What is roleplaying?: Adopting a persona and living out their life and story without breaking out of the aforementioned persona.

Character’s name: Samus Aren

Biography: Samus Aren's birth was under suspicious circumstances, as his umbilical chord was severed so was the independence of the great city, Petrus, his birth into the world also coincided with the birth of the great Kingdom of Akovia (of which he was a member), from a young age Samus was interested in the ways of war but rejected other aspects of life as a heartlander (he sought peace in nature), this caused him to leave Akovia at age 15 to return to a simpler way of life.
His bloodline was strong and he was no exception, Samus quickly learnt to fend for himself in the wilds and at one point belonged to a gang of vagabonds who only sought to bring joy to themselves and misery to others, he left this group when their leader Joel de Necklasse murdered an entire small settlement, this challenged Samus's noble nature and led him to sever the head of his former leader in the dead of night (to free the land of his wicked soul), after travelling for many years Samus decided to return to his home, the heartland, and to his native Akovia to aid them in their war effort he seeks to redeem his families honour and to make a name for himself in the process.
Personality Traits: Proud, Stubborn, Suspicious and Hot-blooded.
Ambitions: To redeem his families honour and to right the wrongs he was a part of.
Strengths/Talents:
Samus is adept with many weapons but especially with ranged weapons and long swords.
He also has close bonds to nature which allow him to survive easily in the wilderness with only his wits.
His time in the wilderness strengthened his immune system making him resistant to many toxins.
Weaknesses/Inabilities:
Samus is utterly useless with blunt weapons.
He can never harm a child or woman even if his own life is in peril.
He is especially fearful of pure-white horses (due to a prophecy he received as a child stating that his heart would cease to beat when the white steed rides)
Appearance: Samus is 6 feet 2 inches, he weighs 230 lbs and is well-built, he also has brown hair and always is adorned in tribal paints.
