    I have a question: If you run from a role-play with little interaction can you be pvped? How about with much interaction?

      Still u can get pvped unless the person is incapitated in rp

      I'm fairly certain you can only be pvp'd if you run from a situation you were involved in. So, running down the road and continuing to run after someone shouts halt, you're safe. If you're already RPing with them and run, you can be pvp'd.
