What’s metagaming?: Using information obtained out of character, while in character. What’s powergaming?: Performing an action without giving somone else the opportunity to react. In-Character Information What’s your character called?: Stagmitus Von Ferringer What race are they?: Human What sex are they?: Male How old are they?: 32 Biography: Stagmitus was raised lovingly by his parents. From a young age, they instilled in him a sense of curiosity, and encouraged creativity. His parents, Stagmortar Von Ferringer and Katarine Crystalis, were scientists, engineers and inventors who served the local towns and villages. They were passionate about life, their work, each other, and their one child. This passion is something that grew in Stagmitus as well. They lived in a cave in the mountains, which basked in the light of the glowing redstone lampps they used in their homes. From wall to curved, mossy wall, it was packed with machinery, parts, expirements, workstations, and tools of all sorts. They reveled in the organized chaos, one of the things his father always said was, "Chaos is the physical manifestation of creativity!" If one were to put their ear to the entrance of the cave, which was adorned with a large metal door with all sorts of locks, only about half working, the other half failed prototypes, they would have heard the curious sound of all sorts of vibrations whirrs, clacks, clatters, tinks, tanks, tonks, knocks, bumps, crashes, smashes and bangs, all strewn together in some sort of magnificent orchestra of invention. They were looked upon at odd, but well respected in their community, as they were good folk, who respected and followed the customs of the culture. Their assistance to the villagers involved all sorts of tasks, from building, to creating systems of storage, automation, the creation of new and interesting weapons (They were not fighters themselves, but if they could imagine it, they would invent it), and anything else the family needed. The home, which smelled of a strange mixture of cinnamon and rust, was ideal for Stagmitus, while his parents were busy constructing all sorts of interesting things, he would play with their old inventions, tinkering until he could find some use for them that amused him. Indeed, he had inherited the mechanical and scientific genius of his parents, and he loved it. By the time he grew to the age of 20, his mind was strong, and scientific prowess great. He had studied under his parents, and any other individual who would let him learn, but most of all, he had spent his time tinkering, inventing machines, playing with alchemy, he even dabbled in mixing magic with his inventions (Though rather unsuccessfully without a proper teacher) His parents decided to fulfill their lifelong dream, of travelling far away to discover new materials, technology, and new lands. They embarked, their odd looking vessel packed with rations, and a great deal of basic parts and materials for them to use. Stagmitus was melancholy, he adored his parents and enjoyed being with them, but he knew they would be very happy together, and he had long been old enough to care for himself. That day he vowed to honor his parents, by discovering something, some technology or process that would honor his parents for ages. What are they like?: Stagmitus is raher eccentric, he tends to think out loud and is very blunt and vocal. He is easily excited and incredibly passionate about his work. His creativity is surpassed only by his intellect. He sleeps very little, and tends to shout seemingly random things, as he is constantly tinkering in his mind, when he has nothing on hand to tinker with. He is generally well mannered, though a tad uncultured. What are their ambitions?: His biggest ambition is to honor his parents by discovering something that will change the world. Other than this, he simply wishes to live out a peaceful life which in which he may continue to discover as much as possible about the world, and how it works. Do they have any special skills?: Stagmitus is no good in a battle. He is an incredible scientist, and engineer though. He has little knowledge of magic, but is interested in some of it's more peculiar uses. What are their weaknesses?: Physical confrontation, he has little grace under pressure, and females make him terribly nervous. Give us a description of how they look?: He stands six feet tall, with long arms and long legs, which make him look rather silly. He is very skinny, as he has a habit of passing up eating for long periods of time. He has a long sharp noise, ears that stick out, and a face that would be rather somber, with deep eyes and a small mouth, if it were not for the grin that persistently finds it's home there. His skin is dark despite most of his time being indoors, as his mother hard dark brown skin, and his eyes are dark grey. He has scraggly unkempt hair, which would be black if not for the wide arraychemicals which it is frequently exposed to, causing it to appear grey. Anything else you want to say about them?: Not particularly. I am currently working on my skin, I'll upload it as soon as I am satisfied with how it looks.

Give us a description of how they look?: He stands 6"4', short for an elf, with long arms and long legs, making him look rather silly. He is very skinny, as he has a habit of passing up eating for long periods of time. He has a long sharp noise, the long pointy ears of a typical elf, and a face that would be rather somber, with deep eyes and a small mouth, if it were not for the grin that persists on it. His skin is very pale, appearing almost purple in the correct light, and his eyes are dark grey. He has scraggly unkempt hair, which would be black if not for the wide arraychemicals which it is frequently exposed to, causing it to appear grey. Anything else you want to say about them?: Not particularly. (My skin is in the process of being created, I'll upload a picture as soon as I'm happy with it.)
