Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Hugo was born to a very strange family. His mother and father are both humans, and made their living by trapping animals and doing odd jobs for various shopkeepers and royalty in the city of Petrus. Unlike normal people, his parents (who's names Hugo does not remember) did not like other humans. While not liking humans, they understood that Hugo would be better off being raised around humans. When in the company of other races such as orcs or elves, his parents seemed almost normal. Hugo himself was always slightly abnormal. As a young boy, he was always bigger than the other children in every way. Being abnormally taller, stronger and heavier than all of the other kids proved useful at times for Hugo, while at other times proved to be problematic. While his body is large and strong, Hugo's mind is weak. Easily manipulated, he was often tricked in to doing things by other children. From getting in to fights and stealing things, he often got in to trouble with the town guard. At the age of 15, Hugo wandered in to the forest. His parents always warned him not to go alone, but he decided that he was old enough this time. As he absentmindedly wandered into the forest, he got further and further away from the city that he called home. Feeling a new found sense of freedom, he walked for hours, finally arriving at a town that was strange to him called Korath. Deciding that he was hungry, Hugo made his way to the docks where he saw ships frantically evacuating the city. Not knowing why, Hugo got onto one of the ships full of people and set off to Vailor. After arriving in Vailor somewhere in the Crownlands area, Hugo wandered the wilderness for days with the supplies that he brought from the ship until he found a small village to the south of Felsen. Once he located the village's leader, he inquired about work he could do. Although in need of a librarian, the leader found work for Hugo working for an elderly farmer named Hamund. Hamund loved having Hugo around, because he could work all day and not complain. Hugo enjoyed the farm work, but also wanted to learn to fight after word of bandits reached the town. The village guards took Hugo under their wing, and taught him what they knew about sword fighting. As with most physical tasks, Hugo did well in training and took up guard duty when he was deemed ready. Years after arriving in the village, Hugo decided that he wanted to do something more than farming. At the age of 24, Hugo has said goodbye to the village that treated him so well and has set off in to the wilderness once more. Personality Traits: He has a love for the color blue, which comes from his eye color. He is often seen wearing blue, or attracted to things blue. Once someone has gained Hugo's trust, he will be extremely loyal to them. Ambitions: Hugo is a man without many ambitions, other than finding a place to sleep, eat and be entertained. Strengths/Talents: Hugo's main strength is his physical strength, and undying loyalty to those he deems worthy. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Hugo is a man with a weak mind. This means he is gullible, and easily manipulated. He can normally only focus on one thing at a time, due to his weak mind. Hugo also shows signs of mental illnes similar to Schizophrenia. Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Standing at six and a half feet tall with muscles like an Ox and weighing in at close to 300 pounds, Hugo is a monster of a man who is kind at heart. While not being very smart, he excels at physical activity and sword fighting. He has a big bushy black beard that he loves so very much, but keeps the top of his head bald. Due to his love for the color blue, Hugo often paints his bald head with blue paint in various patterns.
