  1. Out-Of-Character Information The simplest section of the application. Answer these questions so we can get to know you a bit more. Please do your best to correct spelling and grammatical errors, this is an RP server and writing is the main form of communication! What’s your Minecraft Account Name?: - irongiant6 How old are you?: - 16 Have you ever roleplayed on a minecraft server before? If so, where?: - I have, on Gildorym and many others, but have never tried LotC. Have you applied to this server before? (Please link past applications): - I have not. How did you hear about us?: - I had heard about this server quite a while ago but did not have time to play or apply. What do you think the server will be like? - I hope that it will be proffessional and that I will be able to find roleplay, rather than wandering empty cities like other roleplay servers. Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - Yes What’s the rule you agree with the most?: - I like that we must keep In-Character at all times. Do you understand combat rules, and what you can and can’t do if you do choose to roleplay as a villain?:- Yes Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so maybe we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules):- No. Definitions These terms are a major part of the server and in a few of our rules. Please define them so that we can get an understanding of how much you know about roleplaying. Feel free to Google the answers or check on our wiki, but make sure that you write the reply in your own words, not those of another website or person! What is roleplaying?: - Roleplaying is acting out a particular role in a different place or universe as a different person for fun. Often, this is a character that is unable to achieve in the real world, such as elves, dwarves, and orks, and medieval people in magical lands. What’s metagaming?: - Using information learned Out of Character to benefit your character in the game. For example, asking in OOC chat "Where is everybody, I'm lost." is an example of the beginning of meta gaming, because knowing this information and having your character use this information is bad for roleplay. What’s powergaming?: - Roleplaying without giving the other player a chance to dodge or fight back, such as /me slices his head off. This can bring about negative roleplaying experiences for others. This also includes making your character unreasonably powerful during your background or just while role playing. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that you follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. What’s your character called?: - Oggog What race are they? (and sub-race if applicable): - Ork; Olog What gender are they?: - Male How old are they?: - 19 Give us a highlight of their past, What life events make your character the person they are today? This is your character's biography. It is also required to include server lore when writing. (Names of towns, major server events, ect. Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Oggog has always had a short memory, or, at least as far as he can remember, he has. Oggog lives in San'Vitar, and was taught the history of his peoples, or what he could understand. A fairly uneventful life, Oggog yearned to explore, even though he had been taught how to fight and why. His heavy hands made great for holding Orkish axes, so Oggog became a lumberjack in his spare time, because he was entertained by the falling trees. Oggog always said what was on his mind, when there was something on his mind. Often he was taught of honor in battle, and would get angry around those who showed dishonorable actions and tendencies. Oggog had a quick fuse, but many of the Orks respected his power and strength. He was a happy Ogre, and had loved the history of the Orkish culture that he understood. As Oggog has grown older, he has become more curious of the outside world, but knows that the small people are prone to corruption and darker magic. On his fifteenth anniversary of birth, a few years after adulthood, Oggog had seen several raids and heard of many more. Once, while exploring around the settlement, he met a few humans that had treated him very badly. He was very angered by their treatment, and attacked them. The battle ended in two dead humans, with barely a scratch upon him. He gained a heavy distaste for humankind, but was still quite curious about elves and dwarves. This being said, Oggog was afraid that the elves and dwarves may act like the humans. Oggog decided to stay with the orks for four more years, until his curiosity has begun to overtake him. What are they like? (personality): - Honor-bound, very curious, and inventive. He has a fear of insects and other very small things. A short temper, he can lose almost all actual sentience and go for the source of his frustration as quickly as possible. Although he is an ogre, and an Ork, he often is very sweet or well-intentioned, and gets along well with most. This said, he has a hatred for humans, from both stories and from his previous adventures. What are their ambitions?: - Oggog wishes to explore the outside and meet new people. He wants to try to make friends, although hesitant about making friends with humans or elves, as he does not have much knowledge of them. Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Oggog is a great brawler, but he is very slow and lumbers around. He also has a rough time getting through doors designed for anyone other than an Ogre. VERY strong, he can pick several Orks up. However, he is quite stupid, and can only speak in short sentences. He is very clumsy and his hands are much too big for a bow. Give us a description of how they look?: - A towering monster, Oggog is big even for an ogre. His skin is a pale green and he wears a ripped shirt, probably designed for a tall Ork. He has a face that looks nice, for an ogre. A large mohawk stands on his head, black and shining. Please give us a screenshot of your character’s skin: -
