(Please link past applications): No. How did you hear about us?: I'm not sure -- I mean, I've heard about Lord of the Craft about two years back, via YouTube, I think, but I've gained interest in it after I watched TheInsomnic's and candle's YouTube LotC Let's Plays. What do you think the server will be like? Well, I hope it will be a organised but fun community to roleplay, like so many told me already. I think it will be as I imagine, a big, epic world with an expansive lore to roleplay in. Have you read and agreed to the rules?: Yes. What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: Well, the anti-metagaming and powergaming rule, of course! What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is the act of taking on the role of an imaginary character and making choices as you think they would. What’s metagaming?: The act of using knowledge gained Out of Character, In Character. What’s powergaming?: The act of making decisions for other's character, without their permission. For example, you "decide" that they go knock out after you hit them. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. What’s your character called?: Stephen Ravenwood What race are they (and sub-race)?: Human, Northerner What sex are they?: Male How old are they?: 23 Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): Stephen Ravenwood was born the first and only child of Aidan and Marlyssa Ravenwood. All his life, Stephen has lived in Abresi, in the Ravenwood familymanor. Ever since he was a young child, he heard many stories of his father's businesspartners, a very rich family whose patriarch he met that one time outside the walls of Abresi. When Stephen was fourteen, the Ravenwood family got into huge debts with their former businesspartners. Aidan screwed up a major deal with the Orcs that could've made both families very rich. When Aidan, Stephen's father, couldn't pay any of these debts, Aidan decided to sell the fifteen year old Stephen to an Orcish merchant. Stephen hated his father for it. No, he despised him for it. His mother, Marlyssa, didn't do anything to stop Aidan, and sadly, from that day on, Stephen would never see his parents again. Stephen was sold to several brothels, where he had to do all different kinds of horrid acts. When he reached the age of sixteen, he was strong enough to be sold to slavers who let him do hard labour. He was sold to several slavers all over Anthos. On several journeys from one place to the other he heard tales of the Wandering Wizard who saved Aegis of an utter doom, and soon the Wizard became like an hero and an idol to Stephen. On the age of nineteen, Stephen managed to flee from his owner and, unsure of his directions and avoiding the Orcs, he decided to wander through Anthos, like he imagined the Wandering Wizard did so many years ago. What are they like (personality)?: Stephen is, despite of the horrors that he experienced, an overall friendly guy. He finds strength in groups and prefers to travel alongside others. He can be extremely dimwitted sometimes, but knows how to handle problematic situations with creativity and innovation. He finds joy in hunting and fishing, but dislikes killing humans. What are their ambitions?: Stephen, believing he missed out on a big part of his youth, aspires to know everything and everybody. He wants to discover new things and wants to know everyting about the history of Anthos. He doesn't care much for his social position, but Stephen does want to be liked by strangers. Do they have any special skills?: Aside from knowing much about the history of Anthos, Stephen is very good at handling problematic situations. He prefers to solve them on an unique way, rather than an aggressive way. What are their weaknesses?: Because of his youth, Stephen dislikes and fears Orcs. He has no hatred for them, but he prefers to keep out of their way. He's not good at being agressive and therefore avoids battles. Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: Stephen is a tall man, with brown, thick hair and a scruffy beard, lacking the gear to shave it off. He is not muscular at all.
