What is powergaming?: Powergaming is when a player acts or plays a character more powerfully than they should be, like a farmer with no military experience, somehow picks up a sword for the first time and is a master sword man. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Odin, Born to a small family in the Rocky mountains of his homeland, as a young boy he spent his days among the anvil and the forge, as he watched the burning embers, and glow of the molten iron flow into their casts dreaming of days in which he could take up the hammer, much like his father, and forge weapons and tools of great skill. Born in the mountain homeland of Kal'Arkon. All his life he planned to live a life mastering the arts of the forge, wanting to be the best the world had ever seen. Although as a boy he spent a great amount of time among the forges and furnaces, he and his friends also had a great love for beer games and eating competions, often trying to out drink each other on a night at the tavern often he looked upon the leading members of the dwarven society looking to kings and leading soldiers who protect his homeland as honorable men to admire. Unfortunately at the young age of only 36, Odins father was presumed dead, after a cave in while going down to the mines for an annual iron purchase, and was forced to flee his birthland to Thales where he followed his king finding a new home, before quickly departing for Atherea finding home finally in the city of Kal'Agnar, where he began his forging and smithing again, but not as soon as he was forced to wander the lands again with an undead invasion, and foreign occupation of their home. after a few decades of smithing the finest weapons and tools, the Dwarves reclaimed their homeland in Atherea.Odin swore to keep the remainder of his family safe from all harm that would ever take them. for the next several years he worked the forges like his father worked them before him, Hoping to make a pick axe or shovel, to half the standard he ever could. Until the day the giant worms devoured the lands, before fleeing to Vailor living now peacefuly in Kal'Akash, before rebellion broke out, standing loyal with his kingdom, he fought of the rebels. Then he spent the remaining 9 years in his smithy within Kal'Akash mastering the art.Thats when the traveling merchant happened by his smithy. Untrusting of the stranger, he did what he was asked and sent the man on his way, but not before over hearing what he spoke of the world above. Skeptical of the world above and how dangerous it could be without the safest of his people, a small itch was playing on his mind on what could be up there, and what could there have been to see. Personality Traits: Reliable:: Odin is a very reliable and trusting man,who will take secrets to the grave. Strong-minded: Odin is very strong-minded never doubt his say or suggestions Family oriented: Odin is very fond of what remaining family he has and would protect them to the death. Over Protective: Odin is an over protective man never wanting to put anyone he cares for at risk. Stubborn: Odin is quite a stubborn man believing he is always right and rarely changes his mind on people and ideas. Quick tempered: Odins quick temper and aggression leaves him a hard person to get along with when annoyed. Honorable: Odin would place his honor and loyalty above any amount of gold in the world Ambitions: To become one of the best blacksmiths in the known world, and bring honor to his family. Strengths/Talents: Is strong good blacksmithing skills is good with numbers and has a good mind for diplomacy Weaknesses/Inabilities: quick tempered would place his honour above his life, and in some cases could be his downfall. He is a broad shouldered man with huge thick eyebrows and stern eyes,Odin’s beard is platted in parts.He has a strong physical appearance and he wears an old tattered apron,that covers his basic attire of a white tunic and cotton trousers.Standing only 4.5ft with a relativity large center of gravity.
