Have you ever roleplayed on a minecraft server before? If so, where?: - I roleplayed on a private server with an American friend of mine, although, not as serious as this.

How did you hear about us?: - Through the wonderful KayDovee_, which we met through GridHive HL2RP Community I served as an Adimistrator at, unfortunately, this community has recently concluded.
What do you think the server will be like? - From what I have heard, LoTC holds a high reputation because of it's overall quality as a playerbase, having the community to be heavily influenced by discussions. I truely respect that, and I have seen the large bulk of lore, and read through bits and pieces of it. The lore is certainly enticing and makes me want to join even more.
Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes
What’s the rule you agree with the most?: - We don’t allow descriptive sexual roleplay of any kind. This includes explicit nudity and actions involving a character’s sexual organs. You may however ‘fade to black’ (referencing the hollywood technique where the screen literally fades to black when an explicit, sexual or violent scene is happening) for the purpose of, say, conceiving a child for your character. Fade to black means you skip the roleplay of the action, but you may roleplay out the consequences, for example having the child. Both players must consent to a Fade to Black.
Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:- Yes

Definitions
These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person!
What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is when you (or others) adapt to roles within a unique universe, and then assume the mastermind behind that character, taking on their traits, ambitions, etc.
What’s metagaming?: - Using information acquired outside the game or Out of Character, and then using that in character, this can unfairly benefit the player, and create grief for the situation.
What’s powergaming?: - The unfair forcing of action(s) upon a target, deeming your character either invincible, otherwise, the situation impossible. An example of this could be the exaggeration of enduring pain, such as having your legs chopped off and having the magical ability to somehow continue to run.

Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Maximus the peasant originates from Asulon, however, as the population of Oren transfered to Thales, his family followed suit. He was raised from a functioning family, despite the circumstances and the harsh, unpredictable climate changes in the foreign lands, his family would remain close and social - this proved to be invaluable to pass through time, and the days of hunger. Tempum wasn't too bad of a place in his eyes, he enjoyed company from the kinsmen roughly from his age, espescially a child from the local butchery, Siegfried LaValléte. Maximus' father proved to be a very close companion to Siegfried's old man, espescially in the art of trade, the nonstop exchange of meat from mina proved to be a sufficent occupation to feed Maximus' family, and allowed Siegfried and himself to grow closer, almost like brothers.
Emperor Robert Chivay was always a hero in the eyes of both Maximus and Siegfried, although, Siegfried was the one who was always encouraged to physically serve the Emperor under the Imperium, due to their valued friendship, they'd always have time to be together, with Siegfried at age 21 already looking to seek arms, Maximus forfeited from the idea of continuing his father's legacy as a brilliant provider of meat for the locals, an adventure awaits.
Through the treasured personal values of friendship, and loyalty to his superiors, and Imperial Majesty, Robert Chivay; Maximus stands today, aged 22 with self-proclaimed morals, and valued friendship in every decision he faces in the Human Capital, Tempum.
What are they like? (personality): - Maximus is quite often a reasonable young man, adorned by the influence of his peers and environment, he is an Oren man and is heavily influenced by others, espescially his friends.
What are their ambitions?: - Maximus, being an Oren man, like any other seeks to serve the Emperor, Robert Chivay physically. Although, this was not a primary choice for an occupation, his backstory and cherised relationship with his family friend, Siegfried LaValléte has directed him to this pathway.
Deeper into the Imperium Army, he hopes to be transferred to the 48th Brigade with the rest of his childhood friends.
Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Maximus is a young man, this allows his to be curious and easily influenced; whilst this may be a downfall, it certainly benefits him on his pathway as a footsman under the Imperium.
His father, a provider of meat had taught him how to skin and prepare meat - This could prove to be invaluable, espescially if he'd be stranded.
Give us a description of how they look?: - A young man with soft features, emerald green eyes, short, unkempt brown hair and a mesomorphic build, standing around 5'8.
