Character’s name: Fredrick Fairfax Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Human Character’s age: 42 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Fredrick Fairfax was born into a humble, quite, and all-round peaceful family, known only as the Kuk'ti Warband. Now don't let the name deceive you, the Kuk'ti Warband were only an exceedingly wealthy, viscous group of individuals bent on murder, mayhem, arson, and whatever else they could get away with. However, that doesn't mean they weren't invincible, in fact their reign of terror only lasted a couple decades before eventually being crushed by the local garrison, in a nearby city. But you may be asking how a man born into such a group could land a name such as Fairfax, you may also be asking does this make Fredrick an individual bent on murder, mayhem, arson, and whatever else he can get away with? The answer: No. And only because of one simple reason; he was 6 months old when the Kuk'ti Warband was crushed. But, at least he was then adopted, more-so out of pity, by a local family, (a wealthy family I might add) who had, maybe, now that I think about it, been in fact the ones to send out the garrison of men to kill his family... and, of course, steal poor mama and papa Kuk'ti's heap of stolen gems, gold, and other priceless items, but that's besides the point. The main point is that he was adopted. It's all coming together now isn't it? That families name was Fairfax, where of course Fredrick gets his name, or at least the name given to him by his newly adoptive parents, because naturally they don't know his real birth-name. (Although during the fighting one of the men did say he thought he heard one of the enemy say "SAVE BABY RUTS'KON'KI'NO-KAK!", but that doesn't roll off the tongue quite like; Fredrick Fairfax). Of course Fredrick wasn't ever told about his true upbringing, because of course his 'parents' don't want him having his true families wealth, and maybe because it'll hurt his feelings knowing that he 'dad' had his dad executed, but honestly it was more about the money. But at least one good thing did come out of all of this, Fredrick had an education, and not just any education, his teachings emphasised on the art of etiquette, mercantile, and banking. Eventually, when he was ready, his 'Father', an already accomplished merchant (proud owner of the Fairfax Trading Company) permitted him to join his business, but of course you can't start at the top, or at least that's what his Father said, so he was put into the streets to sell. And sell he did, in fact, to his Father's surprise those lessons on etiquette, mercantile, and banking, weren't such a waste of money, he had an act for it. Now, 42 years since Fredrick's 'humble' beginnings, he is now being sent out to a kingdom far from home, in order to establish a second sector of the Fairfax Trading Company, why? To make more money of course. Personality Traits: Fredrick is a very intelligent, charismatic, and daring man, what he may lack in physical prowess, he certainly makes up for in character. Ambitions: To become the wealthiest man this kingdom has ever known. Strengths/Talents: Fredrick has mastered the art of mercantile, able to swindle, barter, and persuade his customers into the best deals, which he pulls off through his impeccable vocabulary, expert use of jargon, and charisma. Although these traits are nothing compared to the more obviously important ability; to drink any man, women, orc, or elf under the table. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Fredrick doesn't claim to be the strongest man in all the kingdoms, or the fittest, but what he does claim; is to be big-boned. However, being big-boned doesn't exactly protect you from the would be bandits, assassins, thieves, and other nasty would-be trouble-makers in the land, but why would he need to protect himself, when he can pay someone else to do that for him. Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Fredrick stands at 6ft tall, and weighing in at 15 stone, some may call him a little overweight. However, he is very well groomed, having swept-back, silky grey hair, green eyes, and a charming grin, you can't help but overlook his short-comings. He wears a dark purple waistcoat, a faded white shirt, and a pair of black trousers, appearance is everything to the customer after-all, even is you don't look as suave as you think.
