What do I think the Server will be like?: Immersive, Detailed, Lore accurate, beautifully crafted. And like all Roleplays, home to a few Trolls. Have I read and agreed to the rules?: Of course. What is my favorite rule?: The Enforcing of "Know your Race and Lore." DEFINITIONS. What is Roleplaying {To me.}?::: Roleplaying is the artistic literature of creating a detailed and personal character specific to you. Each character has an attribute or two that the Creator or "Character Parent" has themselves. It is the act of portraying some0one else. Wether you like your own character or not. What is metagaming?: Metagaming is the act of lying and decieving someone to inform you of something OOCLY so you may use it ICly. It can also be classified as the belief that if YOU know something your character does as well. What is Power-gaming?: Auto-hitting when using Emotes to harm someone usually, but can also be used for any action forced upon a character. As well as "God-Modding." Which is the act of Deitising your character into a God. CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT. The name of my character: Draiyani Sathuli. The Race of my character: Dark elf/Mali'ker. The Gender of my Character: She is a Female. The Age of my Character: 115 years of age. The Background of Draiyani Sathuli. Draiyani was born in the Dark Elven District, and raised in a highly Ancestrial home. As such she was raised in a very strict house-hold with a single-mother who had a very... Matriarchal belief system. Draiyani never was one for Ancestory or...Religious belief if that is what you wish to call it, though she still stuck with the belief that Females were superior to male. She does to this day. She always took note of the Strength and Warriorness of the other Dark elves around her, but she always took more fondness and fascination with Magick and Sorcery. So when ever she had the chance she took the oppurtunity to Study, Read, and research than Honor the ancestors or practice her Sword arm. By the age o fifty years she had left her home because of her Mothers attitude. Ever since then she has been wandering city after city looking in their libraries to buy and complete her collection, only ever keeping intouch with her grandmother for she too shared the passion for magick. Though Draiyani can't preform or cast any of her own YET, she does eagerly desire to do so. So she travels the realm in search of a Guild or Academy that can instruct her in the arts of Witchcraft and Sorcery, still remaining true to her goal of knowledge hunger. The curse of Ibless never really bothered Draiyani as it did other female elves, as it was simple. She sought no children. Currently she has taken her travels, and landed in a small wooded area near brimblewood, hoping to go from there to just about any where with a library. For now, tis in her best interest if she pushes past the solitary confinement and into a guild. She's not going to learn any magick if she doesn't pursue it, so her first stop is to join perhaps the Mages guild she's heard so much about. Maybe even one of...darker intentions. What is Draiyani's Personality?: Draiyani is a highly intillectual person relying on Witchcraft, Magick, and Sorcery over brawn or combat. Preffering solitude over socialization, she never was one for the local tavern. Able to outwitt or outsmart most of her opponents her specialty in any combat situation is Enemy manipulation. Always able to trick the foe into fighting themselves or something else, with simple words and witt. Never getting her own hands dirty due to some hygiene issues, she gained from being raised in a "Noble" or "Snobby" hosuehold and her over compulsive disorder for everything to be catogarized similiar to books. She isn't neccisarily biased or racist, due to the fact she doesn't care for many other people. Due to her Mothers raising she believes that usually females are superior to male as stated before. She loved history as well, usually ancient or mythical, even to some stories and such about Aegis, and Asulon. What are Draiyani's Ambitions?: Draiyani's one true ambition is Knowledge. She wants to know simply to know. Knowledge is Survival to her. Knowledge is delightul to her. Wisdom as well for she knows without it one cannot use knowledge properly. A hobby of hers is book collecting if you call a hobby a life value. What are her Special Skills?: Reading be it people or books. Anylyzing almost everything to a Tee. Be it surroundings, People, Books, Items etcetera. As well as her abbility to adapt and learn things quickly. What are her Weaknesses?: Stubborness, her dislike of being wrong when proven such, her tendancy to be easily annoyed by others. She tends to speak only to those of a high intillect putting her social interaction with High elves and Dark elves mostly forcing her to be anti-social and out of loop.
