Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature: 

A reward originally granted to Men by the Dragaar in their war against the Undead, the Nephilim act as servants to them. A mutant between dragon and man, the Nephilim may be created in two ways. They may be turned directly by a Dragaar, or created themselves by collecting dragon blood and knowing such a ritual. The mutants have their own form of magic, centered around their Inner-Flame. The Inner-Flame serves as a mana-pool for these creatures, allowing them to cast spells utilizing fire. Though, their new form cancels out any magic they could use before. If immolated by the one who creates them, the Nephilim gain an immense amount of paranoia and insanity, always in a state of despair. When in cold, the Nephilim are almost completely incapable of casting any magic, the only being able to be utilized being Kindling.

The only thing that can truly take a Nephilim's life is the Immaculate Blade. It can easily tear through their scales and sever their inner-flame, stranding them in an Abyss until freed.
