Definitions
These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!
What is roleplaying?: - acting as another fictional or non-fictional character and reacting to situations as they would react
What’s metagaming?: - any ooc or outside info to give your character an edge up such as the location of a persons chest vault
What’s powergaming?: - any op gaming or unfair rp such as pretending to win a 1v5 battle or saying "you missed" a lot

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

I was born in The Fringe and throughout my childhood i lived with my parents. I was friends with an adunian and we did everyhting together. I was an apprentice fisherman and thats really the only way my familys survived. One day I was selling fish in the market a theif grabbed my basket of fish and ran. suddenly a fireball came out of nowhere and knocked over the theif. I looked up and saw a mage loooking down at me. Thats when I knew i wanted to be a mage. It was my destiny to help the helpless through magic.
In my later years, Khorvad's Grip spread throughout The Fringe. My mentor (the fisherman) died of this. My parents told me that we would move to Lin'ame,saying that there we would be safe. However my adunian friend was moving to Thales, and i couldnt live without my great friend whom ive known since childhood. Therefore I told my parents that i would do this also. They told me that they would disown me if i did this, but I left anyway. This is how my life began in Thales. I told myself that one day I would return to Lin'ame to prove to my parents that i could live by myself. I told myself that one day, I woul fulfill my destiny and become a master potion-maker and mage.

What are their ambitions?: - To be able to hold my own in Thales and one day join the Mages Guild.
Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - an adeptness for potion-making. stubbornness is my weakness. if i think i am right i will stand by what i believe, which may cause me harm.
