I can talk in chat now but its still telling me I'm just a wandering soul and have not been whitelisted yet

I was just recently accepted to be whitelisted on this server but it still says I'm not whitelisted nor can I use /helpmenu or talk in chat.

You will not be denied for having a question on the rules): No How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I was just looking for a nice RP server on some websites and LoTC popped up on minecraftservers.org so I thought I would come check it out. What is roleplaying?: Role playing is acting as someone you are not like in a LARP, D&D or RPG game What is metagaming?: Meta-gaming is using something in RP you IRL knew but your RP character didn't. What is powergaming?: Powergaming is basically when you force actions upon another player or yourself that could ruin RP such as killing someone on sight with no RP reason or dying in an RP situation and refusing to accept the fact that your character is dead. Character’s name: Duron Luro Character’s gender: Male Character’s race: Wood Elf Character’s age: 56 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Duron was born in the city of Laurelin in the state of Laureh'lin. His father wasn't around for much of Duron's life, He fell ill and died when Duron was only 22 years old. Duron's mother became a woodcutter following Duron's father's tragic passing. Seeing how Duron's mother was always working to be able to put food on the table for the two of them Duron had lots of time alone, During his time alone Duron developed a love for archery. He made his first bow from a dead tree branch and a piece of cord he found on the side of the street near his home. Duron was always a quiet child he always kept to himself and was always a little awkward during forced social interactions. As Duron became older his mother became weaker and weaker by the age of 51 his mother would die of an unknown sickness. After his mother passed he had no money and no where to live so Duron decided he leave his home and travel acrossed the land to discover new things and start a life for himself. Personality Traits: Independent, Friendly to those who he has come to trust, doesn't talk much. Ambitions: See as much of the realm as he can, become a master archer Strengths/Talents: Talented archer, very fast runner Weaknesses/Inabilities: Social anxiety, Has a hard time making friends Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Duron is around 6 feet tall and is thin but muscular, he weighs about 140 pounds, he usually wears green and brown clothing.
