As a child I never knew what I should become, until I murdered my parents, thats when I knew I wanted to be a Bounty hunter. I lived in a small, what you would call shack, but to me it was a house and home. I was about 8 when I had to try to earn minas for my parents, and since then until about 16 I had to try to work harder and harder to make more minas per day. My dad was a butcher, and he brought home a pig to eat nearly every day, and my mom didn't have a job, so instead she prepared dishes and kept the home clean. I was an only child, so I had to do a lot of work, and at 12 started hunting to make some extra money. I think at 12 was when I, in the back of my mind, knew that I should be a hunter, but it wasn't until 16 when I murdered my parents that I knew for sure I didn't love hunting, but I loved killing. As I walk down the forest i see a tavern... it could hold my enemies or my allies. I may never know the truth or the lies of the people. Everything I know is about hunting... I live to kill. I live for the satisfaction of the death of my enemies. I'm a 19 year old bounty hunter. Well not yet but I do try. I will become the ultimate hunter. I killed my parents at the age of 16 and that's when I realised I loved to see blood on my hands. I know it was wrong to kill them... But I feel the guilt every damned day of my life. As I approach the sign stating the name "Golden Cloud Tavern". Wonderful name, though I've never seen a golden cloud. Must be a figure of speech or something? As I enter I see the bar and ask for a drink. I don't think that the bartender trusts me but I don't care all I want is a drink. He hands me some ale but I don't have any money on me so I ask for a tab. He says praise the sky gods so I do and 20 minas rain upon me. Strange how this world works. I hand him 10 minas and he leaves me to my drink. I drink it up and see a person come in. He sees my blade and hunting items, so he sits by me and whispers "Hey, I see you're a hunter I got a job for you. There's a man I have some "problems" with, I want him dead in 2 days meet back here and I will give you 50 minas. Deal?" I think about the deal and say yes. He nods his head then leaves. I think about then I just realised something! He never gave me a description! I look around the bar and see that he left a picture... It's a man named Tom Strange. Never heard of him but it says here that he lives in Petrus. The trading town. Oh well. Easy picking hopefully... (time skip) Okay I arrived at Petrus, and see he's fishing. This should be easy. I think about the way I should kill him. I could go for the neck crack or the silent knife stab to the neck. I see no people around so I use the neck crack and he lays limp. I throw his body into the river, but first I check his pockets for anything of significance and I find a journal. I take it to the bar but realise he won't be there for two days. As I go in I see he is still there. I go to the bar and sit beside him and whisper "Here's the journal, now where is the minas?" He hands me them and I place them in the bag. 500!! That's enough to buy me more materials. I guess it is time for me to better my equipment anyways. I ask the bartender if he has any rooms and he says no but I leave before because thats what I thought. Oh well. It's time I leave and continue my journey to become the ultimate hunter. Personality Traits: Loves blood, Is a talented hunter and killer, always is alone, and at times is regretful Ambitions: To become the Ultimate Hunter, thats the only thing he wants in life. Strengths/Talents: An expert killer and hunter, so he can get what he needs, because he is a hunter he knows how to sneak up on people which is good for killing. He is also really good at defending himself. Weaknesses/Inabilities: He relies on other people too much, so without them he couldn't do much. He can get arrested because of bounty hunting. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Erak comes from Athera, and lives in Vanderfell, and is in the nation Kingdom of Akovia, who is also in the the history Modern history Erak is also an only child whose dad died hunting, and mom died in the birth of Erak. Since Erak was born in 1468 he always was a little bit on the evil side. He wasn't to evil but when he didn't control himself, he would bully people, and would always laugh at people when they mess up. He Grew up in Vanderfell, but did travel lots. He especially liked to visit Eruthos Canyon. He nevered moved from Vanderfell but always travelled to other cities in Athera. At the age of 12, Erak was thinking of becoming a mariner, so he could explore and discover more land. Throughout Erak's life there has been many events happening, like in 1479, when the Dwarves retake Kal'Agnar. The most interesting detail about Erak's life is one of the journeys he had on the way to Eruthos Canyon. Erak was 16, when this happened. He was going to the Eruthos Canyon again, for the week to observ. He was on his long journey following his usual route. He was going to prepare for camp for over night, in his usual place. He just finished his fire, and began using it to cook his chicken, when he heard a sound that sounded like someone or thing stepping on a twig. Soon he realised that he had a fire, and that probably was the noise. From behind there was a masked mugger, dressed in all black only wearing a leather tunic for protection. The mugger finally decided that it was time to come out of the shadows and take whatever he could make some sort of profit on from Erak. The mugger leaped at Erak, but had really bad timing, because Erak just moved from the fire to go prepare another dish so the mugger landed in the fire and whaled in pain. Erak heard the screaming, then came to the muggers aid, because he didn't know the mugger was thinking of mugging him, but was too late because the mugger was too burned to survive. Personality Traits: Smart, strong, a little mean, lonely. Ambitions: Money, and discovering more. Strengths/Talents: Never in the same place, good at parkour, is more aware now, and doesn't have anyone to lose, and is smart and strong. Weaknesses/Inabilities: He is human, so he has the shortest lifespan, and isn't aware of what can injure him. I was told to check out the website and apply by a friend, so I did do the first thing, and that's why I'm applying right now. What is roleplaying?: My definition is pretty much finding a role and acting as that role, in this case it'd be playing the role I made. What is metagaming?: My definition is when you use what you found out before to have advantages. What is powergaming?: My definition is when you play for a goal to max out your stats on a given game and not play what the game offers you to do. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): John was one a little kid like us all, who lived in the realm of Anthos. He is a Highlander, lives a bit away from the cities. He always wondered what it would be like to be from another race or realm, but he still liked his human form and even though the humans had the shortest lifespan he prefered it the most. At the age of 10 he started studying dark magic, because that sounded the best to him, because he loved the idea of the power it'd give him. He was never an evil person but, always craved more power. He never payed attention to what was happening around him and always tried to be the best. John was a pretty much a neutral person and would only take sides if bribed. He loved the ideas of money and power and always, till this day dreamed of somehow becoming king. He, wished he could be the best of them all and even at times planned to battle the king for the kingdom, but never did since he couldn't get the power to beat the king, because of his lack of money. On this day John is trying to find some way to be powerful, weather being a baron or king, he just doesn't want to be just a simple peasant anymore. At the age of 16 John decided to join the Shade group and he unlike the rest of his ideas actually did become a Shade. He always kept someone close to him to borrow aura from. Let me tell you an adventure John once had. He was out in the woods getting some firewood to heat his place. He didn’t have to wander far to find fire wood, but then he thought he saw something , so he went to check it out. He found foot prints, that looked like the footprint of an orc, or so he though. He walked for about a mile following the foot print but couldn’t find anything. He decided to quit when suddenly a blunt object came and in a flash, he was knocked out cold. Later he woke up and was in a small mossy cave that smelled like orc droppings. He could also hear the grunting of a warrior orc and the clanging of their armor. He had a throbbing pain just above his left eye and could feel the blood dripping from above it. He tried to get up but winced in pain, as he lifted up his right arm, he thought it must of broken when he fell. The orc heard the commotion and came to see what was up. He came to the cage he but John in and saw that he was awake. He told John that while he was working on a tree on top of where he was standing he dropped his hammer, and the reason he was on the tree was because he was building a tree fort for his son. He took him to tend to him and make sure he was alright. So he did as he said and tended to John till John was all better, then John went home. Doesn't like to be around people too much, thinks of people like obstacles, and is obsessive. Ambitions: Money, power.
