What's metagaming?: - Using out of character knowledge to build up on in character knowledge. This is often used to someone else's benefit. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Godric was born in The Fringe in the year 1451 in the city of Alras as the eldest of two sons of a somewhat noble man. This was the era of great stress in politics, moulding out Godric's future as a worthy fighter - in need of armies to collect him and have him to their aid. During the time he had been growing up, there had been a war between to rival coalitions, the Bloc and the Silver-Crimson. However, the war had been cut short by the spread of a catastrophic plague name Khorvad's Grip with a high mortality rate and painful symptoms, what came after was much worse. There were draughts and loss in crops and food. This was indeed a harsh life for the suffering. The House of Dacre somehow survived throughout the plague, managing to sail to Thales and escape the once healthy Fringe.. It was during this time that Godric developed a stronger feeling and heart for serving as a powerful fighter - helping out in causes of chaos and war. Unlike his brother, he was left less educated. No matter how well they had lived in the Thales, it was soon noted as them overstaying their welcome; thus leaving. Just after 3 years of arriving, harsh winters had devastated the lands which had made his family, now shortened to only 3 survivng members, flee to Athera and take up residence in Alras. He served in the Alras' City Watch for six years and upon turning 22, he accompanied his younger brother to the Capital to earn fame and fortune. What are they like? (personality): - An odd person that seems to fail in everything but combat, first impressions may paint a picture of him being an imbecile but he is an able soldier and a competent tactician due to his time in the Alras City Watch. What are their ambitions?: - Godric wishes to enroll in the Imperial Army and ascend the hierarchy and become a general. He also wishes to become a renowned fighter. Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Inept at everything but combat and logistics. Give us a description of how they look?: - Godric has light brown hair, casting over his left eye and leaving a trail of short-ish bangs hanging from each side of his head. The character's eyes are similar to Cerdic's; blue and crystal clear. His clothes consist of a black robe, filled with silver plates. One sleeve seems to be torn off, as if he had just arrived from a heavy battle. Godric was blessed with a knack for swordplay and general combat, however he completely neglected the diplomatic side of things which has resulted in his ineptitude if given a task that requires politics. When his younger brother had reached of age, they had both departed Alras, Godric's reason was out of wanderlust. He was unsuited to noble life and did not care too much about his inheritance. Due to this strangely convenient choice in leaving, his brother was left to a more 'noble' turn - forcing him to be the less educated and often stuck in desperate measures, including life-threatening decisions and crazy immersion when trying to find an easy way out from hard moments in time. In the midst of travelling to the new land Godric figured out that it would be likely that he would surely encounter wild runs; forcing him to battle some that no other would think of. The lands were beautiful, expanding over great lengths and running through blue skies, causing him belief of the 'perfect' land. Should they live there any longer, it would indeed be a wonderful experience. A true moment of fine nostalgia. Whilst at the perfect area, Godric and Cerdic spotted many wonderful views on the way to the capital. What are they like? (personality): - Often reserved, prone to inattentiveness. His voice seems lethargic, however when caught in the midst of a good fight, his inert behaviour is washed away and replaced by intense concentration and determination. What are their ambitions?: - To become a warrior of great renown and to become the strongest the Holy Oren Empire. Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - They excel in the martial aspect of things but is inapt at diplomacy and everything tied to it due to his naturally torpid behaviour. Godric isn't always too concentrated and may underestimate his opponent's skills; possibly leaving him very vulnerable - and to the wrong hands.
