    How can you declare yourself mali'thill?:  The Vynatis family had long been a line of Scholars and Alchemists, many serving in the court of  Haelun'or. But 'true purity' is quite hard to determine - there is the purity of the mind and purity of the body; My mind, you must test for yourself and deem it pure or not. 

    Are there any other details that you wish to relay? (Occupation, Past Allegiances, Past Homes, etc): I am currently in the profession of a Chef, though I would also desire to be a Scholar

    How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? Well I came here a long time ago, but seeing that I already was whitelisted, I wanted a clean page.

    What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is when you act and play as another role/character within a specified setting, and behave as they would.

     

    What is metagaming?: Metagaming is the use of outside information being used to one's benefit in game. (E.G OOC information you have learnt used in IC). 

    What is powergaming?: Making a God-Like character, with little to no flaws - and is to put simply; Invincible.

     

    In-Character Information

    Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

     

    Character’s name: Vytanis Sylfen

    Character’s gender: Female

    Character’s race: Elf - High Elf

    Character’s age: 97

    Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

     

    Vytanis was born on the eve of 1487  as her parent's first child (Though that was not surprising considering that they were elves.). Her father and mother lived in Haelun'or where the Silver Enclave reigned - and Vytanis lived a few years of her life being taught the superiority of the High-Elves. She rather liked it, though her mother discouraged it, whereas her father fervently supported it. She did however - with the encouragements of her mother - read quite a few books of the outside world as she was not yet allowed to venture out. Thus, the peaceful years of her childhood.

     

    It was only at the age of Eleven, in the year 1498, that the conflict changed the majority of her life. As an healer Alchemist, her father was recruited in the war between the kingdom of Oren and Haelun'or - whilst her mother and herself were secluded in the deepest parts of Haelun'or. Many elves around her continued to remind her of the superiority of the High-elves, even when their voice quavered from the battle that raged on outside the safety of the walls. The children were huddled in the corner, and every morning they had lessons from the elder elves. 

     

    But 1500, Haelun'or fell. Her father came back home - and he told them to wash away their belief of superiority. They did, though Vynatis struggled to change her way of thinking, as she had always thought as such since she had learnt to talk and read. Her father murmured things now, even as she grew - but life reigned as if no war had tainted their lives.

     

     

    Personality Traits: Vytanis is a curious elf, though she can be rather confused of her own beliefs. She can be blunt in her way of speaking, and is reluctant to change her way of thinking. Though she can be optimistic (maybe a bit too optimistic) she can easily scorn things she disagrees with whilst oblivious to the consequences of her words.  

    Ambitions: Vytanis, being confused with her beliefs, wants to find her own belief by learning the general knowledge of many beliefs.

     

    Strengths/Talents: Vytanis is quick to learn, and her strength lies in the arts of writing and academics. Other than that, she has a habit of re-searching about healing potions and such.

     

    Weaknesses/Inabilities: Being thin and wiry, she has no muscle to fight with. She's quite weak, with little power. This does affect her fear of the dark, as she deemed herself unworthy to fight of whatever lurks within it.

    Vytanis is quite vain of her silver hair and her grey-blue eyes. She stands at about 6'1 at height, with pale skin and branch-like fingers that only ever scrolled through books.

    How did you hear about us?: I Was just browsing through google for good RP servers, when I found this website.
    What do you think the server will be like? Lots of Roleplaying, Of course. And I do imagine a big map since there are many choices for Races. And I guess some battles...
     
    Have you read and agreed to the rules?: Yes
     
    What’s the rule you agree with the most?: I guess it's 'Racism is allowed in IC but not OOC'. I just find it would be more realistic  if it is allowed. It would kind of bring more life to the game; For instance, maybe there are rivalry between two races, and perhaps one race can use a few... racist.... comments about the other race. Example: Dwarves being short. Elves being a bit obnoxious. etc...
    Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:Yes
     
    Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense? : 

    • When you die, either in roleplay or minecraft, you simply go back to the Cloud Temple and forget all memory of your death and the roleplay leading up to it.

    So Do you mean that we forget our memory for ever? I don't get it.

    Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography : Haleth was a descendant of the high elves once, but most of her family blood had been Wood-Elves. She, unlike most of her kin, can be a little wary and suspicious of travelers, and tend to stay away from anyone other than her kind; And of course, the nature and animals.
     
    She grew up in Lin'ame; with her small sister and mother. Her father had died somewhere, and her mother always told her that he died a hero's death. So perhaps he died in a war, but whatever it was; she'd never known. 
     
    Back then, she had loved the animals and nature around them.  She was reckless back then, as were many other little elves. 
     
    She had met a stranger once, back then she did not know the difference between many things. She did not know what danger was. She did not know that he was dangerous.
     
    He gained her trust with false kindness. He never took of his hood, he never told her his race, not even his background. He said to call him Al'eth. He was kind to her, kinder than anyone she'd ever met, and she was young enough to believe everything he said.
    And only when they were alone near a stream did he strike with his weapon. She still remembered the pain and blood, and thinking; "But he was my friend... how could he?" 
    She did not remember much, only the hooded figure falling down next to her bloody figure, an arrow stuck in it's head. His face was still hidden, and she was never allowed to look at his dead corpse.
     
    She remembered how her mother had told her the thirst for blood in this world, and money...there are many unkind things. 
     
    How betrayed she had felt...
     
    What are they like? (personality): Haleth isn't the kind to socialize, she likes to observe people rather than talk. In addition, unlike her kinsmen, she is very wary of travellers; and do not warm up to strangers very easily. She is often quite, and mostly people judge her on being arrogant, in a way; This is due to the fact that she can be prideful at times, and refuse to speak unless it is needed. She had been like this ever since her incident with the hooded stranger.
     
    What are their ambitions?: To discover great secrets. 
     
    Do they have any special skills? She has a way to blend in within her surroundings, and her eye is very keen. She can be nimble and quick, which gives her an advantage hen needing to flee. Her mind always seem to make up plans, strategies, and tricks.
     
     
    What are their weaknesses? : Unfortunately, her lean body is made for being graceful and nimble; not strength. She isn't very strong when it comes to close combat (Example: SwordS) and would easily be overpowered. 
     
     
     
     
    Give us a description of how they look?: Tall for a wood-land female elf, and lean. She has long, dark, brown hair , Her eye color is forest green. Her skin is light, due to her heritage.

    Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography :
    Originally born in woodland realm, as a Silvan Elf. She was born far from the palace, but not far enough to be in the edges of the forest. She spent most of her life training to be a palace guard; Though preferably an Archer.
     
    She did gain a job in the palace once she reached maturity; and one of her first tasks was to guard the king's messenger to Rivendell. Orcs and spiders were crawling through the lands like ants, and she knew the task would be hard. But she had many friends back then, she took the two of them with her.
     
    While passing the mountains, they were ambushed by a pack of orcs along the path. They had been chased day and night, and already two of her fellow kin fell. There were only her, another palace guard, and the messenger. 
     
    They neared the entrance of Rivendell, but was cut short as the pack of thirty orcs cut their path once more. It seemed that they had won the race.
     
    She killed many, she remembered few. But she remembered the piercing scream of her companion. She guarded the messenger as hard as she could, even while he continued to fight back-to-back with her. But luck was never on their side. It was impossible for two elves to defeat the remaining twenty orcs.
     
    Though her skill was great, she was young. She never made a plan, she never looked for weakness'; She simply attacked. It was one of the stupidest things she'd ever done. 
    .
    She learned how pain felt that day; she learned the pain of life. 
     
    Impossible it was to defeat them, she slumped down to the ground hard as her knees had buckled underneath her. She thought she would go to the halls of mandos that day, but the patrolling elves of Rivendell had come.
     
    It was simply that day where she learned that she needed to be wiser; and she decided to not have anyone close to her.  It was actually that day, when she first taste orc blood. (Except her family, that is.)
     
     
     
     
     
    What are they like? (personality): Haleth isn't the kind to socialize, she likes to observe people rather than talk; She believes that if she watches the way others do things, she would have more strategies to beat them in a fight. She is normally quiet, talks only when needed, but very stubborn.
     
    What are their ambitions?: To be one of the guards', protecting the ones she loved. 
     
    Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? :
    [+] : If she is calm, She can be very wise with her decisions. 
    [-] : Does reckless things when she is angry. (As mentioned before, she is wise when calm)
    [+] : From far, She has a great skill at archery. She prefers to strike form a distance. 
    [-] : Not very strong when it comes to close combat. She prefers to shoot her victims. But when she has no choice, double daggers work best.  
    [ +]: Very stealthy when hunting, and likes to plan a strategy before attacking. If she has to fight another, she would try to find a weak spot first.
    [-] : Not very social. Sometimes, wandering alone in the woods without a friend is dangerous.
     
     
    Give us a description of how they look?: Tall for a female elf, and lean. She has long, pale, blonde hair and a scar on her arm. Her eye color is forest green.
