If a war cleric cannot use thier light against a descendant race who can they use it against? Villains? Halflings? Liches? Do halflings count as a descendant race, humans and dwarves?

  Technically, as far as my knowledge went and it's not been changed so kinky half evil half good monsters exist. War clerics orfennsive magic has always worked on dark arts, but if an ascended breaks into that technically their devinity would not protect them in being tainted (they would no longer be such). In turn it's why my cleric left because he disagreed in the tollarance of Xan priest Liches and alliances with other dark groups.

  War cleric magic can be used on descendants (except for flames of reckoning), but it isn't as effective as against dark magic/tainty dudes and will likely lead to a cleric's disconnection from their patron.
