of two years, the ailing priest assisted in professing the truths of the faith and rearing Michael in the ways of the priesthood. Michael would ask frequently about his ordination, but the priest refused to entertain Michael's wants. Impatient, Michael cursed the priest and set out into the rain to return to his former lifestyle. After only three days away from his studies, Michael knew he would need to humble himself to be a true priest, after all, his faith was founded in the Creator, not the creation. He set out again, back to the hermitage of his friend and teacher.

Upon his arrival, an eerie calm fixed itself around him. As he surveyed the pitiable scene before him, the priest lay dead upon his cot, his clothes still damp from wandering in the rain and his skin cold and still. Michael cried no tears nor let out any emotion. He knew his mission was clear. He would pray for the priest for the rest of his life, and would live for the priest. As he committed himself to the burial rites of his spiritual father, Michael continued his studies, living in the hermitage and tending to it's upkeep.

What are they like (personality)?: - Michael is an introverted man, while opinionated and outspoken, he has retained the notion of chivalry and being a gentleman. His yearning for holiness is clear in his behavior; he does not act rashly and is scrupulous of his disposition, especially in social scenarios. His deep aspirations for furthering his academics are also clear as he continues to commit himself to a scholarly life.

What are their ambitions?: - The ambitions of Michael de Longueville are not fully known, even by Michael. Michael aspires to one day join the ranks of the priesthood, but lacks want to ascend the hierarchical ladder. Being unfamiliar with the politics of the Church, and more so being familiar with the doctrines of the Church, he is often intimidated by the notion of going before a Bishop.

Do they have any special skills?: - Having excelled as a schoolboy in rhetoric, writing, and public speaking, his social skills are not lacking. This is so despite his years in solitude as he never, truly, felt by himself. He has developed a mastery of compassion and love for creation.

What are their weaknesses?: - His weakness are, at times, overwhelming to him. His scrupulosity and his penitential demeanor sets him at a disadvantage as he doubts himself often. Similarly, he has very little experience in fighting; while he has killed to eat, the thought of homicide is unthinkable to Michael.

Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Michael takes after his father. He is a shorter gentleman, standing only at 5'3" and with a build to match. The Longueville's, with few exceptions, are a smaller family in stature. During his time in the wilderness, Michael has taken on a weathered look. While his clothes may not show it, his face certainly does. If every wrinkle or scar was a story, Michael would be a book worth reading.

Anything else you want to say about them?: -

No, but certainly feel free to ask anything specific.
