What is roleplaying?: Taking up the role of a fictional character, and having that character develop with other characters around him, and reacting to different situations as that character would realistically be expected to do. What is metagaming?: Doing something which is out-of-character that your character you are role-playing as wouldn't normally know such as knowing where a certain spot for lots of good resources are. Using out of character information, whilst in character. What is powergaming?: Making yourself god-like with unrealistic features such as being able to decimate a whole army without taking a scratch, whereas realistically this wouldn’t be possible. In-Character Information Character’s name: Alfredo_Bradford Character’s gender: Male Character’s race: Human Character’s age: 19 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Alfredo was born near the end of a raging rebellion, into a place know as Petrus. He was born into a wealthy family who loved him very much. His father was a wood-worker, and tried to bring him into the business. But Alfredo’s heart lay with stone-masonry. Even despite their preferences they got along. They were the best of friends, and Alfredo was very close with his father. Whilst practising his stone-masonry his father also helped him pick up a few skills in wood-work. One day Alfredo’s father was attacked by an undead monster, and fell viciously ill. The family moved to a smaller village in order to make ends meet and take more care of Maroccos (Alfredo’s father) Alfredo was now required to take up a job in order to provide for his family. Because of this Alfredo lost a lot of time he could be enjoying his childhood with. One evening, whilst walking home from work Alfredo got curious and ventured out to the forest to explore. He quickly found himself lost, and called out for help. The night sky faded into darkness as he searched for help. But Alfredo was weary of the beasts that roamed the night. He quickly crafted a small shelter for himself and decided to rest for the night. As he was about to fall asleep, he heard the a sound that sent chills down his spine. He quickly got up and heard the sounds that would fuel his nightmares to come. An undead monster dashed out of the darkness and scratched at his face, causing the whole right side of his face to spew out blood. He swung back with a heavy stick he had put near his shelter and turned around to a horrible surprise. He was swarmed by an army of undead, and barely managed to escape with his life. He was bleeding and heavily bruised by the time he got back to the village. He slammed into the door in his home and collapsed. When he woke up, his mother was standing next to him. With a tear in her eye she hugged her son. “Daddy’s gone, honey.” she wept, “Daddy is gone.” Alfredo cried in anger. He was scarred on his body, but the pain of the scars will go away. The pain of his father dying will not. Alfredo was left with a large scar across his right eye, which he covered up with an eyepatch. It would remind him of his father, of the horrid night he was attacked, and it would fuel his anger towards the undead. He vowed to avenge his father when ever he had the chance to. Personality Traits: Risk-taker, impulsive, brave, tenacious, curious Ambitions: To avenge his fathers death & become one of the most famous stone-masons in history Strengths/Talents: He is strong and able to fend for himself & a very trustworthy person. He is brave and willing to sacrifice his own needs to help others, although only if he trusts you. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Impulsiveness causes him to get into bad situations, he can get enraged very easily jumps into situations in fits of anger. Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): He is a tall man with a fairly solid build, and has quite rugged looks.
